My first time in Cuba and we stayed at this very nice hotel. The staff were incredible, the rooms were always cleaned to perfection by the hotel staff. What can I say about the front desk help, our fantastic cooks, and the staff at the bar. Everyone were absolutely incredible. I felt so good because I'm learning spanish, and wore my t-shirt that said, estoy aprendiendo espanol y necesito practicar (lol!) and they were so nice to engage with me in Spanish. I recommend this hotel, it's close to the Malecon and not far from the hotel nacional (walking distance). Thank you to everyone at this hotel!

I am very grateful to be in this very beautiful hotel, its landscape, the animation guys are very good and pleasant, the wonderful disco, everything is very good, you have a good time, the workers are very affectionate

Great smiling,helpfull employees caring for all your needs.Specially thanks to Malvis and Carelis for made us feel like home. Me and my group enjoyed our stay a lot.The hotel is very quiet ,comfortable. Highly recommended.

Hotel muy tranquilo, personal excelente, atento y muy amable. La mejor playa de varadero sin duda, aguas cristalinas. Muy cerca de la ciudad. Equipo de animación a diario. El menu variado y muy rico.

El hotel es maravilloso,animación perfecta,el personal muy amable,el servicio de bares y restaurantes muy buenos,la zona de playa la mejor de varadero,es un hermoso hotel solo para adultos,gracias a Liset la promotora de ventas y la señora Monica Directora de alimentos y bebidas,seguro regreso
