"1. Why wasn't I informed during check-in that the room next door was a bridal suite? And why wasn't I offered an alternative room at that time? 2. I called the front desk at 2:56 AM, and they responded at 3:14 AM. Meanwhile, the guests next door kept slamming their door. No one even mentioned moving me to a different room. 3. This morning, around 7:15 AM, a group of guests started making noise and continued until about 8 AM. When I called your front desk, they said they'd move me to another room. But why wasn't this offered last night? I have to work today, and now they want to move me in the middle of the day. Isn't this deliberately causing inconvenience? The noise from a bridal suite is a foreseeable issue for a hotel. Not only was I not informed beforehand, but no one promptly intervened. The hotel assigned me a room right next to the bridal suite, and there was continuous noise from 2:56 AM until 7:15 AM. I didn't get any sleep all night. This is a clear mistake in room assignment and a lapse in management on your hotel's part. According to the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Protection Law, hotels have an obligation to provide a quiet accommodation environment. Since you failed to do so, you should be held liable for breach of contract."
