It was clean and hygienic, the room was large, and the hotel staff were very enthusiastic. Sitting on the sofa in the morning, the sunlight through the floor-length curtains was really beautiful. The breakfast was also rich. Washing and drying is really convenient for business travelers. Very cost-effective."

"I have to give The Palm Tree Hotel a full five-star rating! From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to look after our child. They proactively upgraded our room type, which came equipped with a children's toiletries set, a step stool, and a child's toilet – truly kid-friendly. Every staff member we encountered at the pool, playground, and throughout the hotel was incredibly gentle and greeted us warmly. A special shout-out to our butler, Xiao Luo, who provided thoughtful guidance throughout our stay, messaging us several times a day with real-time updates on parent-child activities and important notices. On our check-out day, he even proactively offered us a late check-out, which was a huge help for our baby's nap. I highly recommend this hotel for families with children!"

Most of them were vacant or rented out to businesses as B&Bs. The facilities were relatively old and there were all the things that a room should have. The hygiene was just average. There were facilities on the third floor of the villa. There is a hot spring pool for 2 people. Hot water is only available after 4 pm to 10:30 pm. The breakfast is okay. Except for the good service of the staff, I can’t praise the rest, but the price is not very expensive at more than 300. Just like that"

The 179 three-person set meal in the Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor tastes great and the ingredients are very fresh. There are also many types of breakfast on the 15th floor. There is also a club on the 1st floor next door. The price of massage, leisure and entertainment is reasonable and there are many types.
