"I was amazed from the moment I walked in! While checking in, they also told us about fun things to do nearby. The concierge service was excellent, making our travels so smooth. The room was spotlessly clean, which was a huge relief when staying with kids. The room was spacious enough and had great childproofing. The hotel has a kids' play area, so the children had a blast while the parents could relax. Every single staff member there had a fantastic attitude, always greeting us with a smile, which made for a really great experience."

"Yesterday, I took my child to check into the Mercure Sky Hot Spring Hotel in Heyuan City, and we had a very good experience. The hotel environment was quite quiet, and the hot spring on the second floor was especially comfortable, particularly warm in winter. There's also a sauna, which frees up your hands, and a pink sand beach for kids. There's also a ball pit. Overall, I felt it was good value for money. I chose this hotel after seeing many reviews online."

"The hotel is elegantly styled after the Banyan Tree. The service is excellent; this level of overall service is exceptional for a suburban area like Heyuan. After booking, I received a call from the hotel manager. On the way to the hotel, we arranged everything from extra beds, dinner reservations, menus, and town activities. Upon check-in, the lobby staff, four or five of whom provided us with various introductions and services, were very friendly and attentive. The lady taking photos was patient and always had a sweet smile. The hotel manager responded promptly to any WeChat messages and offered suggestions, a far cry from the often insignificant butlers at many hotels. Special praise goes to Xiaogang and Xiaoxu. The room was also new and spacious, with both an indoor and outdoor hot spring bathtub. Downstairs was the hot spring pool, open 24 hours a day, with the perfect temperature and extremely convenient. The breakfast was incredibly rich, delicious, and not overly fancy. For both a stay and a vacation, this hotel is well worth the price, although it's a bit far from Chunmuyuan Town, which is quite average."

"The room was very clean, and the dinosaur theme was thoroughly integrated, covering small items like toothbrushes and cups. Staff member Xiao Wei was incredibly thoughtful. From check-in, she was patient, detailed, and attentive throughout our stay, even bringing dinosaur gifts, an extra breakfast voucher, fruit, an additional blanket, and water. The service was exceptional, making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the evening bonfire party, fireworks, dancing, and interactions – a surprisingly joyful atmosphere. During the day, we took the kids to the Dinosaur Bone Park, which had great facilities that kept them entertained for half the day. Overall, the Dinosaur Hot Spring Hotel offered an excellent experience and is definitely worth visiting with children."
