"The room reservation clearly stated that there was a hot spring, and we were informed upon check-in that the hot spring water supply was limited. However, when we returned to the hotel to shower that evening, we found that not only was there no hot spring water, but there was also no hot water. After calling to inquire, they said they would send someone to check, but no one responded, provided feedback, or came (we were unable to shower). After complaining on-site, someone came to check and handle the situation, but there was still no hot spring water and no hot water… Later, they came again and arranged for us to go to another bathroom on the first floor in the storage room where we finally had hot water to shower… The National Day holiday being crowded is no excuse; the service response and attitude, as well as the overall experience of both the facilities and the service, were very poor…"

"I regretted it when I arrived at the hotel, but I couldn't check out. The surrounding area was relatively desolate and no one lived there. Most of them were vacant or rented out to businesses as B&Bs. The facilities were relatively old and there were all the things that a room should have. The hygiene was just average. There were facilities on the third floor of the villa. There is a hot spring pool for 2 people. Hot water is only available after 4 pm to 10:30 pm. The breakfast is okay. Except for the good service of the staff, I can’t praise the rest, but the price is not very expensive at more than 300. Just like that"
