"It's in the same building as a health spa and karaoke bar! Singing karaoke late at night, the soundproofing is absolutely terrible; you can hear everything they're singing. It's so loud and noisy, how can anyone sleep? What kind of design is this? Furthermore, the bottled water isn't the standard Orange Crystal brand. The mineral water is Nongfu Spring instead of the higher-end Bama Platinum Spring from Huazhu Hotels Group. The mini-bar doesn't have the NFC orange juice or other amenities that come with Orange Crystal. The service was okay, but anything located next to a karaoke bar is unbearable. I didn't get a good night's sleep at all during my trip, I'm so angry!"

"The hotel's dinosaur theme was a huge hit with my kids. From the lobby to our room, everything was filled with dinosaur elements, and the attention to detail was really impressive. This is a resort where you can find everything you need for dining, entertainment, and fun, making it perfect for family activities. They have a water park, hot springs, a dinosaur park, horseback riding, archery, go-karts, and kayaking, among other facilities. Unfortunately, my child got sick, so we couldn't experience many of the activities, but we're looking forward to coming back next time. The 'little housekeeper' (personal butler/concierge) provided excellent service. They contacted me a day before our arrival to coordinate everything, and the arrangements for our check-in were very thorough and thoughtful. All the staff members, from top to bottom, are clearly very well-trained. Everyone we encountered was polite and proactively greeted guests (it's truly rare to see this consistently from every single staff member, so the hotel really deserves praise for their efforts in service). Finally, a small suggestion for the hotel: perhaps because it's close to the mountains, the humidity was very high, and the quilts and pillows in the room had a musty smell. The hotel promptly helped us address it, but it might be an area where they need to find a long-term solution."
