"If you are just looking for a place to spend the night and leave your bags, this is a great choice! Booked a night for only Php 511 (around US$10). Of course, for that very low price there is no free breakfast, no complimentary toiletries (but it is available at the counter and is for sale), the hostel has its own restaurant and bar, there is a cozy place to hangout outside and there are plenty of hammocks. Location wise it is great because it is just in front of the Robinson's mall where you can practically get anything (you can easily choose to eat there if you don't want to eat at the hostel's resto). If you don't mind having people talking after 10pm in your room or if you can stand the noise of other people preparing very early in the morning, and if you don't have any trust issues with regards to leaving your baggage. Then this is a great choice!"

"Hostel personeli harika, çok anlayışlı, yardımsever, güler yüzlü ve bizi her zaman selamlıyor. Bu şimdiye kadar deneyimlediğim en iyi hostel. 3 gece kaldık ve oda çok temizdi. Her gün temizliyorlar ve dışarıda bir tur attığımızda odamız yeni havlularla çoktan temizlenmişti. Otelin güzel tasarımını ve kahvaltısını çok sevdim, ki bu iyi. Akşam yemeğinde sınırsız makarnalarının tadını çıkardım. Son olarak, kasabanın tam merkezine çok yakın, yürüme mesafesinde. Sadece kapı kilidiyle ilgili sorun yaşadık ama personel çok hızlı bir şekilde düzeltti, bu da mükemmel. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!"

"Great hostel with amazing staff who remember your name and good bar/ restaurant at the top floor. WiFi could be improved a lot in the rooms especially as this was very poor, although much better in the common areas. Could also add better/ quieter seating are for people who want to get work done. The location is a good 15 minute walk from town but close to the hospital and other small convenience stores. Bathroom facilities etc. were really good with some wear/ tear here and there with the shower heads. The pool upstairs was amazing but could be made better with more seating areas and possibly a little more heating."

"Sevimli ve güler yüzlü personel, soruları yanıtlama ve turlar/ulaşım hakkında bilgi verme konusunda çok yardımcı oldular. 6 yataklı özel odada kaldım, çok rahat ve havasızdı, her yatağın kendi vantilatörü vardı ama bütün gece için yeterli soğuk hava yoktu. Her yatağın bir prizi ve bagajınızı koyabileceğiniz küçük bir dolabı vardı, kendi kilidinizi getirmek isteyebilirsiniz. Yatak iyi büyüklükte ve yumuşaktı. Restoranda iyi yemek vardı ama biraz pahalı. Her gece bir etkinlik ve müzik oluyor, neyse ki odalarda duymuyorsunuz. Banyo/duş temiz ve ferahtı, kendi havlunuzu getirin. Hostel ile ilgili en iyi şeylerden biri, en iyi plaj manzarasına sahip olması, sadece 2 dakika yürümeniz gerekiyor ve deniz hemen orada. Ancak pansiyona ulaşmak için kumun içinden yürümek zorundasınız, eğer bir valiziniz varsa onu kumun üzerinde taşımaya hazır olun (sırt çantası daha kolaydır). Genel olarak, bir plaj tatilinin tadını çıkarmak ve dinlenmek için harika bir yer. Kum, deniz ve güneş 🌞🌞🌞"

"I went on a 13-day trip around Palawan and Coron was my first stop from Cebu. In Coron, I stayed in Dayon Hostel. I was alone for the duration of my three-night stay in the six-bed female dorm. You can choose to lock the door at night for security. I made sure that I turned off the AC every time I went out. The restrooms are clean especially the toilets although the shower rooms need to be upgraded as some showerheads do not function that well. It will also be nice if they do a thorough cleaning of the shower rooms and the sinks as they looked dirty and unkempt. There is a restaurant on the rooftop but the options are limited. If you exit through the back, it leads you the main road where you will find a wonderful cafe that serves good sausage meals. There are also several local options available if you want affordable options. The price I paid was worth the quality of the stay. The hostel is known by tour operators and guides and so it was not a challenge when it was time for pick-up and drop off. I loved the staff especially when I had to leave early in the morning to head to the port for my trip to El Nido. They arranged my transportation and made sure that I left the hostel on time. Will I go back? Maybe not and it's not because I don't like it. It's just that I felt that my next stay should be in a private room for another worthwhile experience in Coron. But for those solo travelers on a budget, Dayon Hostel is your best bet in Coron in as far as affordable sleeping option is concerned."

"Very nice and comfortable hostel located right in front of Coron-coron beach. Clean, comfortable with great cafe place facing the road. No hot water in the shower, but it was alright. Fridge, hot and cold drnking water and free lock for the wadrobe was availible)"

"Great party hostel with lots of events and very good well trained staff. The location is ten minutes by tuk-tuk to town so isn’t the best but in return you do get to chill right on the beach. The food and drinks at the bar are amazing but they are a little more expensive than downtown el nido. The beds and the bathroom facilities are clean and well looked after with plenty of bum guns to sort you out after eating a bad meal in town. The entrance and exit could do with improving especially at night as you have to get in from the beach which isn’t ideal at night when there is a high tide and/ or loads of rabid dogs barking and running toward you."
