"I cannot begin to explain how amazing our stay was! When we arrived we got a free room upgrade with a beautiful view of the mountains and lake, that was an amazing start to this trip! The staff was very helpful and we could always communicate via WeChat as to avoid the language barrier. We also had booked the breakfast buffet, there were lots of options to choose from. From more western style breakfasts like cereal and croissants to a full Chinese breakfast. We didn’t have the dinner booked, so we ate one night at the buffet. That was a little expensive for my taste, 20 euros per person. I mean there were lots of options but it was a little expensive for our taste. Otherwise I recommend staying here 10/10!"

"The hotel view is absolutely stunning — it feels like you're in Guilin, surrounded by beautiful mountains. I booked the Lan Shan room with a private pool. The pool was moderately clean and quite small — perfect for taking photos and relaxing, but not ideal for serious swimming. A heads-up for female guests: during my stay, we felt a bit uncomfortable when a drone flew overhead while we were using the pool. Although the hotel clearly prohibits drones (all guests are required to sign an agreement), there happened to be a cycling event nearby, and we weren’t sure who the drone belonged to. If you're planning to wear a bikini or swimwear, just be extra mindful and occasionally check your surroundings for privacy, as it might affect your comfort. The room itself was very spacious, though the cleanliness could be better. However, the service was outstanding — the staff made sure we had everything we needed and were always attentive. We enjoyed the in-room breakfast, which was very convenient. The hotel also offered complimentary afternoon tea and a free photo shoot. While the cheesecake could have tasted better, the photographer was friendly and made the experience fun. Overall, it’s a peaceful and relaxing getaway with stunning scenery and great service — just be cautious around the pool area if you’re concerned about privacy."

"Had a really nice stay at the farm tour. The space is spacious and clean, good service, good home decos, good breakfast, with many cute cats ;p Although the location is a bit far from city centre or some tourist place, it’s not hard to get around. Plus you can actually get necessities at the hotel, they serve local food and hotpots, alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks, and they have a vending machine for snacks."

"這次的體驗巨巨巨滿意，想着去避世選了來泉裏度泡泉，但是真的被每一個服務人員打動了 服務：前台小姐姐巨美又大方，因為訂的是雙人早餐多了一個姐妹同行，本打算自購多一份早餐，前台小姐姐很大方的贈送多一份了，初印象就特別好，因為行李很多，民宿派個小哥哥幫忙一起提行李和找離小院較近的車位，並且都特別禮貌，甚至連澆花的阿姨都很有禮貌會很細心指路去餐廳，餐廳服務員值得表揚，就是不會強制要求消費，而是細心介紹份量和菜品，怕我們點太多吃不完也會温馨提醒，包括拍照完全不社恐會告訴我們是可以開窗簾拍照什麼的 設施：設施各方面都應有具有，包括有24小時服務的保安叔叔，十分安全，還免費提供冰桶開瓶器等，一晚上也有好幾池水可以泡，很舒服，還有很多活動晚上也有燒烤和酒吧什麼，還有小朋友玩的 衞生：小院打理得很乾凈，房間更不用説啦，都很整潔，各種物品也很全面 總體來説沒有一處踩雷，性價比很高，對於國內高端民宿來説，也會再次去關顧滴～"

"酒店在英西峯林的一個小鎮內，背靠兩座山峯，門前有露天泳池，景觀怡人，環境清幽，位置很好，去景點和黃花鎮吃豆腐都很方便。前台小姐姐服務態度好，笑臉相迎，服務響應也很快，我們需要礦泉水等，很快就會拿到房間。床品不錯，居住體驗很好。入住的房間窗外能看到山景，主管小張還是退伍軍人，各方面管理比較到位。"

"本次是家庭出遊，入住體驗非常棒！ 周邊環境：別墅是徽派建築，如果有小姐姐要拍照也很方便，環境清幽雅緻。停車位就在別墅門口，很方便停車，停車自費，就是手動輸入停車金額得小心別輸錯。 別墅內環境：庭院面積不小，一大家子做燒烤很棒，廚房裡有廚具，冰箱，電飯煲等，自己帶一些食材，真的好適合家庭聚會，和家人邊烤邊聊太愜意了，小朋友能在客廳唱K。床鋪都是鋪上了一次性的四件套，小兔子的小朋友高興壞了。 關於服務：最想誇誇管家姐姐，現在出來外面玩兒服務到位的體驗真的很重要。從入住引導到需求響應都無微不至，因為帶了生鮮，想提前一會入住使用冰箱，管家小姐姐幫忙協調了，提前幫忙開了空調和KTV。晚上麥克風沒電了，小姐姐很及時送過來。推薦的吃飯的地方相當靠譜，都好吃。 關於周邊遊玩：去了兩個地方，巧克力王國不太好玩，荒廢衰敗的感覺，看不到幾個工作人員，裏面很多項目還要額外收費。但是仙橋地下河自然風光很好，夏天來也不熱，值回票價。 其實不遊玩周邊景點，單純住別墅裏休閑聚會都是非常好的體驗了，性價比超高，已經安利給身邊所有朋友，下次有機會再來！"
