"When we arrived at the hotel, we were amazed by the location,it was the nearest hotel right infront of the sea around that area. Although the building is quite old ,we loved the location.When we entered our hotel room for 3 persons,we were amazed how big the room was and it was on the 8th floor.We loved it!!! The room was huge,the glass window is huge ,you can see the beautiful sunrise while drinking tea and you can hear the waves. It was very relaxing,my husband and our friend were very happy.We paid a very reasonable price for that amazing stay. I just have one thing that I disliked, “the smoking room” It was very dirty,smelly and garbage everywhere. 😢 But,all in all I would recommend it to my friends specially to those looking for reasonable price stay . "Clean and well-kept hotel. Love the restaurant setting. Hawaii-theme hotel by the beach. Rate is reasonable, especially during the off-season. High season, a lot more expensive but if you love hotel by the beach with outdoor pool, medium size natural hot spring, this place is worth consideration. Great to go in early to mid February when the Kawazu sakura start to blossom along the river near the hotel - an easy 18-minute walk along the coast from hotel."

"彼氏の誕生日旅行として予約させて頂きました！ 結論、非常によかったです！ 事前にメールでサプライズのお手伝いをして頂きたいとお送りしたところ快く引き受けて下さり提案などもして頂けました。 当日ドキドキしながら向かい、入口から暖かく迎えて下さり大変うれしかったです。 夜と朝のご飯を予約させて頂きましたが、これがなんとボリューミー！大変満足で彼も美味しいといいながらニコニコ食べておりました！ 温泉もかなりよく眺めも良くて幸せな時間だったのと サプライズの部分に関してですが 大成功でした！ スタッフの方々が協力してくださり 彼も大喜びでした！ 非常に忘れられない旅行になりました！ 幸せな時間を誠にありがとうございました！ また利用させて頂きます！"

"Magnificent view from my hotel room! Didn’t know hotel provides pickup and drop off services, just give them a call! I rolled my big suitcase down the steep hill and so on from the train station 😅. Love the restaurant next door, the sashimi was caught from the morning! Great hotel with nice onsen, you can enjoy onsen from your bathtubs too."

"這個酒店衹給三鑽太低了，至少應該值四鑽的。 真沒想到不到400就能住到這麼好的一個度假酒店。 如果用四鑽酒店的標準來看的話，美中不足是沒有提供投幣式洗衣機，此外客房房間需手動反鎖，不會自動鎖門。 設施：度假酒店該有的基本都有：自助餐，室內温泉，室外游泳池等。浴衣免費提供。 環境：客房都正對松崎海水浴場，開窗就是海景，晚上在浪聲中入睡。 服務：可以匹配四鑽級酒店的優秀的服務。"

"Great location 1 min from bus stop , all 7 waterfalls route is coming right next to hotel . Waterfall sounds behind a window and open onsens. Very nice and kind service from owners. Only minus is it’s permitted to smoke in the rooms so it smells a bit. Better to have at least some non smoking rooms, cause it’s tough when you’re not smoking and with the kids. The food was great, different menu for 2 days."

"Atagawa Ocean Resort is a fantastic choice for travellers who don’t drive, as it’s just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. The location is stunning - imagine waking up to the beautiful blue sea right outside your room! The breakfast is also great, with a great variety of dishes to represent the local culture."

"We had a truly wonderful stay at Ittouan. The experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They noticed us from far away and immediately came to help carry our luggage. One of the staff members, a lovely young lady who spoke excellent English, was especially helpful and made communication very easy. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but I would like to thank her again. We booked both dinner and breakfast, and the meals were fantastic. The ingredients were very fresh and the variety was impressive. Every dish was different and beautifully prepared. However, for two women like us, the portions were honestly quite generous — even sharing one meal between two people might have been enough! The location is excellent. The hotel provides a free shuttle to Kawazu Station, which makes it extremely convenient for visiting the Kawazu cherry blossoms. It is also very close to the beautiful coastline, so the surroundings are lovely. Our room had a private onsen bath where we could soak while enjoying the view of cherry blossoms, which was a truly special experience. There is also a larger private bath available by reservation (free of charge). We also tried the hot stone spa, which was incredibly effective in relieving the fatigue after my marathon. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I would love to come back again in the future, hopefully with my family. 一灯庵で本当に素晴らしい滞在をさせていただきました。最初から最後までとても心温まる体験でした。 到着したとき、スタッフの皆さまは遠くから私たちに気づいてくださり、すぐに荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくださいました。その心遣いにとても感動しました。特に英語がとても上手な可愛らしい女性スタッフの方がいらっしゃって、丁寧に対応してくださり安心して滞在することができました。残念ながらお名前を伺うのを忘れてしまいましたが、この場を借りて改めて感謝をお伝えしたいです。 夕食と朝食の両方をお願いしましたが、お料理はどれも本当に素晴らしかったです。食材はとても新鮮で、品数も多く、一つ一つ丁寧に作られているのが伝わってきました。すべて違う料理で楽しませていただきました。ただ、私たち二人（女性）には少し量が多く、とても贅沢なボリュームでした。 立地もとても良く、河津駅まで無料の送迎があるので河津桜を見に行くのにもとても便利でした。また、美しい海岸も近く、散歩するだけでもとても気持ちの良い場所でした。 お部屋の温泉では桜を眺めながらゆっくり入ることができ、とても特別な時間を過ごすことができました。また、無料で予約できる貸切風呂もあり、温泉を存分に楽しめました。さらにホットストーンスパも利用しましたが、マラソンを走った後の疲れが本当に和らぎ、とてもリラックスできました。 スタッフの皆さまの温かいおもてなしのおかげで、忘れられない滞在になりました。ぜひまた家族と一緒に訪れたいと思います。本当にありがとうございました。"

"It was raining throughout when we were staying but we loved the stay! The town is fairly quiet and empty, but we just spent some time exploring around and also chilled at their lounge. The view was really good and the breakfast was good too. We didn’t opt for the dinner, so we had to go outside for food. There’s not much choice for food outside actually, so make sure to do your research! The onsen was okay, not too crowded. If you prefer more privacy, there is a small bath tub in the room. Alcohol was provided all day, but beer has a cut off time, so that’s a downside for me. Overall we still enjoyed our time there, would recommend to stay."

"Excellent view by the sea with no complains. Private ”onsen” in room so you can enjoy anytime during the visit. The food is good and that is a lot for both dinner and breakfast. The air-con keep running and stop at night. I undertand that was keep warm indoor but it is a bit noisy at night. The staffs keep up excellent service to every customer and we received a warm goodbye that is out of my expectation. The funny thing there were a lot of aged Japanese customers and I felt that like my retirement trip."
