What about access to a residents/guests only rooftop party deck with a drink rail that seats 10 and has 360 degree views of the valley and looks right at Whitefish Mountain Resort? Check on that too. And, I know I'm asking a lot, but what about secure, underground parking with a dedicated private parking space and a large elevator that takes me right up to the penthouse. Yup..you guessed it.
