Great location near a lot of amazing restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast quality was also decent.
There was a brown spot near the bathtub which was a bit unsightly, but overall the cleaniness was alright. Bedsheets and everything was clean. Toilet was also spacious

A lavishly furnished hotel in the heart of Hue. Warm welcomes from all the staff followed by an introduction to a sumptuous room marked the start of an idyllic stay here. Really comfortable bed, well designed shower room. A truly extensive breakfast buffet. Everyone involved in this hotel displays utter professionalism.

Great position with restaurants and bars right at the door. Staff were fantastic. No issues with street noise. The only thing that was a bit of a draw back was the pool water was not refreshing, a bit warm. Some extra shade pool side would have been a bonus. Would stay again.

We had a pleasant 2 days 1 night stay at this hotel which is surrounded by eateries, pubs & shops. The service staff (especially Ngoc) we encountered are courteous & helpful. The room we stayed in is spacious & clean. All electrical items (airconditioner, water- heater, television, etc) work well.

This hotel is situated in the city centre and going around is very covenient. The room is clean, bright and the airconditioning system is cool enough for me. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Many restaurants and pubs around the hotel.

Located in the heart of the entertainment district, the team at the Rosaleen made us feel welcome from the start. Extreme kudos and thanks for helping us sort out a double booking situation for which I was entirely to blame. They could not have been kinder or more understanding. The hotel is fairly close to the major sites, but we opted for a taxi to the Imperial City due to the heat. In less extreme temps most of the places you would want to visit are within walking distance. There is a lovely river walk down by the Night Market and some good restaurants on the doorstep. Madam Thu was particularly good. Thank you, Hotel Rosaleen!
