"1. The hotel has a good atmosphere. The service was also very friendly. 2. At 3:00 a.m. on February 16, there were loud shouting and activities outside, which did not stop until 8:00 a.m. Couldn't fall asleep after being woken up! It's really infuriating. When I checked out in the morning, I complained to the front desk and the hotel told me that this was a celebration organized by the government! But my question is that if there is an activity by the government, the hotel will know about it and should notify the guests as soon as possible (at least change hotels). Instead of waiting for complaints to be made before giving 2 drinks or spa coupons and just calling it a day! The point is that this is not a business hotel, and we don't know how long it will take for international guests to arrive, so we can't use the coupons even if we get them. It can't make up for the discomfort of a sleepless night!"

"The hotel is lovely, it’s clean, it’s in a very strange place but it very quiet but you have to catch grab or taxi everywhere, they let us checkin early and they had free bikes to use, my disappointment cam at breakfast time, we went down , the coffee was undrinkable and what was for breakfast was absolutely shocking! What you see in the photos was what you got! For close to 500,000 The eggs you see were post to be an omelet , the 2 items on the table were covered in fruit flies and flys, stay but don’t pay for the breakfast! "We traveled from Da Nang to Hue for this stay. Since the hotel is newly opened, all the facilities, equipment, and decor felt brand new and pristine. Because we were on a tight two-day schedule, we utilised their luggage storage service. When we returned late around 9 PM, we were pleased to find they had already safely moved our bags into our room. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, especially the kind older gentleman. I really enjoyed the minimalist and earthy aesthetic of the room. However, there was a design flaw: one of the windows could not be fully closed. Unfortunately, this allowed mosquitoes and small bugs to enter the room at night. While the hotel does not provide breakfast, the location is excellent, making it easy to walk to nearby restaurants for meals."

"Our experience at the hotel was more than we possibly could have expected before coming. First of all, the territory surrounded by the beautiful rice paddies is something absolutely unique. Garden, pool, a small lake, an artificial waterfall, lots of colourful fishes - it’s was so enjoyable to take a rest closer to nature from the hustle and bustle of the city. The other thing is the people: the hotel staff is simply excellent. Everyone we interacted with was willing to help and do their best to make us feel comfortable. It's difficult to single out anyone, as a great vacation is a team effort. Many thanks for our wonderful vacation!"
