"Youth hostel, shared bathroom. The hostel is in an alley, not ventilated, the room and quilt are damp, and it is impossible to sleep at night. What's even more bizarre is that the landlord requires you to change into slippers when entering the hotel lobby. Even five-star hotels don't do this. I wanted to make tea, so I bought mineral water and hoped that the landlord would give me an electric kettle. The landlord said I could take it to the lobby to boil. What's even more incredible is that the Chinese name of the hotel is Canary Hotel, but there is no Chinese sign, only Vietnamese. I used three different navigations but couldn't find it. Finally, I met a kind person who helped me find it. Whoever stays in this homestay (not as good as a youth hostel) will regret it!"

"Stayed here while on a tour through Vietnam. Staff were friendly, and concierge always willing to help. They have happy hour daily and we also received a free beer, wine or soft drink on arrival. Rooms are very spacious with aircon and balcony. Free wifi is also offered. Breakfast includes a large variety of fruits, pastries, cereal as well as cooked options. The location is very central to local attractions with a great little coffee shop just around the corner. The pool was great to relax and cool down after a hot day of exploring."
