Clean and tidy, which is exactly what I value most when choosing a hotel. The description mentioned a Serta mattress, and the bedding was indeed very comfortable; I slept soundly. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful; she even gave me a Mongolian-style fridge magnet when I left. The scenery was a pleasant surprise; there was a large bridge outside the window, which was especially beautiful at night—I forgot to take a picture! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hailar!"

The front desk staff are warm and professional, making check-in and check-out very efficient. The breakfast selection is rich and the taste is quite good. The overall environment is clean and tidy, offering great value for money. It's an ideal accommodation choice for business trips or travel in Hailar, highly recommended!"

Tianjiao Hotel
"First negative review First of all: The hotel itself did not know that the hot water equipment was broken. It kept waiting after the call. We did not tell the reason until we called again at ten o'clock. We did not know when it would be repaired. We only agreed to apply for a room change after asking for it...basically There is no service attitude. So, a room that costs a few hundred dollars is like this? Secondly, the decoration started at 6.55 in the morning. Customers' rest time was not taken into consideration at such an early time during the holidays. The hotel was not notified on the page or manually that the hotel was being decorated. It was incomplete and unsystematic. Finally, the price is not cheap, so please keep up with the service concept. During normal decoration time, if the water heater is not working, at least we need to communicate and adjust it in time, instead of actively communicating and requesting ourselves. Wearing slippers and dragging luggage to change rooms at around 10 o'clock in the middle of the night, on such a cold day, I can only say that the experience was very poor."

The sheets and towels are exceptionally white, like new. Environment: The environment is great, with a gym and laundry facilities. Breakfast is also plentiful! They even have Mongolian-style milk tea. Autumn in Hailar is quite cold, so a hot cup of milk tea is incredibly comforting. Service: The receptionist was excellent. We went during what seemed like the off-season, and they upgraded our room!! So thoughtful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I travel to Hulunbuir!!!"
