We loved the beautiful property and would recommend it to everyone. The staff had great guest service.

The hotel needs some renovation. There were a lot of leaks after the rain, beds are a bit bumpy, etc.
They should add more hotel staff especially during peak season ( they looked tired and overworked).
The view of the sea is spectacular though (especially from the 9th floor).

The place is beautiful, we really enjoyed it. I would’ve given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for a difficulty in getting a taxi.

Nice hotel, beautiful views and delicious breakfast & dinner overlooking the sea. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a partial sea view room and the view was better than expected. Would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful view from the rooms facing the ocean. Large and clean suite with two rooms. The hotel is a very large, but cozy facility, where you walk between separate houses and facilities in a nice surrounding. Despite many sunbeds, they were occupied most of the time. However, there was a small public beach some 3 minutes walk from the hotel with some restaurants. The gym was also too small to serve the number of guests. The area is quiet and relaxing, you need to take a taxi towards Palma to eat at other restaurants.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel. Staff was really nice and helpful. They took extraeffort to make sure the quests had good time at the hotel.
There was a lots of negative comments about sunbeds. I would say that I saw how employees took an effort to solve that issue, but it is not so easy. This is not fault of employees, but the unpleasent customers. Also, people who wanted to be ar sun, could of used rooftop sunbeds.
Hotel itself was in good condition and with many extras that can be used. Brekfast and dinner is also very good.
Only shortcomings we found the comfort of the beds and small maintainance issues in the room. Cleaning was good level.

Super clean, friendly staff, good food and breakfast buffet.
Our room was fully renovated but the shower was broken and shower area was not perfectly done as water was running all over the floor after taking shower. Also bathroom door was broken. Frequent room inspection should be done by hotel managements.

Great location, cool sea front facilities. Hotel is older looking but ok. We were perfectly happy until air conditioning did not work. Requested it being fixed to no avail during 4 night stay. Requested room change, did not get it. Technician admitted they had a problem with the exterior a/c unit. It was impossible to sleep at night with no a/c.
