"The bed was unstable and wobbly, which affected comfort. The aircon temp is not cooling the entire room which affected the sleep quality. The bathroom had drain flies, raising cleanliness concerns. Breakfast was below average and did not meet expectations. The airport shuttle required an additional $12 fee per person, which was not clearly communicated. Disposable slippers were not provided. Overall, this property does not meet the standards of a 4 star hotel and is more accurately rated as a 3 star hotel at best."

"The staff were helpful and courteous. The room had a good view of the airport and the chaos of the ground handlers as they moved aircraft. Less than a minute’s walk to the airport. The food was the sort you would expect in a decent bistros. The convenience and availability of the guests washing machine and dryer was outstanding. Ok the place wasn’t brand new and many guests used room service merely leaving their dirty plates outside their bedroom doors which was unsightly."

"Short walk to Sydney Domestic Airport. KFC and Mc's right around the corner. Affordable rooms. Excellent service: they let me check in early at 1330h. After I checked out in the morning, I left my large suitcase in the storage room for awhile so that I can go around the city, then came back to retrieve it in the afternoon, no additional fee. Receptionists were very courteous."

"It's not a hotel as such, just a large house that has been converted into guest rooms. There is a communal lounge and kitchen which I didn't use but looked nice and functional. I was in a downstairs bedroom so had to carry my suitcase down a flight of stairs. The room was basic but comfortable and clean, fine for a quick overnight stay between flights. Very convenient to the airport. There is no reception or staff on site so you have to contact the owners by phone to get an access code so you can let yourself in."

"Great friendly service the hotel rooms were classy and nicely furnished. The hotel staff made you feel like a star. I didn’t eat or drink there but the kitchen looked clean professional and they had many customers. Overall I think it was very reasonably priced for a hotel of this quality."

"Simple. Bed a bit sof and sunken. Bathroom is a module. Black mold found at the joints. Plasticky and slippery inside. Hair dryer on the floor of cupboard. Sound proofing not great."

"The room was quaint, but everything about this hotel was decent. The bathroom was big enough, very clean, and has top-of-the-line sundries. It was very conveniently located just below the departures hall. Because of its size, there’s really not much to expect, but the cleanliness and service are superb. I did have one concerning experience when my room suddenly was filled with the smell of suffocating engine fumes, and I was woken up in the middle of the night. I have written a letter about it; I am waiting for the hotel’s response."

"The Moxy Sydney Airport totally impressed me! Let’s start with location: it’s extremely close to the airport (EVEN just a 15-minute walk to the terminal), and the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. It’s also near Mascot Station—about a 15-minute walk—with a scheduled shuttle service provided. From Mascot, it only takes around 20 minutes by train to get to Circular Quay (where the Sydney Opera House is). The staff are diverse and truly passionate about their work. Though the hotel is busy, every guest I observed received attentive service. The design is stylish, the facilities are modern, and there’s a bar in the lobby where you get a welcome drink on arrival (usually a cocktail, but non-alcoholic options are available). The room is a bit compact, though. Shout-out to the breakfast: you can order freshly cooked eggs at the chef’s station. I have to say—they were the best eggs I’ve had in Australia. I ended up having four in one morning! 悉尼金斯福特史密斯机场的Moxy酒店令人感到惊艳。先说说交通：距离机场特别近（15分钟可步行到航站楼），酒店提供往返机场的穿梭巴士；离Mascot地铁站也很近，步行约15分钟，酒店也提供定时穿梭巴士。从Mascot站乘地铁到Circular Quay（悉尼歌剧院附近）仅需20分钟左右。酒店员工背景多元但都热情敬业，客人虽多，但据我观察每位客人都能得到不错的接待。酒店设计风格时尚，设施较新，大厅设有酒吧，入住时会赠送欢迎饮品（一般提供鸡尾酒，也可选无酒精饮料）。不过房间稍小一些。特别要提的是早餐：可以在厨师窗口点煎蛋，我承认这是我在澳大利亚吃过的最好吃的煎蛋，一早上炫了4个！"

匿匿名顧客One metro station (Mascot) from domestic airport. This apartment is only 5 min-walk from the Mascot metro stn and the vicinity has many restaurants (mainly Eastern) and supermarkets or pharmacy. Very new cozy spacious and moden apartment with alp kinds of necessary amenities as one's home. Actual payment has to be made at the reception although preauthorisation of my credit card had been made upon booking online. Extra fees for credit cards will be charged and cash is acceptable only to the limit AUD100. So at the end I paid hybrid to minimise the extra charges for credit card. I think this apartment should have prepared online prepayment to avoid the hassle. We could hear all the noise of airplanes inside our room, but not much a problem for us since we oniy stayed one night and noise was much reduced after shutting the door and window. Overall a very cozy stay.
