The Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿) is a beautiful little boutique hotel where nothing is missing: the rooms are gorgeous and spotlessly clean, and the team is incredibly friendly and helpful. A real highlight is the delicious tea ceremony – the perfect way to end the evening while sharing stories. The hosts make it so easy to feel at home! If you need help organizing your trip, you can fully rely on the hotel team – simply fantastic. The Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿) is located right by the riverside promenade and close to the city center. There’s nothing better than strolling back to the hotel after an iced hotpot, across the town square and along the river – highly recommended! 挺好的小酒店，老闆服務意識很強，會幫忙拿行李，床品乾淨舒適，房間的燒水壺都是蘇泊爾的，還備有洗衣液，雖然我們用的自己的，還是覺得很貼心，洗手盆水龍頭為了不濺水裝了轉接頭之類的東西，飲用水是用的長白山的農夫山泉，而且放在走廊，可以自己拿取。早餐那邊服務態度挺好，品種也豐富。細節處見品質，很推薦。

服務：從前台到樓層清潔的工作人員都很熱情 環境：明亮舒適，室外零下40度的阿爾山，房間內温暖如夏，喝着酒店前台的冰咖啡（深烘豆）吃着冰糖葫蘆一點不違和 衞生：房間和走到衞生都很乾凈 美中不足的地方是酒店冬季麼有早餐，要在旁邊的店裡點餐，吃多了肉沒有吃到蔬菜和水果，不過即使在最冷的季節酒店周圍吃飯的地方也很多，一次滿意的選擇

nice comfortable stay, in this super picturesque town. rooms were clean, comfortable beds, minimal noise. Staff were very patient and welcoming. shower and toilet in same room, but that's not a problem for us. Hot water available. Parking just outside. 5 minute walk from main road crossing a beautiful bridge. family bike hire also available nearby.

除了沒有早餐，略略遺憾。其他都很好。酒店在河邊，推窗見景。早晚出行看景，很方便。外觀很漂亮，本身也是可入鏡頭的街景。趕上下雨天，但是我沒開空調，屋裡也很暖和，不知道是不是開了暖氣。最方便的是酒店樓下就是快充樁，開電車出行的人太滿意了。

位置特別方便，靠近市政府與火車站，出行換乘、遊玩都很省心。房間打掃得乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，沒有異味，住着踏實安心。賓館暖氣充足，冬季入住也很温暖，有電梯，24 小時熱水穩定好用。前台服務熱情周到，會耐心解答旅遊問題、推薦周邊路線，免費停車方便自駕，性價比超高，是來阿爾山遊玩靠譜又實惠的好選擇。

地理位置：距離阿爾山火車站5分鐘，就在市中心，站在窗邊就能欣賞夜晚的美景！ 服務：前台超熱情，一直心心念唸的潑水成冰，終於實現了，😜😜前台小妹幫我燒了好幾次水。 民宿環境：衞生很乾凈，床品雖然不像大酒店那樣平整，最起碼可以看出是一客一換的！

位置很好，停車方便。衹是設施設備與房間價格完全不匹配：首先前台擺設的兩台老舊洗衣機就嚴重影響了酒店的形象，幾間房的價格就可以換上新式的酒店洗衣機，方便客人的需求！房間內的毛巾掉毛了也不捨得換新。洗臉盆出水口直通的，連塞子都沒有，開大點水都難下水，我們直接擰開池下管道就掉下來一大坨垃圾，如此簡單的操作清潔人員卻不管不顧。早餐還可以吧。
