"酒店離東台高鐵走路3百多米，新裝修，簡約現代乾濕分離，房間大，床鋪也大，舒適，衞生間淋浴出水大，1百出頭房間還有早餐，早餐開餐是7點後但我們趕車居然6點多也有，吃了一份熱呼早餐再出來，特別舒坦！"

"My 2nd time in Dongtai, 1st time in Leida hotel. It looked good on the website. 1st impressions were good. Even though the staff spoke very limited English they checked me in efficiently (I do speak some Chinese but if you don't it's okay). The rooms are a good size and the big picture windows give great views over the public lake/park. the only downside was the faint aroma of stale cigarette smoke in the room but this is China and unfortunately to be expected. The downside was the breakfast was very Chinese and though I love the cuisine here I'm not a lover of Chinese breakfast. It would have been better if the cook knew how to make fried eggs in different styles than just solid yokes and they invested in a good coffee machine. The coffee was in a flask....and was white....I didn't even try the bit I poured into a cup. The positive is Wuyue Plaza is a 10 minute stroll and has a Starbucks and MacDonalds! I had a look at the gym and pool. Gym was 10 yuan, pool was 40. Both looked okay. The hotel grounds needed a bit of a tidy up but were okay. I couldn't find direct access into the lake/park area but then I was only there 2 nights. The big convenience was Wuyue Plaza. The top floor was restaurants. A decent selection. Towards the back on the outside walking street was a decent little bar (Black Vine). Nice manager, 8 craft beer taps, lots of bottled beer. Yes, I'd stay here again as it suited my purpose."

They went the extra mile by offering assistance proactively—whether guiding me or simply checking in to ensure everything was perfect. When I realized I had left an item behind, I called the hotel, and 小徐 (Xiao Xu) at the front desk confirmed within seconds that it had been safely kept. She even arranged for it to be delivered to me the very next day—such outstanding service! Thanks to this wonderful experience, I will definitely choose Mercure hotels again in the future. "設施：開業很多年了，至今一直算東台主城區最高檔的酒店了，設施一應俱全，衹不過有些舊了。房間應該近一兩年重新裝修過，安裝了智能窗簾馬桶等。 衞生：衞生狀況總體還行，但是第二天起來發現床單上有遺留的剪下來指甲，肯定不是我們的，因為趕着退房所以沒有及時反映。 環境：外部環境不錯，地理位置很好，到鬧市區比較近，停車場車位很多。酒店大堂顯得有點舊，光線比較暗。樓層走廊還有房間都有少許黴味。 服務：總體還行，中秋節送了幾個小月餅。服務總體上還有提升空間，比如退房出門的時候沒有主動提醒輸入車牌號可以免費停車。"

"位置方便，距商業中心和高鐵站都可以6元起步價到達。 室內有辦公桌，方便。 但是：1. 空調上污漬斑斑，看得出沒有定期清洗，那空氣質量不敢想 2. 早餐，品種單一。説起來9:30結束，但9:00到達已沒有現煮麪條。居然有蒸胡蘿蔔，而沒有常見的烤紅薯之類。"
