Very clean and comfortable room and free airport transfer with very reasonable price. The front desk and driver were kind and helpful. We called the hotel and they immediately send their van with their hotel’s name to pick us up. Highly recommended to those who have early or night flights in Lanzhou airport .

這次入住體驗真的超出預期，必須好好誇一誇這家酒店！整體裝修風格簡約大氣，看着乾淨又舒服，細節處也很用心，一進門就感覺很温馨。前台工作人員服務態度特別熱情周到，有問必答、耐心細緻，辦理入住手續效率超高，不用長時間排隊等待，流程順暢又省心。酒店房間空間寬敞明亮，採光通風都很好，整體乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，讓人住得特別安心。浴室做了乾濕分離設計，使用起來方便又衞生，洗漱用品齊全，水壓水温都很穩定，體驗感很好。最驚喜的是酒店的早餐，種類豐富多樣，味道也十分在線。熱氣騰騰的小餛飩鮮美可口，麪條勁道入味，還有各式各樣的糕點、新鮮菜品和飲品，選擇多、口感佳，吃得飽又吃得好，完全滿足了早餐需求。無論是服務、環境還是配套設施都無可挑剔，性價比超高，整體入住感受非常棒。真心強烈推薦給大家，下次出行還會優先選擇這家酒店！

設施：如家品牌，多的不用説，出差住就是倆字：放心 衞生：房間很乾凈，佈局也很合理，很不錯 環境：位置離機場不算遠，雖然周圍比較荒吧，但是想吃東西可以點外賣 服務：這個必須給點贊，前台服務好，而且還有接送機服務 出差住如家，就是安心

此次和朋友轉機路過蘭選擇了美侖酒店，這家酒店的入住體驗超出我的預期！尤其是免費接送機很近也比較方便，房間很暖和，衞生整潔舒適，前台小姐姐熱情周到給我們送了護手霜，還免費升級房型早上趕飛機提前幫我們打包好早餐真的很意外，性價比超高，是機場周邊住宿的優質選擇，非常值得入住！下次來回機場還會選擇這裏！

獨自旅行，飛機夜間到達，電話聯繫司機，告訴了出站接送的樓層和出口序號。不需要提前預約。飛機落地後再聯繫酒店，師傅會打電話主動聯繫。攜程會員，房間前台服務主動升級了房型。送的時候大的10分鐘到中川機場。賓館位於三維財富中心。周邊有多家酒店。房間很大，窗户大，有中央空調和掃式空調同時供熱。升級了房型超過預期。平台贈送的早餐，睡過了時間。自助早餐7點到9點結束。服務很好。接送方便，和其它同行人員一同接送。中午1小時送一趟。三家灑店連一起，是同一家酒店。周圍還有幾家酒店。提供礦泉水！

I believe the hotel has changed its name but I can't remember what's it currently called as I only had a brief time there, checked in late and checked out early the next morning. Even though my time was brief, the service at the hotel was great. The hotel is located about 15 minutes drive away from the airport and they offer pickup and dropoff service to and from the airport (and the railway station). However, I don't think there's any shops or restaurants nearby in walking distance. The room was great with plenty of electrical outlets. All in all, I wish I had more time at the hotel.

The room is great, although this time we had an issue with the morning to the airport service. We arrived on time at 6:20am and there was no room in the shuttle that was scheduled. It’s very stressful to wake up early and make sure you don’t miss a flight, and they clearly overbooked the shuttle, even though we specifically arranged this the night before. A rude family pushed past us too and the hotel staff didn’t really communicate what was going on. I appreciate the hospitality during the stay, but guests shouldn’t have to worry about missing a flight from rude other guests and miss-counted shuttles.

在這家酒店住出了“在家躺平”的鬆弛感！床品軟到躺下就不想起，隔音好到完全聽不到走廊聲音，連浴室熱水都是秒出且水温穩定。傍晚在露台吹吹風，服務員還會主動遞上檸檬水，周邊步行5分鐘就是小吃街，既安靜又方便，假期的愜意感全在這了！

I arrived rather late but the check in process was simple enough and then the room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel especially if you want to be near the airport and are only staying one night like I was. The front desk was incredibly helpful and even helped me get a morning shuttle to the airport without having to be asked. Overall incredibly pleasant experience, no complaints.

The hotel is clean and in a very convenient position for air travellers. However, despite their sending messages in English, noone there is able to speak or understand a single word of English or any language other than Chinese. I think that customers should be aware of that. Also, they promised with gestures to give me a wake up call early in the morning and they didn't. It was a hard experience indeed!
