"i love the view from the 6th floor room though the steps are quite challenging :) they also allow pet which is great though the only concern i had was that they charged me 2K PHP for additional fee on top of the pet cleaning fee per day (which is not part of the fine print) which is kind of weird honestly. they should manage guests of the fees that they will eventually charge for the pets at the onset. apart from this, i dont have any concerns with the property - staff are friendly and location is great!"

"Overall, it was a great experience. The amenities were amazing — lots of activities to enjoy, whether you're into relaxing or staying active. You definitely won’t run out of things to do!
The food was delicious, and the staff were all so kind and accommodating. They even granted our request for a room with a stunning view of Taal Volcano — waking up to that scenery was truly unforgettable.
Cleanliness was good, I’d give it a 4 out of 5. There’s a little room for improvement, but it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment.
If you're looking for a peaceful escape with great food, fun activities, and breathtaking views, I highly recommend Canyon Woods!"

"We had a great stay at this hotel after we had our family reunion on their sky lounge. The breakfast options was less than other hotels but the taste was good. The amenities were also okay and the pool was big. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and will definitely go back."

"Its our 2nd time here, and definitely not our last. The room is so spacious, complete basic toiletries, clean bedsheets and towels. The resort is huge and a lot of activities to try like biking, inflatables, billiards, basketball,spa,restaurants etc.. adults and kids will enjoy. Club balai isabel is on our top go-to-resort near metro manila😊
Only one concern is their pool area, I think it needs a deep cleaning, there were moss/lumot in tile spaces. It might cause accidents especially for the kids. Hope they pay attention to that, but nevertheless, pool is still great"

"We celebrated my husband’s birthday on September 8–9 and truly enjoyed our stay. The resort and beach were clean, the food was good, and the staff were accommodating and courteous.
As a small suggestion, it might be helpful to provide something to address mosquitoes in the rooms—perhaps a screen door or a mosquito electric lamp.
Overall, it was a wonderful short vacay. We will definitely come back!"

"Everything was great. From the security guard, to the receptions and all the staffs are very accommodating. The room is spacious and the bathroom was great with its bathtub. The pool is big and there is a gym and spa. It was a lovely stay. It's just a little far from convenience store but overall was great."

"The room had an “old musty” smell when we entered. I think it came from the room being old and the smell of salt water. Good thing there was an Air purifier. The massage Service in the hotel is very good and relaxing. My husband, daughter and I all enjoyed it. Food was okay. Staff were friendly."

MMisafir KullanıcıWe recently stayed at Family villa 1 and was thoroughly impressed with everything—from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile.
The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials (and more!). I especially appreciated the attention to detail—the comfy bed, free use of karaoke. The hotel’s location is perfect.
Overall, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

The place is accessible to the mall and busses going to Manila if you are a solo traveller. The room is very comfy so I have a very nice and pleasant stay in this hotel.

MM52568****I was in CaSoBe with my family in February 2024. It has been a great holiday! The sea view from our cabin, the beach sunsets and the big swimming pools were a hit.
The personnel of the resort were really friendly and always ready to answer our needs and questions.
In particular, I would like to mention Mr. Alexis, who accompanied us in some trips around the area. He has been so kind and friendly with us and our kids and showed us all the best spots to visit, allowing us to experience the real Filipino life and tastes. A special thanks also to Marcus, from the resort management, who contributed to make our holiday memorable.
We highly recommend Calatagan South Beach resort for any visitor who likes to find a clean, friendly and relaxing environment for his holiday. We hope to be able to go back sometime!

CCitingtanThe worst hotel experience that I had so far. The first time we tried was narra pool vila, overall it was good. So this time we tried out pamela glass vila with a garden.
1. We chose king size bed, it turned out that the hotel uses two single bed to combine, and one mattress is high, the other one is low, and in the middle of the bed you can feel the hard wood bed frame on your back and one higher mattress and one lower mattress. I was so pissed whole night as it was super uncomfortable. (Hotel didnot even notice us that the king size bed is made of two small single beds)
2. Bed buds. Me and my husband were bitten hardly for both legs and arms. We cannot believe it, the room charged so much and cannot even guarantee the cleanliness.
3. It was raining at night, and while taking shower, the rain kept dripping into the shower room. It was so cold so we eventually had to put an umbrella to cover a bit the rain.
4. Overall, this is an experience of spending money to buy uncomfortableness.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe booked 4 villa rooms for an overnight stay at Cintai Coritos. We loved that the place is tucked away from the city noise. It's a serene and relaxing environment.. the service staff greeted us with warmth and utmost respect and even offered to help us with our bags. The food is great though there not alot to choose from the menu list.
There are alot of stray cats in the area and they come to you for food which was not a problem for us feeding them but some of the cats gets aggressive, so children are not safe to be around those cats.
But over all, we enjoyed the place and we we're even allowed to stay past the check out time. I'd surely recommend this place to my friends and come back again in the future.

The location was convenient, close to restaurants and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. Breakfast had a decent variety, though I feel it could still be improved with more options.
One area for improvement would be the noise level—sometimes I could hear sounds from the hallway. But aside from that, the stay was enjoyable.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe did a day pass on a weekend and decided fo book 2 rooms the following week. Unfortunately we had a bad experience. We were told of our room numbers but only given 1 key as the other room was being fixed yet. Then when we made a follow up, we are being given a different room, which is far from the type of room we booked. We said we are willing to wait for the room that was assigned to us but, the receptionist keep on insisting a different room that’s either different room type or far from the other room we had. We repeatedly ask the reason why the supposedly room is not available however, the receptionist is not giving us proper answer. I asked if the current guest occupying the room extended their stay she said no. So then we said again that we are willing to wait to have it fixed as the room are convenient for us family as we were with a PWD. Only then she agreed. Then as we left, she run towards us saying our room is now available and ready. We didn’t go up the room yet as the children were excited to swim. We went up the room around 6-7pm and to our surprise, the delayed room was so dirty. Oil stained bedsheets. Hairs all over the floor and crumpled beddings. You know that the bedding were not changed and just folded back. The housekeeping supervisor cane to the room with us to see it personally. They offered different rooms but we decided to just let them clean the room. They changed all the beddings then. Said they are going to investigate and give us an explanation before we check out the next day but, we never heard anything from them. The place were ok. However, everything is like an add on. The inflatables, you need to pay separately. 499 per person for 2hrs. Food are expensive. They have like stalls of food by the beach and prices were x2. They have a fun room, usually come with the booking but, lucky us, it was not free anymore. They do not allow savory foods but snacks are allowed. Breakfast? It was ok but for the price of 600 per person? Not really. If the breakfast is not included in your booking, better to eat out. Not worth the 600. Overall, expensive stay but not worth the money.
