"前幾天住在連江民宿一家人都很崩潰，來了温德姆感覺得救了。來之前沒有抱太大期待，不知道是不是因為升房了，結果遠超預期。訂了兩間兩晚，兩間都升套房了。這個價格國慶節能住到套房真的沒想到。房間很大，隔音非常好，床品也非常棒，特別舒服，在這裏比家裡睡眠質量都高！甚至想買兩個枕頭帶回家。 浴缸有提供泡澡袋，浴鹽，比較神奇的是還有絲瓜絡搓澡巾，第一次在酒店見到。 套房有空氣凈化器，加濕器，所有設施一應俱全。 服務：超預期，小朋友在景區摔倒擦破皮了，回來找前台要了碘伏，大堂經理還主動來關心小朋友的情況。所有工作人員都很nice。 一樓大廳有小童樂園，比較小，但我感覺比那種還要專門坐電梯去的小童樂園方便很多，就在電梯口，多人出行等人的時候或者回來順路小朋友就玩一下，可以避免等待時間小朋友着急。"

"帶一歲半的小朋友出行，管家518號提前聯繫、幫忙協調了床圍欄，入住時都已經安裝到位，小朋友休息的很安心。 房間也特別不錯，大且安靜，沐浴間防滑還有坐的地方，給小朋友洗澡也特別方便。一些入住的需求和管家溝通都能及時回覆，也很貼心的給了旅遊攻略，遇到的工作人員都很專業，很不錯的體驗！再來的話會繼續選擇國惠。 最後，平潭挺適合錯峯旅遊的，這幾年變化也很大，交通好了不少、景點旅遊設施也完善，確實可以常來玩了。"

"It will be so hard if you can’t speak Chinese. There was not enough amenities (shampoo)left but I could not convince the staff about that because I can’t speak Chinese. Also I could not understand about the system of breakfast so I didn’t have it.. However, the room was specious and clean, the location is good as it is close to the beach and shops. I’m satisfied with the stay:)"

"環境：很美，很滿意，設施很智能方便，地理位置也很棒，去68海里、壇南灣都很近，窗外就是龍王頭海灘的美景，坐在窗邊看海很愜意。 服務：前台兩位小哥服務非常好，都會很主動地提供幫助，也很細心，管家式服務做的提醒和攻略都很周到。 衞生：乾淨，阿姨打掃得很仔細。一次性用品給得很充裕，潔癖友好😂 特色服務:尤其要提一下民宿合作高鐵接站的楊哥，人真的超級nice！後來我們玩兒北線+南線也是包他的車，雖然確實不像某書那麼便宜，但是這個💰花得真的很值得！楊哥是正兒八經的本地文旅工作人員，所以對景點特色和當地風土人情都講解得很到位，聊天也能看出是一位三觀超正、顧家務實的人。道路很熟悉，帶我們去的地方拍照真的很美，比眾所周知的那些打卡點都要美得多！大家有需要包車遊平潭的都可以找他試試～"

"設施：一應俱全，早餐品種豐富。收拾桌面的阿姨能輕拿輕放碗筷會更好，感覺到了她工作的不開心。餐桌的小隔斷幾乎是沒有人清潔，湯湯水水的油漬甩在上面很頑固。 衞生：房間衞生整體良好。 環境：單沒有獨立的吸煙室，雖是颱風天，默許在室內抽煙可不太應該 服務：也是第一次遇見讓住客等工作人員進電梯的"

"先是訂了一晚，回來感覺不錯，又連續訂了一晚，環境好，設施齊全，安靜，服務非常好，碰到都會打招呼，有專門的管家，衞生也非常乾淨，酒店正門口就有停車位，晚上如果出去回來不怕沒車位，酒店門口實在沒有車位，還可以停酒店旁邊的大型免費停車場，就在酒店100m處，不怕沒位置，配有充電樁，離市區也很近，開車8分鐘左右，可以坐旁邊停車場的免費接駁大巴海里小鎮，接過去送回來，在正門口下，國慶期間參觀68海里小鎮，還可以到台灣小鎮拿小禮品，性價比絕了，體驗感超級好，下次來還會選擇這家酒店"

"We had a very pleasant stay at Pingtan Skyline Original Hotel. The location is excellent—conveniently situated near the coast and easy to access from the main points of interest in Pingtan. It’s a clean, modern hotel with a cozy atmosphere. The Chinese-style breakfast buffet was quite good, offering a decent variety of fresh local dishes. The staff were always welcoming, friendly, and very helpful—ready to assist with any requests we had. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice modern design. However, we did feel it was missing some practical touches. There weren’t quite enough shelves or storage areas for personal items, and the design of the bathroom door was a bit awkward. To exit the toilet area, you actually have to step into the shower space, which was slightly inconvenient. That said, everything else about our stay was great, and we would still recommend this hotel for a short, comfortable stay in Pingtan!"

"獨自旅行住連鎖酒店，安全感和便捷性被這家拉滿！房間乾淨無死角，床的軟硬度剛好，一個人睡超踏實；衞生間乾濕分離，24小時熱水穩定，洗漱用品是連鎖標配的品牌款，用着放心。服務高效又貼心，前台辦理入住超快，還主動給了周邊遊玩地圖，標註了小眾美食店和避坑指南；晚上回來晚了，保安主動打招呼，還幫忙按電梯，安全感十足。酒店有24小時自助洗衣房和行李寄存服務，獨自出行不用拎着行李瞎逛，太方便了！連鎖酒店的標準化服務，就是獨自旅行的定心丸。"

"The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, even before my arrival. They tried to contact me in advance, but as a foreign guest, I do not have a Chinese phone number. It would be more convenient if the hotel could ask for guests’ WeChat IDs through the Trip.com messenger instead. Upon arrival, the staff created a WeChat group and added me in, which turned out to be very helpful. Through the group, they assisted with all kinds of questions, such as recommended places to visit, how to rent an e-bike, and where to eat nearby. The responsiveness and service were excellent. The room was awesome — very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and the view was fantastic. I also really loved the projector screen in the room, which allowed me to watch WeTV shows and other content. It made relaxing in the room even more enjoyable. The hotel provides e-bike rentals, which is a great feature. However, I was personally under-geared for the weather. It rained the day before, and the entire day was cloudy with temperatures around 11°C. The sea breeze was very strong and cold, especially when riding the e-bike with the wind blowing directly at you. Proper winter gear is definitely needed in such conditions. If the hotel could provide glove and jacket rentals, that would be an amazing improvement. In the evening, the staff even brought a small gift to the room. The gift was thoughtful and practical, and I really liked it — it was a warm and welcoming gesture that made the stay feel extra special. Breakfast was okay. Guests are seated on Level 2, and the meal is served to the table. As I come from a place where some Chinese do not consume beef, it would be great if there were options such as chicken or beef. That said, the beef noodles were actually very good. The Western-style breakfast, however, was quite average."
