"So far so good! The service is okay and the room is prety well for customer. But the breakfast menu not various. Just make some various menus such as cereal and some fruit juices at minimum."

"Location is great too and nearby some good small restaurant. Staffs are friendly and good to inform somethings. Breakfasts menu is great too, trust me :). The closest train station is Solo Balapan but my train arrived in Purwosari and only took around 10-15 minutes by car to get there. Will go back to Solia hotel once I travel to Solo next time :) and dont worry if your flights or train schedule late than your check out time you can ask staffs to keep your luggage with them"

"The hotel is clean and comfortable. Oldstyle hotel, but well maintained... Guests amenities were complete and in good condition. But the service from the front office seems too stiff and not flexible. I was just asking if possible to have late checkout at 12.30, but the answer was just ”CAN NOT!!! THE HOTEL IS FULL TODAY”, in an unfriendly voice. While it is Ramadan month, and i know the hotel is currently not busy at all. Well, despite of the frontliner stiffness, the hotel is still very recommended..."

"The hotel was in a good location and the staff were friendly and polite, but unfortunately the room(s) which were shown were not great. The layout of the rooms was fairly standard with semicomfy beds and a nice bathroom, even if a little dated. However the first room we saw had stains on the bedsheets and was full of dust, then we moved to another room which had nicer (not stained) bedsheets but the pillowcases were yellow and smelled a little funny. The hotel also had a bug problem with ants in the bedroom and a huge amount of mosquitos which congregated around the water dispensers in the corridors and snuck into the room when you opened the door. We also had a gecko one night in the bathroom and saw a mouse on the third floor. The floor was also seemingly uncleaned and there was a lot of dirt/dust, cobwebs in the bathroom, and general dirt around the corners of the room. Also there was centrally controlled music in the corridor which started at 6am and the doors made a non-stop beeping sound when left open which was seemingly often as we heard it a lot, meaning that we woke up early. The stay was passable at the hotel and the price was good but unfortunately we were never comfy in the room given that it could have used a thorough clean."

"Helpful staff from lobby, housekeeping, all the way to basement parking. My wife left her diamond ring on the table during check out and the hotel staff made prompt effort to safe the item, notified me, and had it ready when I picked it up. Thank you very much, it is not so much about the price of the ring, but it is about the memory of our wedding anniversaries."

"I can't find any other word to describe this Hotel that fits more than Exceed Expectation. I stayed here for six nights, and almost every day, the Housekeeper made some cute animal towels in the room, not to mention that the room was brand new and sparkly clean. Let's talk about Breakfast. I was surprised by how wide the varieties of Breakfast were, starting from authentic Solo delicacies, Indonesian dishes, and some Western options. Aside from that, all of them were Yummy! For the price I paid. Worth the bucks. If I compare it with some hotels I have stayed in outside Indonesia, Solia Zigna is still the winner. On the second day of my stay, I remember the staff from Front Desk sent me some chocolate to the room, talking about exceptional service! Thank you so much. I would say this Hotel is very suitable for someone who wants to chill on holiday and make a short business trip to Solo. Next to the Hotel building, there is Canting Londo Restaurant, the perfect place to set up some business meetings or meet up with some clients. Later it's nice to walk around Kampung Batik Laweyan, Located right behind the Hotel (exit from the Front Desk door ). Overall this Hotel deserved Five stars review from me. For the Price - Location - Food and Beverage - and Service, IT SO WORTHED! See you again Solia Zigna. Thank you for everything PS: One little note, I wish they provide plant base milk for a Lactose Intolerance person like me. ( even if it's not free but at least they provide some ) but no Judge, most restaurant or Coffee shop in Solo doesn't have Plant base milk."

"Location of the hotel is strategic with many cafe and local stalls around it. If u want comfort and lounge for beers and food, Novotel hotel right next to it has a good lounge. Massage and fitness centre at ibis is big and good"
