"Good location and okay rooms. Parking staff were very rude and condescending when we couldn’t understand where to park our car since their parking lot was very small and quickly filled up."

"The hotel is a Ibis/ Holiday Inn Express version of the Prince Hotel. It is no frills basic hotel with a great location. The breakfast is a simple chazuke dish with a drink. Check-in timing is inflexible but you can leave your luggage and explore the area a bit, not sure if Prince Hotel loyalty members get any special treatment. The room is basic and have everything you need with ensuite bathroom. The location is just a short walk from Atami Station and the Toyota Rental Car office. There is a car park but there are some restrictions over the timing etc."

"首先，酒店可以提供全中文服務，房間也還算乾淨，温泉泡着也很舒服，總體感覺不錯。 接送車輛很準時，到點了在熱海車站對面麥當勞前面等就可以，接送我們的是一箇中國人，態度非常好。以下幾點要注意： 1）酒店提供一泊兩食，實際上吃的東西很差，例如我的飯碗是一碗湯以及三塊炸雞肉，酒精飲料以及其他的週末需要另付費。但居然提供西瓜🍉作為免費水果。如果是飲食有期待可以在熱海站吃完再上來。因為附近很偏僻，沒有餐飲。 2）比較奇葩的是房間居然沒有衞生間，洗浴需要到樓下温泉池旁邊進行（奇葩）因此如果泡完温泉後續還想洗澡，需要走出室外。男女洗浴位子也不合理，男生有5個位子，女生衹有兩個，預訂的女生要注意。後來得知這個地方之前是某大型公司的宿舍，後來被買下作為景點。"

"I suppose the charm of Atami is that the whole area is a little bit 'dated' as far as a resort goes, and this hotel definitely aligns with that - it seems like a place that was once great and is now kind of just rolling along bringing in what money it can. The food is serviceable but totally uninspired - an upscale cafeteria masquerading as something better than it is with 'chefs' wearing their whites. The entire dining room constantly smells of fryer oil from the tempura - which they still make and keep stock of in such large quantities that it is never fresh and crispy anyways (especially the shrimp, which has not been sufficiently dried before battering). The remaining hot dishes are very disappointing both in terms of variety and overall flavor. The sushi and sashimi is the standout of the food, although it too is very basic - not anything that will blow your mind, but acceptably tasty and reasonably fresh (although on our second night everything tasted a bit soapy/bleachy). As a westerner you will be very disappointed by the breakfast, although that's a 'me' problem rather than a hotel problem per se. The spa facilities are nice but a bit dated - be careful in your selection of both time and location unless you want to be surrounded with many loud (mostly Chinese) children. Private spas are available and are quite nice, although again dated. Nonetheless at around 60 USD for an hour the price is good for the privacy, especially as a westerner who is otherwise subject to quite a bit of staring at this mostly local and Chinese spa. We stayed in a deluxe king room, which was spacious with an enormous and comfortable bed, and a (For japan) reasonably sized tub. Room and desk service was good. The hotel is a bit off the beaten path but has regular free shuttles to/from Atami station, which is where the main tourist streets for shopping etc can be found. Highly suggest checking out Golden Eye for some excellent Ramen."

"+: The service was really kind and let me check in even though the beds weren't made since I was way too early. The location is really nice not too far away from the train station and close to the sea side promenade and beach. Luggage store room under bed was quite spacious They have an extra room with a small billard table -: only one shower and toilet for men (same for women), so you had to wait sometimes, the most in the morning before check out. Entrance is hard to find in a dark small alley in the corner of a street."

"The location is great and you can enjoy a see view through the balcony. It’s really a nice combination of Japanese culture and modern amenity."

"The hotel was great, wonderful service, good food, nice staff overall, however, Fuua spa was a bit disappoint with no extra towels to use. I would suggest to bring a bottle of drinking water or you would have to purchase. We stayed in the mountain side because it was cheaper but the ocean view would be great. You can see ropeway going up and down on the mountain side. Bus runs for free between the station and the hotel every 20 minutes or so. No reservation needed. It’s right in front of McDonalds at the station. Bus is not large. I would suggest to get there a bit early if you want to sit with your company together. You have a half off ropeway discount in the card you get at the check in counter so don’t throw it away after check out the hotel :)"

"Good: 1. It’s close to station 2. The view from the rooftop is insanely beautiful (I’m sure you can get such a view from other hotels too though) 3. There’s a “living room” area for you to hang out with others but it seems to always be occupied by a group of people Bad: 1. There is NO light from station to the stay, so if you’re walking at night it’s REALLY scary and eerie 2. They charge for everything lmao"

"Very comfort and big room with nice sea view. Onsen was good all the time. Location abit far and hilly from town. That will be good if you are driving. They also provide free shuttle bus go train station. Be prepare you own food before stay in if you dint get their dinner and break fast. Good chill and relaxing hotel."

"Services are very good. Great location very near Atami Station with great sea wide. Unluckily while we were staying there was a new hotel construction nearby which made the view look less beautiful. The hotel is very old need some innovations which will make customers feel better especially the hot spring bathroom."
