"市川駅から近く価格帯がお手頃で選びました。 泊まっている人で外人さんが目立ったかな。 エレベーターは１階から部屋までセキュリティなしで通過でした。 8階にはマッサージチェアや幼児用のおもちゃ、漫画スペース、ランドリー製氷機がありました。 シャンプーやトリートメントにいくつか種類があって良かった。アメニティに関しては男性は困らないと思います。 お水の提供はないので手前のコンビニで購入していくのが良いです。 部屋はベッドが大きくて良いのだけど、部屋の大きさに見合わないのでデスクスペースの椅子がそのまま引けない。 夏の宿泊でしたが、空調をつけなくてもちょうど良かった。 Wi-Fiは弱めで電波が強いところを探さないと切れてしまう。 冷備え付けの冷蔵庫は長く使われてなかったのか開けるとスルメの臭いが襲ってきて使う気になれませんでした。 バスルームは若干のカビ臭。 総評としては星3だし値段が魅力的でした。"

"If you want to go to Disneyland it’s a top-notch location. Firstly, the hotel right at the metro exit. Secondly, Disneyland is 2 stops by train from here (Maihama station). Thirdly, Lawson store is next to the hotel, very convenient. The surrounding area is quiet, clean and calm. The room was tooooo small for 2 thin people, but it had everything you needed, towels and bathrobes were being changed daily, we personally have chosen the hotel only for sleep, that’s why it was ok. No one at the reception speaks English, we tried to ask them to book tickets for us to Disneyland online with giving them cash in turn, as we didn’t have an opportunity to book online (card didn’t work), they invited a guy who was considered to understand English, he listened to us attentively and then disappeared somewhere, I was waiting for him at a lobby for 10 minutes and then went to the room with no feedback. He never appeared again before our departure. Take this fact into consideration). By the way, you can use disposable toothbrushes, combs, razors and so on for free, they are all on the stall at a lobby hall. Here you also can warm up your food. Breakfast is ok, you won’t leave the restaurant hungry. Overall, it’s a good place to stay in if the main purpose is visiting Disneyland."

"1) the receptionist on May 14, 2025 around 22:00 was not willing to help us doing the self-check in kiosk. We were about 15 minutes struggling on putting our names or booking ID to verify the booking but it didn’t work. After that a staff with glasses came from the room from the back of reception and helped us through it. Thx a lot to her. 2. The carpet in the room is very old and dirty"

"Excellent experience here - the staff were warm and hospitable. Hotel was also conveniently located beside the Ichikawa Shiohama station along the JR Keiyo line, which meant that the Disney Resort was only less than ten minutes away by train. My children thoroughly enjoyed their time here, and we will certainly be back."

"Its a quite nice place to stay. But you need a short walk for having food. And beware if youre taking a large luggage cause there is no lift. The room very clean and the staft so nice.Just make yourself at your own home, they got kitchen for cook also❤️"
