"Great location, close to the seafood market and within walking distance of the station. However, the check in process took unnecessarily long time. There was only one staff at the counter and a small groups of 4 guests occupied the 2 check-in machines for a long time, one even without passport and had walked out from the hotel’s front door to look for passport. Yet, the staff didn’t ask them to step aside from the machine. Another Japanese gentleman, also showed frustration while waiting, asked loudly for assistance. We eventually also had to stop a staff member for manual check‑in, which took only 2 minutes. Meanwhile, that same group continued asking about wechat, dinner suggestion, and breakfast venue right in front of the check-in machines. If we didn’t proactively ask for help, then it would take even longer to stand in the line! This was the last thing travelers needed when finally arriving the hotel from a long journey in winter night."

"This was a lovely hotel. The room was spacious to open 2 luggages and was clean. There was a tub in the toilet which was large. The main selling point of this hotel was the amazing breakfast. The buffet spread was abundant and had many options, and the view of the snow out the window as we ate was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. It is also located well near the bus stop that takes you to the main Kanazawa train station."

"Enjoyed our stay at hotel. Location is 10mins walk from main train station. Room is clean but small as expected. Hotel has 2 blocks and we stayed in main block. Onsen is located on 2nd FL at adjacent block which is not so convenient. Need to bring own towels to onsen. You can take the sachet facial wash, facial cream for free which is of good quality."

"HOTEL MYSTAYS PREMIER Kanazawa – My Absolute Favourite of My 2026 Japan Trip! I stayed at HOTEL MYSTAYS Premier Kanazawa for three nights, and it ended up being my favourite hotel of my entire trip. The room was extremely clean and very spacious — at 32 sqm, it really was much larger than most hotels in Japan for the price paid and was very comfortable for a longer stay. The pricing was also very affordable for the space, quality, and comfort provided, making it excellent value for money. Service from the staff was also excellent — friendly, professional, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. There is a bathtub provided with bath salts given at the front desk Food: I also tried the Kanazawa Gozen (last pic) recommended by the hotel, and it was fantastic. At 3,500 yen, it was well worth the price and a great way to experience local cuisine without leaving the hotel. Location: 5 mins walk from JR Kanazawa Station exit, pretty straightforward, with an underground walkway, which is noticeable after exiting and turning left. Overall, an outstanding stay and easily my top hotel choice during this trip. I truly hope to return and stay here again in the future."

"Ne mükemmel bir konum. Bu otel, Kanazawa Tren İstasyonu'na yaklaşık 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde ve 6F'deki iyi restoranların bulunduğu bir alışveriş merkezinin hemen karşısındadır. Tüm restoranların her gün saat 22:00'de kapandığını unutmayın. Resepsiyon yardımsever personel ile 12F'dedir. Tüm konforlara sahip harika oda, iyi bir gece uykusu için harika bir yatak (bazen trenlerin sesini duyabilirsiniz). Ayrıca otobüs terminali tren istasyonuyla entegre olduğundan toplu taşıma araçlarıyla gezip görülecek manzaralara ulaşmak da oldukça rahat. Kesinlikle buraya döneceğim!"

"It’s not at the train station. Would need to use the bus or taxi, though it’s not too difficult. There are many bus lines go through the nearby stop. It’s a walking distance to 近江町市場, a famous seafood market."

The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, offering stunning city views both day and night. The bed was incredibly comfortable and ensured a restful sleep after a long day of exploring Kanazawa. Service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. Their attention to detail truly elevated the stay. Overall, Hotel Nikko Kanazawa exceeded my expectations in comfort, service quality, and convenience. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Kanazawa and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium hotel experience."
