"This is my second time to stay in this hotel. The hotel locates near the ocean park and the Motobu Watersports Centre, about 1.5 hours driving from Naha. The room is not luxury but tidy and clean, it was spaciously equipped with 2 beds as well as a tatami area. Breakfast here is simple but good enough. We think it is excellence for kids because they can meet horses, goats, dolphins, sea turtles, fishes and birds in the hotel. We chose this hotel because of the Motobu Genki Village - a watersports centre. We enjoyed canoeing last time and enjoyed sailing this time. We certainly will stay in this hotel again on our next visit to Okinawa."

"All rooms have beautiful seaside and sunset view. Breakfast and 2 glasses of orion beer as welcome drink (2 other non alcoholic drink options are also available). Breakfast has a lot of variety so better to get a room plan that includes breakfast. I find it more difficult to walk the main road pathway between the aquarium and hotel. There is a back road that connects the dolphin show area to the hotel. Just keep walking along that route. There is also a paid shuttle bus available that connects the expo area to the hotel. I didnt know about that option prior to the stay so I didnt use. Please check with the hotel for further information. Hotel also provides good information about buses to Naha when enquired via email. Please note that facial products are not provided."

"The best thing about this hotel is its close proximity to Churaumi Ocean park. It also has an in-house onsen, albeit a small one. However, don't be fooled by its exterior, the rooms are quite old and design out-dated. The hotel is still using old-fashioned keys with heavy key-holders for the rooms."

"The worst hotel I ever stayed.  Didn’t value customer.  They can decide to change breakfast arrangement without informing customer in advance, and also deny that they had committed to providing buffet breakfast when buffet breakfast was stated at the website. When we did the booking, it did mentioned is buffet breakfast, and the booking fees we paid as compared to without buffet breakfast is with the difference of JPY3000 per person.  However, when we checked-in, we are told the buffet breakfast has been catered by the restaurant for student group. Other hotel guests (including us) are then only provided ‘packaged box breakfast’ which is equiv. JPY500. This is a huge difference compared to the JPY3000 that we paid in addition for buffet breakfast.They denied promising on the buffet breakfast. It is inconvenienced for food/dinner as although there is restaurant opposite the hotel, the restaurant will charge you JPY550 per person for table fee. We end up to drive 10 minutes further for breakfast and dinner.  There are plenty of cheap restaurant over there.  The following are the replied form hotel on our feedback: Convey check-in instructions Please note that your booking includes breakfast, but it is not guaranteed to be a buffet. "Big n nice hotel n convenient.Downstair have food court n nearby aquarium. AirPort Express bus 888 To Naha city n airport just opposite building. Love the hotel with nice sea view n onsen."

"抵達時間已經很晚了，櫃檯人員已經下班，但有把鑰匙留在房間內，並在櫃檯留張紙條，讓我們清楚的知道如何check in，房間內非常的滿意！要不是隔天一早出發很想再繼續待在房間內，所有設備都有，有瓦斯、洗衣機、浴缸等，窗外還能看到海，天氣雖然沒有很好但外面景色很優美！離水族館的距離更是最大優點，開車3分鐘就抵達，早上不用跟別人人擠人的看鯨鯊，悠閒的起床很快就抵達水族館！"

"入住2025年7月6-7日，一晚，價錢港幣930。 是民宿形式，沒有大堂沒有前台，自助入住，事前店家會電郵給我們一個密碼，然後用密碼開大門外的小locker，拿鎖匙出來開門的，有升降機，不用怕要走樓梯。 酒店外面有停車場，相信已經預留了位置給住客，我們當天入住，也只有幾部車，沒有滿。 開車的話， 10分鐘車程有超級市場，我們從超級市場買了一些食物回來煮，有爐、廚具、餐具、洗潔精，很方便。 房間有露台，風景不錯，我們去到的時候已經是晚上，所以看不了日落，但第二天有看日出，也不錯的。附近挺安靜，不會很多車，也沒有什麼人經過。但是對面就有一個很大的酒店，有一個小商場，有不少餐廳，可以吃東西。 我們的房間有兩張雙人床，一個小客廳，開放式廚房，可以坐在吧枱上用餐。 洗手間有洗衣機和乾衣機，不過我們沒有用。 房間空間挺大的，挺寬敞。 而且也算乾淨，因為住民宿，其中一樣害怕的就是衛生程度，或者清潔不夠乾淨，但是我們也沒有發現什麼骯髒的地方。"

"В целом неплохой отель. Местоположение не супер удачное из-за сложности перемещения через мост без машины (автобусов там нет) и отсутствия поблизости круглосуточных магазинов с едой. Комната абсолютно белая, я чувствовала себя в ней как в госпитале. Подушка неудобная и кондиционер работает плохо, зато холодильник очень громкий, я не могла там нормально спать и просыпалась каждые 1,5-2 часа. Сняла другой отель в итоге, потеряв оплату за две забронированные ночи, но зато в другом отеле я смогла нормально выспаться. К персоналу никаких претензий, очень дружелюбные девушки."

"The hotel is located near beautiful and clean Sesoko beach with marvellous sea abundant with great variety of fish. A perfect location for swimming and snorkeling. Sesoko beach and fantastic view thereof from our balcony has been a huge, but unfortunately the only advantage of the hotel. If you don’t rent a car, you have to be ready for the situation when you are unable to leave the hotel at all. It’s very hard to call a taxi either via Uber or even via local taxi app “Go”. The hotel staff does not provide too much help with this issue either, even when requested to book a taxi to the airport (to be fair hotel concierge finally managed to arrange a car for us, but it arrives 30 minutes late, despite our request being extended at least 12 hours before the planned departure). The hotel management is apparently aware of the transport inconvenience for their guests, but do not seem to care about that at all: they’ve chosen the easiest way “to cope” with the problem: just smile and say “sorry”. There’s another advantage of such approach for the hotel: if guests cannot leave the hotel easily, they wouldn’t have much lunch/dining choice other than having meals in the hotel. And here we come to another issue with the hotel: a very mediocre choice of dining options (no Japanese cuisine options at all) and extremely poor menu (with even poorer service) in the only available lunch venue. Breakfasts are below expectations as well: absolutely same food every morning (the only change from day to day: fried salmon/fried mackerel), no fresh fish/sea-food (we’re still in Japan, aren’t we?), almost no choice of fruits. Verdict: a very overrated hotel, pretty mediocre itself, but located beside the gorgeous sea."

"Nice accommodation but the cost is slightly on the high side. Check in /out is easy and fast. Not able to arrange for breakfast when we reach there is kind of disappointing. Some aircon in the rooms are not working very well and it affected our sleep."
