標準的日式服務，日式服務的周到，唯一缺點語言困難。早餐晚餐都太豐富了，早餐也是一道道的。正趕上火花節，人不多，場面倒是很多。

極其令人滿意的酒店。 在諏訪這個區域，這家温泉酒店算得上最高大上之一了。 首先，獨立小院的環境很優雅，而全部8個房間全部都面對優美的諏訪湖景，尤其是夕陽西下的美景，真是賞心悦目。 其次，房間不但大，擁有獨立的温泉池。房間裏一切應有盡有，空手來這裏都沒問題。洗漱用品，刮鬍刀，各種護膚護理頭髮的產品，全都有。還可以到6樓頂層的男女混浴温泉。這裏的想法很別緻，進去温泉時，男女都要穿一身特製的衣服，類似泳裝。 再次就是每個房間都有一間單獨的用餐房，走過去衹有3秒鐘。 然後就是樓下一樓有一個地方酒吧，提供當地生產的清酒。 最後，走過小馬路就是諏訪湖，徒步8分鐘就可以到車站，確實方便。周圍不少餐廳，不用任何擔心。

外観はなかなか年季が入っていますが、部屋はリフォームされていてトイレ、洗面台、エアコン、ベッドは新しく綺麗で清潔感がありました。温泉は若干古さはありますが、掃除は行き届いていて清潔です。 食事の提供は無いようですが、駅近で良い料理屋さんもたくさんあるので朝食も夕食も困りません。諏訪湖に近いので花火を見られて良かったです。便利な立地でした。 トータルではとても良い宿だったと思います。

好的方面： 酒店就在片倉館旁邊，離上諏訪站比較近步行大概10分鐘，離諏訪湖8分鐘，有一個全家便利店3分鐘距離。酒店掛的route inn連鎖品牌，三星級標準基本該有的都有，衞生和常用設施也是中規中矩，因為是小地方還是淡季，所以很安靜。特點是還自帶免費的温泉大浴場，房間訂的較晚費用350自帶自助早餐也還可以吧 不足的方面 感覺酒店運營時間較久，有些陳舊。因為是小鎮子，酒店附近沒有餐館，需要到火車站前吃飯

Location is great, it is just on the main road and by the lake. I remember there was a Lawon convenient store not far away when we drove past. We stayed there for 1 night. I highly doubt if we were given the wrong room type, as I booked a room that can see the full Suwa Lake, but the room we have got is at the corner. It is because of the cherry blossom season, there are so many mosquitos outside so we couldn't open any window. According to the information provided by the hotel, the mosquitos don't bite human, but create stains on clothings. Anyway, the room has a private onsen. It was quite small, and look a bit old. The water is very hot, though I couldn't smell any sulfur so it is not a real hot spring. As the windows can't be opened, so it is a quite stuffy inside the bathroom. The room has equipped with all amenities, but no bottled water. The hotel mentioned the water is drinkable from the tab. The room is quite clean and spacious. The mattress is quite nice, it was good for taking a rest after a whole day trip. We chose the meal package (breakfast and dinner). They were both Japanese style with a lot of dishes and options. Food is great. Nagano is not a place that produces meat, so mainly there are a lot of vegetables. With the price we paid for, the hotel services, food and everything is quite reasonable. However, the hotel is a bit old. Nothing is special other than providing a clean room to sleep.

L’hôtel Lalba Suwako, est à peine à 20 minutes de marche de la gare, une dizaine de minutes du château, et à un jet de pierre du très joli bord du lac Suwa, jouit d’un très bon emplacement et est facile à trouver. Ne payant pas de mine et à l’entrée discrète, surtout si on le compare à ses imposants voisins, l’hôtel n’a pas grandes prétentions mais offre amplement tout ce que l’on peut attendre : accueil agréable, chambres propres et confortables, accès à des bains très bien entretenus que l’on peut privatiser pendant 45’ par chambre par soir et petit déjeuner en option, savoureux et complet. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel tout simple représentant un excellent rapport qualité prix. Merci beaucoup pour l’accueil!

喫煙者ではないので禁煙のお部屋希望でしたが空いておらず喫煙のお部屋に。やはり匂いが染み付いていました。 冷蔵庫にお水が一本も入っていないところや空気清浄機が壊れているのかカタカタうるさかったのが残念でした。 フロントの方たちはどなたも明るく丁寧でした！ ありがとうございました。

部屋のシャワーだけでも十分なのに、のんびり出来る大浴場まであるなんて、素敵です。 朝ご飯がとても美味かった！！
