"This hotel was very spacious and located in a vibrant part of Gwangju city. The lobby to the room is easy to navigate and the room itself is very stylish with plenty of space. The bathroom was modern and the housekeeping for the room was very good."

"This is the best hotel during my 2 week stay in South Korea. The location was great as it is 5 mins' walk to Gwangjusongjeong station and near the street where there are grilled short rib patties. The room was super spacious and came with a massage chair and a jacuzzi bathtub. They even have branded shampoo and conditioner in the room and also provided toner and essence for face. This is so amazing. There is free self service washing machine and dryer on level 10 too. Service was also great. Check in (2pm) was earlier than other hotels (3pm). It was really great value for money as the room cost ＜SGD105 a night. It was just wow."

"The place was clean and there staff was very friendly! However, the staff mainly spoke Korean so it would be good to have basic Korean knowledge to understand them. Overall it felt homely due to the staff (especially the housekeeping lady!)"

"I haven't slept so good in ages! Ngl, otw to the building, we passed a couple hotel/motels and I got worried that maybe the pictures wouldn't match with current conditions. That heavens this wasn't the case! The property is set back a tiny but from the road it's on, allowing for parking right in the front. The property is very clean, simple, and pretty. It's also very conveniently and directly across the street from a convenience store (a mere 30sec walk). The gentleman who manned the front desk during my stay was sweet and diligent. Even though there wasn't really any view from my room's window, I did face the sunrise and got healing rays. The room layout is simple and spacious, easily fitting 1-2 people comfortably. The bathroom, however, boy do I have a pickle with that. 1. Loved the toilet!! 2. The sink was also great. 3. But the shower. The shower was a battleground. The shower-head was too big for the holder that allows you to adjust the height and position of the shower-head. The fixed wall-mount for the shower-head sits up too high and the water sprays as if its attacking you. I spent the first 8 minutes just trying to defeat the water boss! To which I finally found a solution: take the shower-head and drape the cord behind the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner containers. Then rest the head behind the overhead shower-head's pole for support and direction the shower-head where you like. Goodness gracious it was a battle I did not expect. Besides the shower battle, everything else was so great. I'd definitely stay at Summit again should I every travel the SW of S.Korea again."
