"Due to a change of circumstances, I stayed 2 nights despite I booked 4 nights. I tried to send them an email on 12 February's evening to cancel my stay on 16 February, but they replied to me on 13 February that I could only cancel 3 days in advance. I understood that I sent them late on 12 February, but I didn't know the cut-off time and I had an emergency to shorten my trip. It was my second time staying here. I am not sure if the settings were different since I was assigned a different room. This time, they provided disposable slippers (which was good for hygiene's reason) and there was a smart toilet seat (also good for me!). I had a problem turning off the 2 nights beside my bed and when I tried to ask the front desk, there was no one available (looks like they don't have any staff on duty after 23:00). The problem was resolved by unplugging the key card that I was asked to insert to turn on the power of the room (not sure if this is the right way to do that though). Another issue was that I was waken up by music before 8am on the next day (I had an early flight the day before and I really needed the sleep). I found the source - It came from the loud speakers of a car which stopped in front of the construction site next to the hotel. There were 2 men with banners and they seemed to be protesting about something? The music was so loud that I could hear very clearly on the 6th Floor. There were stains on the carpet, but the cleanliness was okay overall. The parking spaces are too few and this is something the hotel needs to improve. All in all, it was a good value for money. The location was good - there were lots of restaurants, convenience stores nearby and a huge supermarket in walking distance. If I go to Suwon again, I may choose this hotel again."

"It is quite hidden to find it. Bazı kaldırımlar engebeliydi. Bölge sakin ve otel bazı ara sokaklarda. Geceleri tek başıma otele geri dönerken biraz korktum. Erken geldim ve erken giriş ücreti saat başına 10.000 KWR idi, erken giriş yapmayı tercih etsem ne olurdu? Oda genişti. Ancak duştaki ışıklar 10-15 dakika sonra otomatik olarak kapanıyordu. Bu iki kez oldu; küvette ıslanırken ve makyajımı yaparken. Personel ile iletişim kurmak için çeviri uygulaması kullanmak zorunda kaldım."

"The price is unbeatable, and the location as well. The Hotel seems to be in the middle of restoration works, and it is quite messy and dirty in the common areas and floors, bur if you need a place to sleep in the centre, that's just perfect. The garage got full, so I had parked outside and asked the receptionist if I could leave the car there, which he confirmed, by taking my licence plate number. Then when I came back after 22.00 the car was gone. Luckily the next receptionist helped me to get a taxi and go to get the car back. The fine was very reasonable. And the next night the garage was full again, but this time I went to the public garage instead."

"The furniture is old and shabby. Wardrobe doors make an annoying squeaky sound every time. The safe did not work. The room was dark, there wasn't enough light. The bed linen had stains when we arrived, so I called and asked housekeeping to come and change at least the sheet. So they did, but the new one also had some stains. I gave up. The towels are really old. I think this hotel was too expensive for what we got."

"수원역 근처라 접근성이 좋아요. 방도 사진에서 보이는 것과 똑같고 지내기 괜찮습니다. 지방에서 출발해 저녁에 도착했는데 트립닷컴으로 예약한 사람들은 숙소 주차장을 이용할 수 없다고 해서 많이 당황했어요. 덕분에 주차장 나오다가 차도 긁어먹고 ㅠㅠ 주변 주차장 문의 했더니 알려주셔서 다행히 편히 잘 지내다 왔어요. 그래도 역세권이라 교통 편하고 상권 이용하기도 편해서 가격대비 만족한 숙소였습니다."

"Recommended hotel to stay in suwon!! CU mart is just in front of the hotel. Walk about 500m to nearest bus station, took the bus and went to starfield mall (30mins). Room is spacious, big tv, hair dryer, refrigerator, toiletries, kettle, welcome tea & biscuit. Definitely will come again!"
