"It is quite hidden to find it. As there aren't many parking spaces, you need to go to the reception and he's even going to park your car where a cone is reserving the parking space for the Malu Hotel after you check-in. The bed was a bit bouncy but okay, as I didn't slept much. You can hear people talking in the corridor through the door. There was a small kitchen with a kettle and microwave. A fridge and tiny freezer in it, with bottles of water. The shower head handle was cracked so the water was leaking from there too, but I had a nice hot shower with a big towel since a long time."

"The furniture is old and shabby. Wardrobe doors make an annoying squeaky sound every time. The safe did not work. The room was dark, there wasn't enough light. The bed linen had stains when we arrived, so I called and asked housekeeping to come and change at least the sheet. So they did, but the new one also had some stains. I gave up. The towels are really old. I think this hotel was too expensive for what we got."

"Due to a change of circumstances, I stayed 2 nights despite I booked 4 nights. I tried to send them an email on 12 February's evening to cancel my stay on 16 February, but they replied to me on 13 February that I could only cancel 3 days in advance. I understood that I sent them late on 12 February, but I didn't know the cut-off time and I had an emergency to shorten my trip. It was my second time staying here. I am not sure if the settings were different since I was assigned a different room. This time, they provided disposable slippers (which was good for hygiene's reason) and there was a smart toilet seat (also good for me!). I had a problem turning off the 2 nights beside my bed and when I tried to ask the front desk, there was no one available (looks like they don't have any staff on duty after 23:00). The problem was resolved by unplugging the key card that I was asked to insert to turn on the power of the room (not sure if this is the right way to do that though). Another issue was that I was waken up by music before 8am on the next day (I had an early flight the day before and I really needed the sleep). I found the source - It came from the loud speakers of a car which stopped in front of the construction site next to the hotel. There were 2 men with banners and they seemed to be protesting about something? The music was so loud that I could hear very clearly on the 6th Floor. There were stains on the carpet, but the cleanliness was okay overall. The parking spaces are too few and this is something the hotel needs to improve. All in all, it was a good value for money. The location was good - there were lots of restaurants, convenience stores nearby and a huge supermarket in walking distance. If I go to Suwon again, I may choose this hotel again."

"Everything from the hotel is great including; staff, housekeeping, wifi, water system, location. I just find it hard to squeeze liquid out of soap, shampoo bottle tho😅 One thing that disturb my stay is that, those AHJUMMAS were so loud in the hall way, late at night and super early in the morning and sometimes were on the phone in front of my room. I can hear them clearly. Other than that, I would stay here again .. love it!!"

"The price is unbeatable, and the location as well. The Hotel seems to be in the middle of restoration works, and it is quite messy and dirty in the common areas and floors, bur if you need a place to sleep in the centre, that's just perfect. The garage got full, so I had parked outside and asked the receptionist if I could leave the car there, which he confirmed, by taking my licence plate number. Then when I came back after 22.00 the car was gone. Luckily the next receptionist helped me to get a taxi and go to get the car back. The fine was very reasonable. And the next night the garage was full again, but this time I went to the public garage instead."

"Suwon Otobüs Terminali'ne 2 durak uzaklıkta. Ancak otobüs şoförü bagajım nedeniyle otobüse binmeme izin vermedi. 10 dakikalık bir yürüyüştü. Bagajla dolaşmak o kadar kolay değil. Bazı kaldırımlar engebeliydi. Bölge sakin ve otel bazı ara sokaklarda. Geceleri tek başıma otele geri dönerken biraz korktum. Erken geldim ve erken giriş ücreti saat başına 10.000 KWR idi, erken giriş yapmayı tercih etsem ne olurdu? Oda genişti. Ancak duştaki ışıklar 10-15 dakika sonra otomatik olarak kapanıyordu. Bu iki kez oldu; küvette ıslanırken ve makyajımı yaparken. Personel ile iletişim kurmak için çeviri uygulaması kullanmak zorunda kaldım."

"Çok güzel bir otel. Seul'e yaptığım bu iş gezisi sırasında müşterilerin hepsi Suwon'a yakındı. Landmark Hotel'den uzak kalmak beni çok mutlu etti. Öncelikle ulaşım çok rahat. YongKtong, 4100 numaralı hattın terminal istasyonu Incheon Havaalanı, otelin hemen ön girişindedir. Ayrıca yakınlarda da bulunmaktadır. Metro istasyonu seyahat için çok uygundur; ayrıca oda büyük ve tesisler çok yeni. Yakın zamanda yenilenmiş olmalı. Ayrıca Yurtiçi otellerde yaygın olan diş fırçaları, diş macunu, pamuklu çubuklar, tıraş makineleri vb. ile özenle donatılmıştır. Odadaki prizler de uluslararası arayüzdür; Son olarak, otele yürüme mesafesinde birkaç yemek caddesi, aralarından seçim yapabileceğiniz birçok restoran bulunmaktadır. ve 24 saat açık birkaç mağaza.
