"My 6th time in this budget hotel but service and amenities are more like a 3 star above because of all basic room amenities given from tooth brush with tooth paste, comb, shower cap, razor, body shampoo, toilet rolls and 2 bottle of drinking water. Room equipped with TV (4 basic channel), very cold aircond, water heater, hair dryer, telephone, side table, study table, wardrobe with clothes hanger, door room with safety double lock, basin, WC, eletronic keycard, electric kettle, 2 power socket, clean towel, water glass and cup with saucer. Aircond and TV remote control is functioning. The iron and ironing board is provided at the common floor area. The hotel has a lift and is located at a strategic location with a 3-minute walk to Starbuck Coffee, Tealive, and Petronas Mini-Mart to get all the titbits and light snacks to enjoy in-room. Parking is free infront, behind or the side of the hotel. Green park across the hotel. Sofa at hotel lobby. The room is clean, quiet, and private surronding area and hotel provide free high speed WiFi. Fast check in and check out. Deposit RM50 upon check-in and return upon check-out. It's definitely worth your every penny. Will come back again. Van service via Trek app can request to pick up at Avilla apartment and drop off at LRT Kinrara BK5 Station. Recently staying the WiFi is not functioning well as the signal shown 1 bar and keep on fluctuating to zero signal. Hope the management look into the issues."

"This hotel is very interesting. Lobby is beautiful and inside the room is very clean, bed linen even cleaner than awful Hilton Garden Inn. However, all common area including lift, restaurant are extremely dirty. The carpet in corridor is unusually ugly like stinks formed over years. Inside the lift the carpet I want vomit, like 20 years no cleaning at all. Stay 1 night is absolutely OK but dont think about for vacation."

"Second stay at here, deluxe queen room will be much better than standard queen room. Slippers provided broken, recommend to provide better quality of slippers. Overall the room looks okay with the price."

We were close to shops, restaurants, and some nightlife spots. Everything was either walkable or just a short Grab ride away. We never felt stuck or too far from anything fun. 🧼 Cleanliness & Service: The hotel was really clean, and daily housekeeping kept things fresh. Staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond when we needed extra towels or had questions. 💰 Value for Money: For the price we paid (split among friends), it was 100% worth it. Not luxury-level, but comfortable, clean, and fun — just what you need for a good time without breaking the bank. 🎉 Overall Vibe: Chill, friendly, and ideal for groups. Not too uptight, not too rowdy — just right. We had a great time and would definitely stay again if we’re doing another friends’ trip."

"Accidentally booked this place during public holidays. Nice hotel, free parking for customers. The hotel is very far from the city centre. Those who dont have their own transport may have problem to navigate. No food nearby unless you order from the hotel. There is a train station about a 1km walk from the hotel, you can take this train to the city centre and it may take a 40-minute ride. They allow you to order food from grab or food panda at night."

"Singnature Hotel very simple hotel. Park at roadside, climb up through lift, no need deposit, KK Mart just behind the building, have nearby Halal Restaurant. Simple and easy to access."

"We were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel arranged a room for us on the 11th floor, which was quiet and comfortable, so we slept very well. The room was spacious and clean, and having a washing machine and dryer was very convenient. Parking was available and easy, and there are many food options nearby.
