"Thank you The Everly for the experience. So far the room was good. I think new renovated. The breakfast was ok. Love the kuehteow goreng and omellete. But maybe if possible, the reception should add some smile. I did ask question why there is a renovation on the walkway to the lift, but he is a bit impolite"

"great place to stay near IOL Mall. Just within walking distance about 1 KM. Hotel itself was ok and given the price, its truly was a bargain. Room is clean and well maintain. Shower room was huge for entry level room. All basic necessities was given as usual. but my room doesn't come with window but for me it's ok since i don't stay in room so much. but do noted a few issue with hotel. 1. Wifi connection was terrible. given speed was terrible and i can't do most of my work at hotel because connection was so bad. please invest on getting proper speed wifi. 2. TV channel was lagging. i do understand that given cheap 3 star hotel, management doesn't include TV channel properly such as HBO. But in this hotel, they are using free government channel (FreeView) which is free for all people, and that channel also was lagging. i can't comprehend why does government channel lagging. 3. No free parking, parking was paid and rate was RM5 per day (Max Out). Other problem with parking is it was a bit confusing because you need to identify properly where the hotel located so that you doesn't lost and park near the hotel. as parking was beneath the hotel, make sure to identify well before park or else you end up circle around. but once you familiar, its will be easy. otherwise experience wise was good. i do enjoy staying at this hotel since there were many shop that available nearby. it's easy for you to just hang out and go out. Mamak nearby that also within walking distance was so good, that i repeat going twice per day."

"I had a great stay at Moxy Putrajaya. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its direct link to IOI City Mall, the largest mall in Malaysia. It’s extremely convenient for shopping and dining, with countless options just steps away. Complimentary parking is provided, which is a huge plus for those driving. The staff are young, energetic, and attentive — service felt friendly yet efficient throughout the stay. The lobby area has a fun and vibrant atmosphere, complete with a pool table and a basketball shoot game available for guests to use. It adds a unique, social touch to the experience. Rooms are of adequate size and come with either queen or twin bed configurations. While the bed options are straightforward, the space is comfortable and functional for a short getaway. Breakfast was well managed. There are three coffee machines available, which helps reduce waiting time, and food was replenished quickly whenever trays ran low. Overall, Moxy Putrajaya offers excellent convenience, good service, and a lively environment. A solid choice for a staycation or short trip."

"We returned to DoubleTree Hilton Putrajaya for the second time in Dec 2025, eager to experience the water playground that was under construction during our last visit (Ramadan, March 2025). My daughters were excited to finally enjoy the water playground, arcade and kids' club again! This time, we booked a family suite but were pleasantly upgraded to a Deluxe Suite. The room featured a sofa bed that they set up into a comfortable bed for the kids, which was a great touch. The room service was impressively quick and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the room wasn’t as cold as we would have liked, especially throughout the night. Despite this, we truly loved our time there and will definitely be back!"

"Was at this hotel for 2 nights and my review as follows. Hotel is facing putrajaya lake with great lake view. It was relaxing. Hotel parking is ok (not that tight) and there are 4 floors to park. Parking is free of charge. There's 7-11, old town kopitiam, burger king, mamak within walking distance. Within 1km drive, there's texas chicken, mcd and some restaurants like Homst (chinese muslim) etc. Check in was fast and friendly. Room itself was spacious with nice lake view. Yes it was dated but still acceptable. Mattress is ok but not 5 star luxury standard. I dont like the hotel bathroom. Dont know why the blinds are transparent, dont offer better privacy...very uncomfortable when staying with family members. Buffet breakfast was ok but i did noticed the spread is limited during ramadhan. There is no live station outdoors like always. Overall, the breakfast taste is ok but not great. Overall, i do think this hotel is a great choice for putrajaya area."

I booked DutaVilla 32 for my family who came from Bintangor for my son's wedding during the weekend of National day. We requested for early check-in since the flight arrived around 11 am and the DV 32 rep readily accepted our request. One plus point there. The location was close to surau Al-Manar so we had no issue to perform Friday prayer on the day of arrival. Another plus point. The unit was spanking clean and very well prepared for us to check-in. The door lock used security code for locking which is another plus point. Since the group is big so no worries of one group keeping the key as they can unlock the door using the code only. Another plus point. All the necessary items such as towels and toiletries were provided and the host even provided some free food for us to enjoy. More plus point. We liked the idea of the self service shop in the unit where we can just pay using the provided QR code. Plus point again. We highly recommend the unit for everyone looking for homestay within Putrajaya. The house can accommodate quite high number of people, and our group consisted of 15 pax but I think the house can accommodate more. The location is very good as it is just a short drive to both Alamanda and IOI mall. Thank you DV 32 for the enjoyable stay and looking forward to staying there again if the opportunity arises.

Excellent before n after sales service! Very friendly n clear instruction before accommodation. Giving extra time for late check-out too. Clean and spacious suitable for family n friends gatherings. We have realized accidentally left our item the next day after check out but the host putting extra effort to search it n willing to courier it back to us without any charges ! Thank you very much! We had a good time there!

Stayed at Dorsett Putrajaya for a short getaway and was truly impressed. The room was clean, modern, and had a lovely view of the lake. Staff were polite, helpful, and check-in was smooth. Breakfast had a good variety, with local and international options. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight — perfect for relaxing in the evening. Location is great too.

Honesty I don’t know why I like to stay at this hotel even if it’s cleanlinesses not that satisfy or facility is not that up to spec. Maybe because I’m driving and there are lots of parking nearby available, no matter it is street parking or open space parking. Also, it’s late check in services, counter is available for check in even I reach midnight. The bed is good. Hardness is good for me as I like to sleep on hard bed. I and my colleague check in the same hotel, for my room, water supply in the shower room is ok but my colleague’s one she told me is slow. I manage to snap some photo of its room defect which you may have a look at it. I have another colleague staying nearby whereby her hotel got provide some light refreshment like coffee but mine only provide one small bottle mineral water. I hope this hotel can upgrade its facility asap so that I can continue to be your guest.
