The staff was amazing, helping everywhere they could. The place itself is awesome, and the beach and the wharf being this close is very cool. The pool's tiles are a bit dirsty and aometimes you can see mold between them, that would be nice to get rid of, and even though the place is pretty expensive, kayak or boar or stand-up paddle are for rent for pretty high prices (1000php an hour), and not just free for guests of the hotel like is usual, making my head tilt. Massage prices about 5times the normal rate as well. Strange. It would also be amazing if we could enter the rooms with the room key from the pool side when it's a pool view, but that ship has sailed when they built the place, hah. As i said though, staff auper nice and helpful about anything. Place really nice and cozy. Beach super pretty and sky amazing at night. Recommended for some luxury stays :)

The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. There are 2 swimming pools available which is great. Restaurant’s food is amazing too! However, it seemed like the hotel was understaffed. We arrived around 11:30am, but since the check-in is strictly at 2pm, we went for lunch at the restaurant first. However, when we came back at 2pm, they made us wait for another 30mins because there was only 1 receptionist and it took her a long time to process the family ahead of us. Housekeeping also came late even if we put up the “makeup room” sign before we left for our tour. When we came back at 4pm, our room was still untouched, and the housekeeping only arrived at 5:30pm. Soundproofing was also not as good. We could hear our neighbor upstairs moving the furniture at 4am.

Overall, I would this hotel to anyone visiting Palawan. It provides good value for money and relaxing atmosphere and a convenient location, making it ideal for families,business travelers,couples. I would definitely consider staying here again

Schattig boetiek hotelletje om de hoek van Rizal ave. Hele kleine kamer, maar wel met een lekker balkonnetje, kleine badkamer. Free purified water, koffie en thee, en safe in de kamer. Ontbijt is a la carte, moet je de dag ervoor doorgeven en is vrij karig. Personeel is vriendelijk en voorkomend. Brommer huren kan voor 500 pesos pd op de highway bij de airport. Transport naar de bovenkant vh eiland regel je ook daar. Shared naar Port Barton is 600 pesos. Zit je met 14 man in een mini van. Private kost 5000 pesos. Dus wel echt veel duurder.

Yatağım o kadar büyüktü ki, 4 kişi sığabilirdi😅 Oda temizdi ve tüm olanaklar çalışıyordu. Son gecemde yüzdüm ve havuz tamamen bana aitti😍 Personel nazikti ve şehirde yolumu bulmamda bana yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı yaptığım yemek alanındaki personel de nazik ve yardımseverdi. Konum olarak, bir alışveriş merkezinin önünde (orada bazı kişisel eşyalar aldım ve akşam yemeği yedim), bir spa'nın yakınında (orada sauna ve masaj yaptırdım) ve seminer mekanımıza 5-10 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi. Ayrıca havaalanına da yakındı, 5-10 dakika minibüs yolculuğu mesafesindeydi. Yani çok uygun bir yerdi. Genel olarak, keyifli bir konaklama geçirdim. Teşekkür ederim.

Love the amenities, the cleanliness of the room – not to mention, it is suuuper spacious for a couple. Every corner js instagram worthy.I also love that they allow outside food and drinks despite the fact that they already have their own restaurant and serve variety of foods. Very accommodating staff as well. I would highly recommend the place!

The room offered to us is new with the best ocean view but is suffering the following deficiencies (1) only 1 lift out of 2 were in operation, and in an evening the remaining lift was malfunctional and we were forced to walk up to 6/F through the incompleted staircase, (2) Noisy generators as a nuisance to quiet environment, (3) No bathrobe/comb/show cab supply in DELUXE room, (4) TV sound level failed to be adjustable. (5) In spa, stream/sauna yet heating up before guests reception. The above needs an effort for improvement.

We stayed at Microtel by Wyndham Puerto Princesa for just one night, booking five rooms for a quick family staycation. At first, we were a bit skeptical due to some mixed reviews online, but we were pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable the experience turned out to be! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with shell necklaces, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The rooms were spacious and clean, giving us plenty of space to relax. The kids especially enjoyed the pool—while it’s not very large, it was more than enough for them to have fun. The beachfront is beautiful—perfect for photo ops and water activities, though perhaps not ideal for swimming. Still, it adds a charming touch to the resort’s peaceful ambiance. A few areas could use some improvement: • The TVs are a bit outdated—an upgrade to smart TVs would enhance the guest experience. • The window-type air conditioners, while functional, can be a bit noisy. • Some furniture and room details could benefit from light touch-ups to maintain a fresher look. As for the restaurant (operated by a concessioner), the breakfast was decent—nothing fancy, but enough to start the day. Overall, Microtel Puerto Princesa exceeded our expectations. La habitación se ve que es muy antigua, los colchones son de espuma, los enchufes generan poca confianza, la verdad por lo poco que se paga se podría decir que está normal, no esperes mucho. El baño es otro mundo, la taza del baño no tiene la base para sentarse, por lo que es muy poco higiénico a la hora de usarlo, o eso o orinar y hacer tus necesidades sin tocar la taza. La ducha no tiene mucha presión, por lo que si vas a ducharte es mejor que uses la llave que está debajo de la ducha y llenes un balde y te bañes con el balde de agua. La puerta del baño de las mujeres está rota por debajo, por lo que puede causar un poco de inseguridad, aunque la verdad no creo que a la gente le importe mucho.
