The staff was amazing, helping everywhere they could. The place itself is awesome, and the beach and the wharf being this close is very cool. The pool's tiles are a bit dirsty and aometimes you can see mold between them, that would be nice to get rid of, and even though the place is pretty expensive, kayak or boar or stand-up paddle are for rent for pretty high prices (1000php an hour), and not just free for guests of the hotel like is usual, making my head tilt. Massage prices about 5times the normal rate as well. Strange. It would also be amazing if we could enter the rooms with the room key from the pool side when it's a pool view, but that ship has sailed when they built the place, hah. As i said though, staff auper nice and helpful about anything. Place really nice and cozy. Beach super pretty and sky amazing at night. Recommended for some luxury stays :)

Schattig boetiek hotelletje om de hoek van Rizal ave. Hele kleine kamer, maar wel met een lekker balkonnetje, kleine badkamer. Free purified water, koffie en thee, en safe in de kamer. Ontbijt is a la carte, moet je de dag ervoor doorgeven en is vrij karig. Personeel is vriendelijk en voorkomend. Brommer huren kan voor 500 pesos pd op de highway bij de airport. Transport naar de bovenkant vh eiland regel je ook daar. Shared naar Port Barton is 600 pesos. Zit je met 14 man in een mini van. Private kost 5000 pesos. Dus wel echt veel duurder.

Son gecemde yüzdüm ve havuz tamamen bana aitti😍 Personel nazikti ve şehirde yolumu bulmamda bana yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı yaptığım yemek alanındaki personel de nazik ve yardımseverdi. Konum olarak, bir alışveriş merkezinin önünde (orada bazı kişisel eşyalar aldım ve akşam yemeği yedim), bir spa'nın yakınında (orada sauna ve masaj yaptırdım) ve seminer mekanımıza 5-10 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi. Ayrıca havaalanına da yakındı, 5-10 dakika minibüs yolculuğu mesafesindeydi. Yani çok uygun bir yerdi. Genel olarak, keyifli bir konaklama geçirdim. Teşekkür ederim.

Love the amenities, the cleanliness of the room – not to mention, it is suuuper spacious for a couple. Every corner js instagram worthy.I also love that they allow outside food and drinks despite the fact that they already have their own restaurant and serve variety of foods. Very accommodating staff as well. I would highly recommend the place!

Yeşilliklerle dolu tropikal bir ortamda yer alan harika bir otel. Şehir merkezine yaklaşık 10 dakikalık üç tekerlekli bisiklet yolculuğu mesafesinde. Odalar ve banyolar oldukça geniş. Çok temiz ve personel güler yüzlü. Küçük ama harika bir havuz. Yağmurlu günlerde Netflix izlemek için akıllı TV olmaması bir avantaj olurdu, ancak fiyatına göre harika bir konaklama yeri.

University /University dorm partially turned into a hotel with minimal investment. The result is mostly positive. The hotel is very photogenic so it's easy to get the impression that it's much more swanky than it actually is.. I enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly, it's clean, surrounded by greenery and nice views. Don't let the name Hotel Palacio fool you, don't expect a palace, the hotel is modest but comfortable. Location wise, it's out of town which was no problem for me as I had prearranged a motorbike during my 7 days stay. For those pending on jeepney public transport or tricycle taxis, places like the baywalk are far away. The van I had organised to the airport early morning with the receptionist was punctually waiting for me. Everything was good. Expect a 3 star property and you won't be disappointed.

It wasn't too distracting for me, especially on the higher floors, so I recommend requesting one of those if you’re sensitive to sound. The hotel itself is well-maintained, likely due to its recent renovations. The elevator, though small, was smooth and always clean, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The bathroom was a highlight—very clean and comfortable, although I did find the water heater a bit challenging to adjust. Each room features a smart lock and a smart TV with Netflix and other apps, which is a nice touch. The Wi-Fi was reliable, even on the highest floor, allowing for seamless browsing. One area for improvement would be the bedding. While the mattress and pillows were decent, a thicker comforter would enhance the sleeping experience, as the provided blanket was quite thin. The staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While this may not be a luxury hotel, it offers excellent cleanliness and customer service, making it a great choice for travelers. I would certainly consider staying here again!

La habitación se ve que es muy antigua, los colchones son de espuma, los enchufes generan poca confianza, la verdad por lo poco que se paga se podría decir que está normal, no esperes mucho. El baño es otro mundo, la taza del baño no tiene la base para sentarse, por lo que es muy poco higiénico a la hora de usarlo, o eso o orinar y hacer tus necesidades sin tocar la taza. La ducha no tiene mucha presión, por lo que si vas a ducharte es mejor que uses la llave que está debajo de la ducha y llenes un balde y te bañes con el balde de agua. La puerta del baño de las mujeres está rota por debajo, por lo que puede causar un poco de inseguridad, aunque la verdad no creo que a la gente le importe mucho.
