Mükemmel bir otel! Son gün geç uyanıp kahvaltıyı kaçırdığımız için öğle yemeği için kendi paramızla otele gittik. Harika bir fırsattı - balık, et, tatlı ve salatadan oluşan kişi başı 20 avroluk açık büfe. İkimiz için dışarıda basit bir yemek, sadece üç çeşit yemek ve içecek için 40 avroya mal olacaktı. Ayrıca, ertesi gün temizlik hizmetine ihtiyacımız olmadığı için otel bize tek kişi için kullanılabilecek 5 avroluk bir çek verdi, böylece iki kişi için 30 avroya denk geldi - harika! Tek olumsuz yanı, sadece su vermeleri ve içeceklerin ayrıca ücretlendirilmesiydi.

部屋やホテル自体は非常に綺麗かつモダンで過ごしやすいです。しっかりシャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディーソープが用意してあったり、無料の水やお茶、コーヒーの用意があるなど、コスパも非常に良いです。 しかしサービス面で問題があります。夜中にエアコン周辺からの水漏れが起き、whatsappを通じて連絡しましたが返信まで1時間もかかりました。部屋の交換を申し出てくれましたが、もう深夜だったのでひとまず断りました。が、その後フォローアップの連絡や水漏れ箇所の確認などもなし。なんのサポートもヘルプもありませんでした。 新しいタオルはセルフサービスですが、水漏れを拭くのに使ったので次の日新しいものを取りに行ったら1つしかない、部屋の床には糞がこびりついているなど、部屋がとても綺麗で心地よかった分、サービスや問題が起きた時の対応が非常不快でした。 フロントがないので仕方のないことですが、その分問題が起きたときの対応はしっかりすべきだと思います。このホテルチェーンには二度と泊まりません。

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Location was near to one of the squares which had the Christmas market. But about a 30 min walk to the famous arc. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included - food offerings were simple with not much variety but tasted decent. Good enough just for some fuel to start the day.

I spent a 5 nights at My Story Rossio and here are some of my thoughts: PROS: - Excellent location. Hard to beat this prime location. It's at the heart of the city with lots of things to do in proximity. There's also a Metro station across from it so you can take the subway directly from the airport. - Nice decors and overall pretty clean. CONS: - The biggest issue I had during my stay was the poor structure of the building leading to disturbing loud noises. During housekeeping hours, the door to the cleaning supplies kept being slammed. Every time it was slammed, my whole room shook and I jumped up. I called the front desk asking if they could be more gentle with the doors. I was told that that was the way housekeeping was and to call back only if it still happened after 5pm (after housekeeping hours). It was impossible to get any rest during the day. I understand that housekeepers need to do their job but I wonder if this issue could be fixed simply by changing the door hinge to a slow close hinge. Also, in the middle of the night, I would wake up by the creaking noises of people above me when they walked across the room. - Second issue was the thermostat. It was not adjustable and could only be controlled by the front desk. For some reason, the hotel decided that all the rooms needed to be in heating mode during the night. It was so hot and stuffy that I was not able to sleep for many nights. I had to call the front desk in the middle of the night to turn it off but sometimes it would automatically switch back on. Then I requested to have the cooling instead of heating on but it would be too cold at night and there was no way to dial it myself. So throughout my stay, it would feel like being inside either a sauna or a freezer.

Nice hotel with friendly staff particularly the young lady at the spa reception. Nice sauna, jacuzzi and gym for use. Quiet area close enough to the heart of lisbon. Totally recommending this place.

Otel, Parque Eduardo VII'ye yakın ve şehir merkezine yakın, iyi bir konumda. Ortalama olanaklara sahip olmasına rağmen, özellikle resepsiyon görevlileri söz konusu olduğunda personel hizmetleri şüpheli. Her halükarda, çocukları ebeveynleriyle aynı odada kabul eden oldukça standart bir 3 yıldızlı otel; bu da oteli aileler için uygun kılıyor. 3 gecelik konaklamalarda ütü masası istemek olumsuz bir durumdu; ütü yoktu ve bu çok hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Resepsiyon her zaman ertesi sabah teslim edeceklerini söyledi, ancak hiç gelmedi ve tekrar tekrar aynı bahaneyi söylediler - 2-3 farklı resepsiyon görevlisinden aynı bahaneyi aldım. İyi bir atmosfere sahip temiz bir otel. Ancak check-in sırasında küçük bir sorun yaşadım, tek kişilik yataklı tek kişilik oda rezervasyonu yapmıştım ama onlar için yatakhanede bir yataktı. Sonunda beni kraliçe yataklı bir odaya koymayı ayarladılar.

I won’t recommend this apartment though it is only less than 10 mins walk from the Martim Moniz metro station and the city centre. The apartment is located at the back alley of some old buildings. There were a lot of homeless people and wanderers at both ends of the alleys. The most unacceptable thing was that the alley was stinky with the very bad smell of urine and garbage. Since the apartment is inside the alley that car cannot go inside, even we took Uber, we still need to walk 2-min from either end of the alley to the apartment. Unfortunately we were assigned with a room on the ground level of the 4-storey apartment. To be exact, the room was slightly below ground level, meaning that we could see the feet of the people walking on the street through the 2 windows of our room. It was also a bit noisy when people talked on the street, parked their bicycle right at the windows of our room. Obviously we couldn’t open our windows or curtains, meaning that it was like staying in a room without windows. We have asked for a change of room. Since we were staying there for 7 nights, we also didn’t mind to change for only a few nights in the middle of the stay, however we were not provided with any option to change our room even though we booked this apartment 4 MONTHS ago (not the last minute customers). Besides, the sound proofing of the apartment was bad. We could hear everyone talking outside. Since it’s the ground floor unit, there were more people passing by and going up to different floors and in and out the building, all sounds were quite annoying especially during the late night. Among the 7 nights, there were also 2 nights having some sorts of alarm in the mid nights for over 30 minutes. All these issues were very disturbing too. Adding to it, the bed and pillows of the apartment were too hard and not comfortable to us. We didn’t have any good sleep unfortunately. Nevertheless the interior of the apartment was fine, spacious and clean. Decoration was modern, daily house-keeping was also fine. There were aircon, washer and dryer, a basic coffee filter machines but not Nespresso coffee machine.

Bu hostel şehir merkezine yaklaşık 3 km yürüme mesafesinde, ancak yakınlarda bazı turistik yerler (Jeronimo's Monetary gibi) var. Oda son derece küçük, yatağın kenarına oturup bacaklarınızı uzatmaya çalışırsanız büyük ihtimalle duvara çarparsınız. Odamızı değiştirdik çünkü ilk odada tuvalet için hiç mahremiyet yoktu ve ikinci oda da mahremiyet yanılsaması veriyordu (fotoğraflarda da görebileceğiniz gibi). Yönetimle görüşmedik, çünkü her şey WhatsApp üzerinden yapılıyor ve size geri dönüş yapıyorlar. Kahvaltı fena değildi, biraz seçenek vardı ama gerçek yemeklerden çok kek ve kurabiye vardı.
