"This is the ideal hotel for Alishan hikers! The staff is incredibly helpful and provided us with a complete itinerary for the area. We were particularly impressed when they called every room to announce the updated schedule for the first Alishan railway run to catch the sunrise. While the room is small, this is understandable given the National Park setting."

"We did not get to see sunrise because it was misty but the room was very cozy and nicely suited up. It'll be a little far without personal transportation, otherwise it's quite worthwhile for the comfy stay. 7-11 is just outside main road and riding to Alishan entrance was about 35km. The only unpleasantness was not so great check-in experience with the landlady."

"Hotel situated at the back of the visitors Central within a flight of staircase connected. Easy access to the internal train, station and tourist bus hub. Room is clean and neat alittle small for 4ppls but manageable. Great thing about this hotel is provide the heating bed pad to keep us warm during such a cold weather in Alishan, there is also water dispenser available in each level and breakfast is decent. Overall we really enjoyed our stayed here."

"We book 2 different room. 1 night. Overall is a super convenient and good location in Alishan. They have the most reasonable price in the area. If you are staying for 1-2 night. I highly recommended. 1 of the room we book they give me an upgraded room. Upgraded room seem to have been renovated before compare to the family room. Overall are happy."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Right outside is the balcony to watch sunrise and sunset. Hotpot dinner was great (at additional cost) and the breakfast buffet was so good! Had a great stay overall and highly recommend"

"The property is located off the Alishan highway and nestled within a tea plantation near Fushan. It is not anywhere near any amenities, nearest one is at Shizuo about 10+km away. Rooms are very clean and well kept, you can expect breathtaking views if you have a room with a balcony on the top floor, lower floors will have little or no view into the mountains. The area around the property is mainly tea plantations and farms, good for a short afternoon’s exploration before dinner."

"上網訂房感覺很容易踩到地雷.到了之後想說累了要拉行李好一段距離.還有一大段斜坡.會累爆了.剛好老闆開車接送回來.問說是要入住嗎？很開心上車載我們上車.到達現場發現周邊的花圃用的乾淨又很漂亮.再來每一間入住的房間.都會有命名.又可以看日出.老闆又擔心入住的顧客太多.或有帶小朋友去的會太吵.或客滿.會影響品質.會分配戶內外的房間及空一兩間房不出租.真的很貼心"

"After reading horror stories on google reviews, as well as on this platform, I thought I had wasted my money. However, the opposite appeared to be true. The room was clean, including the bathroom (little to no signs of mold at all in my room). The room even came with a functioning sauna, which was a very nice way to relax after a long cold day. Front desk asked me if I wanted a wake-up call which I gladly accepted - and they actually did provide the call. Though, setting your own alarm is not that difficult either. Yes, the bed has a very hard mattress, but this is quite common for 2 to 3 star hotels in Asia. Yes, the water is only hot between certain times, but it's still warm enough after it. The only true downside I experienced is that you can indeed hear everything from the neighbors, but then again, you only have 1 neighbor. All-in-all, this place was well worth it given the scarcity of rooms/hotels in this area."
