It is the best place we have stayed in our Taiwan trip.My husband and I have enjoyed so much the time while we stay there.It is clean, and well decorated to make it as cozy and warm as possible.we were so relaxed and happy there. Only 5 stars hotel in the mountain , new and nice decor , breakfast variety is good, hotel should consider to have shuttle bus to take guests to and from station

Since its in alishan, there are limited public transport services. 15-20 mintues away from the nearest 7-11, and infront of the store there is a busstop where you can hop on to get to Alishan Recreational Area. The 3 ppl room had decent space, they offered disposable one time use towels, which was nice. The tea home stay was drying their tea when i visited there, so whenever i opened the door i am being greeted by a pleaseant smell of tea. You might want to bring insect repellents when visiting alishan, the room had mosquito nets installed but since its in the mountains you cant really avoid mosquitoes and insects. You might want to bring insect repellents and apply them on your body if you dont want to be bitten during your sleep. The owner are friendly and even dropped us off at 7-11 bus stop on the day of our visit to alishan recreational forest .

第一次在網路上訂這一家民宿！因為入住的天數比較多天，到了現場後，民宿主人家，幫我升級房間內有浴室的房型！每天都會進去房間收垃圾及房間打掃的很乾淨喔！有停車場和飲水機和1樓的公共區域可以使用！很貼心的是還有電梯可以使用不用搬很笨重的行李到樓上喔！ 有機會下次還會再預訂喔，謝謝！

Excellent hotel, large rooms above expectations, the room was clean(not perfect) and well-equipped, underwent basic cleaning, received water and clean towels every day. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful in everything (including ordering food and recommendations for attractions). Located a few minutes walk from 7 eleven. There is a washing machine in 3 floor and a free parking

Old design hotel. Surrounding alot old stuff should dispose. Breakfast should provide hot coffee and tea for guest . Just for rest after ahlisan mountain trip ok.

This is a wonderful hotel located right off the shore of the beautiful Renyitan Dam. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk where you can watch the sunrise early morning! The hotel lobby is gorgeous and room is clean and roomy. There are loaner bikes available right at the entrance of the hotel. The women’s spa is closed for renovations at the moment but there is a game room where family with kids can enjoy a variety of activities. The only drawback is that the hotel is outdated probably due to low occupancy. The breakfast buffet is only available when there are tour groups staying at the hotel. This was my second time staying here this month and I really enjoyed it.

After reading horror stories on google reviews, as well as on this platform, I thought I had wasted my money. However, the opposite appeared to be true. The room was clean, including the bathroom (little to no signs of mold at all in my room). The room even came with a functioning sauna, which was a very nice way to relax after a long cold day. Front desk asked me if I wanted a wake-up call which I gladly accepted - and they actually did provide the call. Though, setting your own alarm is not that difficult either. Yes, the bed has a very hard mattress, but this is quite common for 2 to 3 star hotels in Asia. Yes, the water is only hot between certain times, but it's still warm enough after it. The only true downside I experienced is that you can indeed hear everything from the neighbors, but then again, you only have 1 neighbor. All-in-all, this place was well worth it given the scarcity of rooms/hotels in this area.

The hotel is located inside Alishan Township, which makes it easy to get around. The room is spacious and suitable for two couples, and the place is generally clean and convenient. However, the restroom has a strong smell, possibly due to the hotel being quite old.
