"Quick to book, at a good price. Facilities and room are pleasent with good beds, and friendly staff. Breakfast offered at an onsite restaurant Be aware it's a standard, quick food preparation banquet style. Bedrooms are large and the hotel is clean, but dated. We stayed in the hotel when it was a Silver Cloud. Worth staying at again for business or pleasure. Good access to all highways and Bellvue propper."

"The hotel location is convenient, just a 3-5 minute drive from the food court and mall. There are many dining options nearby, offering a variety of choices to suit all budgets. While the hotel is a bit older, the interior is clean, and the bedding and towels are very tidy. The swimming pool was out of service, which was a bit disappointing. However, the service was good, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience."

"Front desk staff are very nice and friendly. The room quite nice and clean but the size slightly small. Maybe next time to booked bigger room size. Regarding the breakfast is quite nice but all are premade the food sometimes are cold and hoping one day they have junior cook to cook the simple food such as fly eggs and omelet. Hotel location are very good and easy to go out to shopping mall."

No lift, must carry luggage up stairs to the room (2 bedroom penth house), level 1 is king size bed with table and chair with ensuite toilet, upstairs is queen size bed with ensuite toilet. Room is big with kitchen,electric hob, pot, bowl, plate, fork, spoon, knife, chopping board, pepper, salt, dish wash detergent, A lot of hanger for clothes, got iron board and iron, washing clothes is usd 3 per wash for 30mins and dryer is usd 3 per dry for 60 mins. Can Request for basket to put Washed clothes on dry clothes in basket, get it from reception. Everyday got breakfast, good variety, fruit juice, milk, coffee, chocolate milk, normal milk, yogurt, takeaway nicely packed burger jimmy Dean burger), pancake, has brown, scrambled egg, hard boiled egg, meat patty, black bean, vegetable (corn, carrot, green bean, long bean), got garnish and miso soup, quaker oat with different flavours. Got free sauces like tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, peanut butter, maple syrup, Nutella, grape and strawberry sauce. Juices available are apple, cranberry, orange juice. There is free plain bread for you to toast your bread in toaster. Car parking is free. Bath room with body wash, hair shampoo and hair conditioner. They will give floor mat, big bath towel, hair towel, basin towel. There is hair dryer (don't bring ur own hair dryer like Dyson supersonic if urs is singapore three pin plug coz voltage different cannot use in USA). There is 3 TV in total, one at living room, 1 in level 1 room another TV in level 2 room. There is fridge with freezer in the kitchen. I love my stay at residence inn!!"
