"I stayed at this hotel for a meeting in Bellevue. It is close by the subway which can bring you to Seattle downtown in about half an hour. The room was big and comfortable. However, one night I saw a big cockroach scurrying across the floor, which was very unpleasant. I reported it to the front desk, who moved me to the next room in the middle of the night. However, the two rooms were separated by a door with a gap underneath that could easily have accommodated the cockroach. I was promised a partial refund for this inconvenience, which I still haven't received."

"On the positive side, the front desk service was excellent, but there was no housekeeping service. The worst part was the hotel's incredibly diverse clientele. The night before check-out, police outside the hotel were using a microphone to continuously call for arrests for hours, making it impossible to sleep. It's now past midnight and the standoff continues. Hearing the criminals in the rooms not far from me was truly terrifying; I was worried about whether I could catch my flight tomorrow and about my personal safety."
