"It's a pet-friendly hotel, so many people brought their pets, but sharing the bed with them was truly unacceptable. Regarding cleanliness, I have to point out that from our check-in on June 28th to our check-out on July 6th, a full week, no one came to clean the room. I've stayed at many similar hotels before, and the worst they've done is change towels every four days. It was downright filthy."

"Great hotel. The staff was very warm and welcoming. They got me an early check in after a long haul flight. The hotel is in a shopping mall! Had no idea when booking but it’s in a mall and there is a food court, yoga studio and shopping right there by the hotel - you can just walk into the mall. Also the fitness center at this W is fantastic"

"I stayed at this hotel for a meeting in Bellevue. It is close by the subway which can bring you to Seattle downtown in about half an hour. The room was big and comfortable. However, one night I saw a big cockroach scurrying across the floor, which was very unpleasant. I reported it to the front desk, who moved me to the next room in the middle of the night. However, the two rooms were separated by a door with a gap underneath that could easily have accommodated the cockroach. I was promised a partial refund for this inconvenience, which I still haven't received."

"I stayed here while hiking Mount Rainier. The positives are that it's new, clean, and the supplies are of a good brand. The hotel itself is impeccable. The negative is that I booked a twin room through a third-party platform, but upon arrival, they told me they were sold out and only had a king-size bed. Fortunately, I emailed the hotel immediately after booking to confirm the room type and other details, and received a confirmation email. After seeing the email, the front desk contacted the person in charge and offered a solution I agreed to. Overall, the hotel is good, but the service is average. Be wary of shirking responsibility."
