Konum: Çok iyi, Taşkent Şehir Parkı'nın yanında. Yakındaki parklara/turistik mekanlara taşınmak için idealdir. Çevre köyleri temizleyin Temizlik: Bu bir Hilton otelidir. Çok sinir bozucu. Kahvaltı da lezzetli, temiz ve çok çeşitliydi. Havuz saunası da iyiydi. Hizmet: Bu bir Hilton oteli... kötü olamaz. Tüm personel güler yüzlüydü ve İngilizce konuşuyordu, bu yüzden onu kullanırken hiçbir sorun yaşamadım. Tesisler: Yüzme havuzu, sauna ve masajın hepsi iyi ve özellikle 21. kattaki restorandan memnunum. Suşi ve biftek lezzetlidir. Taze meyve suyu özellikle iyidir.

Otel, Taşkent Uluslararası Havaalanı'na birkaç kilometre uzaklıkta sakin bir sokakta yer almaktadır. Geceleri araba sayısı az ve çevre çok sessiz. Yakınlarda su ve atıştırmalık satın alabileceğiniz küçük bir süpermarket bulunmaktadır. Giriş yapmadan önce patronumla iletişime geçtim ve havaalanından alınmamı ayarladılar. Bunu gerçekten beğendim👍 Rezervasyon yaptırdığım standart oda aşağıdaki hijyen ve olanaklara sahiptir. Fiyatına göre maliyet performansı iyi. Kahvaltı Çin ve Batı mutfağının birleşiminden oluşuyor, sade ve lezzetli. Ben şahsen kahvaltı çeşidinin daha zengin olması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Sabah saat 9'da otelin resepsiyonunda sim kart (uztelecom) satan biri var. 15G 8 Amerikan dolarıdır. Eğer telefon kartı almadıysanız, resepsiyondan satın alabilirsiniz. Eğer soumunuz yoksa, WeChat üzerinden patronunuzla iletişime geçip para bozdurabilirsiniz, bu harika! 👍 Genel olarak konaklama deneyimi iyiydi. Odanızın kapısında odanın temizlenmesi gerekip gerekmediğini belirten bir tabelanın bulunduğunu lütfen unutmayın. Garsonun odayı zamanında temizlemesini önlemek için bunu kapının önüne koyun.

Gerçekten harika bir otel! Herkes çok sıcakkanlı ve misafirperver! 😊 Kahvaltı sabah 6:30'da başlıyor ve çok çeşitli seçenekler mevcut! Oda çok güzeldi. Özellikle ısıtmalı zeminlere bayıldım! Her şey mükemmeldi. Tekrar burada kalmayı çok isterim. Özbekistan'ı seviyorum.

Приехали в 4 утра с аэропорта. Заселили быстро. Единственное не совсем понятно, почему в итоге оплата через приложение трип.ком за номер это лишь бронь, а оплачивать нужно на ресепшен в отеле, это не удобно. В нашем случае мы прилетели ночью местных денег нет, чтоб оплатить. Были уверены что оплачиваем отель, а ннет.

Hotel is very good, it has perfect service 😀, aslo staff are helpful, they ready any time to solve your problems, rooms are clean and soft.However , they have free and professional pickup service, from airport and till airport.With my pleasure,i can advise for everybody to stay here😊😊😊!!!

I checked in around 8pm and was greeted by a staff in the evening shift (I did not asked his name). I asked for a SIM card if I could buy in the morning , he said could offer a free just need to top up tomorrow 9am his colleagues will settle. But early morning I was waiting for 9-9:30 there is no one knew about this . I also asked for late check out, he said could extend only til 1pm unless I will need to settle 50% extra and I agreed coz my flight is 22:30pm but in the morning when I came to settle late check out fee, there is again no one know how to do only they said they will check with their manager . I only stayed one night in Tashkent due to my flight need to overnight transit but the team make my stay very unpleasant and not comfortable. Again , I got a friend who come to visit me just 1hr, but the hotel did not allow and that evening staff again , stop my friend and said he can stay inside my room Only 3mn, if late than 3mn, he will call my room number or even send someone . he said this is hotel rule . Omg . The way he replied and did were so unprofessional and rude and very fiere like I am a criminal . Until I complaint and asked to meet manager couple times , he agreed to let my friend stay only 1hr and needed to pay a tourist fee. Bad service , not skilled team and I will never ever come back to this hotel again !

Finding the hotel was challenging. Took me circumvate the entire train station twice when I finally called them for direction. Imagine the station is huge & with my luggages & crossing the security twice, even the security were clueless. The front desk lady was sweet & nice to walk out & directed me. That was a huge help. I think they should place clear signages. Check-In process was a nightmare. They couldn’t confirmed my booking even though I have shown the confirmed voucher online. After much deliberation they accepted my booking. Next come the payment. None of my cards was accepted even though i have been using them throughout my 2 weeks travel in Uzbekistan. They would not allow me to check in until full payment was made. Since I only have USD, they insist that I change at the nearest bank. A nice consolation was that a young front desk staff willingly to walk me to the hotel. All these took me around 2 stressful hours walking in & out & around. The hostel is very new. Super huge room, again brand new. Super clean. But I don’t understand why not a single basic amenities was provided; body soap or shampoo. The front desk however promptly provided upon request the following day. I believe most who stayed usually 1-night. The location was almost perfect, if only the hotel guests don’t need to keep going through the security scanning every each time both going in & out. Imagine I’m staying 3 nights. My advice please ensure you have local SOM for payment in case your card is not accepted. The hotel is on the left end of the station (if you exit from the train looking towards the building station) it’s better that you call them once you feel lost as the assist you the direction. Just be mindful that you need to go through the security scan every each time you enter & exit. However, if someone planning a train connection to other cities, this is 100% spot on recommended. I would like to commend on the front staff lady, Dildora for her professionalism & calm demeanour. Thank you.

В целом, неплохой отель для кратковременного проживания - 4 ночи проживания оставили приятные впечатления. Локация отеля отличная - рядом автобусная остановка, пешком до метро не более 15 мин. Сотрудники очень вежливые и приветливые, старательно выполняют свои обязанности. Номер чистый, проводится ежедневная уборка. В номере есть всё необходимое: шкафы, чайные и кофейные принадлежности, телевизор, холодильник, гигиенические средства. Завтрак по ассортименту достаточный, но несколько скудноват по качеству подачи.

Bu harika, köklü ve lüks bir otel. Son iki yıldır yenilenmemiş olmasına rağmen, otel hala standartlarını koruyor. Beş yıllık bir BMW 5 Serisi gibi; hala çok iyi. Kahvaltı özellikle cömert, bol meyve ve sıcak yemekler mevcut. Otel ayrıca çok temiz ve hijyenik. Hizmet mükemmel ve personel çok yardımsever. Bölge ayrıca çok güvenli. Caddenin karşısında iki mükemmel lüks restoranın bulunduğu bir park var. Metro istasyonu yaklaşık 200 metre uzaklıkta, bu da oldukça uygun. Genel olarak harika bir otel ve güvenli bir konaklama.
