We spent 4D3N at JW Marriott Cam Ranh Resort & Spa and overall had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, largely thanks to the wonderful service from the staff. The resort itself is still relatively new and it shows — the grounds were well kept, clean, and thoughtfully maintained throughout our stay. The pools were in great condition, and the slow river was a highlight, especially drifting along on a float in such a peaceful setting. The location, however, is something to plan for. The resort is about a 40-minute drive from Nha Trang city, so it’s best to plan your days properly to maximise time spent within the resort rather than commuting back and forth. We were assigned a ground-level room, which was convenient for access, but it came with a few drawbacks. Every morning, we experienced noticeable footsteps from the room above, along with cleaning noises from the corridors and sidewalks outside. The bigger issue was the shower drainage — it was consistently poor, often overflowing and spilling water outside the shower stall. I had to manually remove the drain cover to allow water to flow. Given the visibly wet area outside the shower and the removed drain cover, I would have expected housekeeping to notice and address it, but unfortunately this issue persisted throughout our entire stay. Where the resort truly shines is its people. The ground staff were incredibly helpful and efficient — not once were my partner and I delayed or told to wait. Buggies arrived promptly whenever we needed transport around the resort. Despite some language barriers, everyone was full of smiles and genuinely eager to help. One gentleman (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) remembered my name from the breakfast manifest and greeted me warmly whenever we crossed paths elsewhere in the resort — always with a smile. Special mentions: • Hau was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Her impeccable service made us feel relaxed from the start, and even on check-out day, she remembered my name, greeted me warmly, and checked in to see how our stay had been. • Bryan was proactive and enthusiastic, offering thoughtful recommendations to enhance our experience. He also consistently checked in with us whenever we bumped into him. • Linh and Andrew at the front desk were excellent — check-out was smooth, and all our questions were answered clearly and efficiently. Dining-wise, the seafood grill restaurant was just alright. We enjoyed some dishes, but others missed the mark. The steak, in particular, was overcooked and grainy, even for a striploin, and our preferred doneness was not checked beforehand. While we provided feedback, it was merely acknowledged without any follow-up, which was disappointing given the brand and pricing. The spa experience was very enjoyable. The therapists were skilled, the singing bowl was a lovely touch, and combined with the serene surroundings, it made for a truly relaxing session. That said, for the price paid — even with the Bonvoy discount — it may be worth exploring other spa options around Cam Ranh. Overall, this was a nice and relaxing stay. We would definitely return for the outstanding service and the genuinely warm and attentive staff. Next time, however, we would likely skip the resort restaurant and opt for a spa in town instead.

Back to this resort as the return guest, the water digest system was too noisy at midnight, the hotel had to upgrade/move us to a higher level of room. Others were good enough

This is a huge resort, so it has pros and cons. The service was very good considering the size, check in was fast, room service was not longer than usual. The food options are limited per time, so lunch at the beach has a small menu and near the buildings there is a food court with some of options. The other restaurants are not open for lunch. For dinner you need to book the restaurants in advance, otherwise it might not be available. The Atlantis food was very good, Asiana was ok and the Italian buffet was not worth it, we didn't try the Italian A La Carte. Breakfast buffet was chaotic!!!! Just too many people and the room was completely closed I felt claustrophobic. The next day we tried the A La carte breakfast in the other restaurant and it was the BEST hotel breakfast I have ever had! I would go back just for that! I guess All inclusive guests can only go to the buffet, so I wouldn't recommend All inclusive food. There are many swimming pools which was nice, but the service was a bit limited. The bar at the beach pool only opened at 10:30am and the other bar at 11am. We couldn't order anything before that. Lots of things are extra charge, activities, pool toys.....the farm visit was worth it. That are some free alternatives as well, such as the water park and the kids play. The room was big and clean The hotel is big so you need to walk a lot to arrive at the beach or get a buggy.

Bright, clean, elegant with vibrant and warm services from the staff. It was in general a comprehensively enjoyable and relaxing experience with all amenities within your contemplation provided in this one single resort. The highlight for us are the breakfast and the range of amenities. The breakfast food is diverse and fresh. We were particularly impressed with the viet noodles and the egg station, which are unique and fresh to the order. Of our three-night stay, these are the staple stations we go for during each of our breakfast sessions. Next comes the amenities. Be sure to check out the pool and the beach! Unfortunately we didnt have time to check out the tennis court, yoga, golf and spa..

Enjoyed our stay. The hotel is new, built less than a year ago. Hotel itself and all the amenities are new and clean. Breakfast is also great and diversified. Staff was responsive and nice.

Westin Cam Ranh is located 5 minutes away from Cam Ranh airport. Hotel provides free shuttle if your arrival flight fell within the specified pickup time. Front service staff was hospitable and eager to meet my needs or queries. At times, this may fell short due to inexperience or language barriers given English is not their native language. Westin Cam Ranh has excellent facilities and activities cater to different type of customers, ranging from spa to beach sports. It provides an excellent facilities for a retreat to decompress. I look forward to coming back to stay at Westin. I hope there is a shuttle bus to Nha Trang City by then.

We got a very relaxing holidays at this hotel. Room’s settings made you feel like at home, cozy and spacious with a pool. If you are looking for a quiet holiday retreat, it’s the perfect spot for you. Far away from the busy city. Location is perfect less than 10 minutes from airport without any noise as it’s a small airport. Check in is smooth and fast, within no time after you landed, you are already in your room or swimming at your pool. Daily Spa massage is professional, therapists are efficients and the whole area is well managed. You just need to contact them to book in advance your schedule during your stays as soon as you booked your room. Yoga’s place is in an amazing setting, yoga’s teachers need to improve their English skills. Gym place is ok. Can improve a bit more the setting. Breakfast a la carte at Breeze restaurant is nice and professional. But the breakfast at other restaurant call Fresh restaurant needs to be improved in terms of locals foods variety( very few local dishes to discover…) and services, sometimes can be hard to find a table or waiter to attend you, due to lacks of management. As the hotel is far away from city, no other options for dining around, we decided to stay and used all our meals at the hotel, which is fine for us as we don’t want to wandering around neither. But sometimes we feel it’s a bit limited, as there is only one restaurant is open most of the time and the Breeze restaurant is open only on weekends… and on Wednesday we have to opt for bbq dinner buffet and nothing else as the only restaurant is open for that bbq day, if you’re not keen on bbq, then you are free to go somewhere else to eat out of the hotel or stay in your room to order a la carte, which give us a feeling of being trapped. Kid’s club and activities have to improve, especially for kids above 6 years old. There is a farm but it’s about 20 minutes wandering and discovering are enough to spend there. Especially when it’s hot. Not much more to do. Same as spa, we can’t order a foot massage or anything for children below 16 years old. Even if it’s private order. Kind of limited for family with children, as this hotel is a resort. The Staff in general are courteous, friendly, smiling and have very good attitude. The surrounding areas and equipment are well maintained and clean. Buggies are available all the time to drive you from your room to others spots within the resort, they are friendly and thoughtful with guests. All in all, we do remember about the friendly hospitality of the staff at the hotel whom made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We will be back again soon. Good location which is at Bai Dai beach and about 3km to the airport. Staff is nice and supportive when I ask for recommendation to purchase sourvenir and seafood to bring back my home. Around the resort is other resorts and to transportation to dinning places you could search on gg map and contact for pick up from resort and return.
