"저희가 지낸 4룸 빌라는 1층 가장 큰방에 개미가 집을지었는지 개미때가 침대머리근처에 있었으며, 체크인후 짐을 옮겨주는 벨보이와 같이 보고 확인하고 말을 했음에도 아무렇지 않게 개미약만 뿌려주고 가버림.. 거의 사용을 못했음..
호텔로비는 윈덤가든과 같이 사용하나 별도로 맞은편에 카운터한개가 있으며, 조식은 윈덤과 같이 사용하고 버기는 윈덤과 별도로 운영되어 카톡으로 불러야하지만 대응이 너무 느려서.. 걸어다니기 일쑤 이며, 골프백들고 25분기다리다가 로비에서부터 해변앞 빌라까지 골프백 양쪽으로 매고 걸어감.. 가격도 윈덤과 큰차이 안나는데.. 세상불편했음.. 윈덤 버기는 룸번호 물어보고 그냥 가버리는 일이 허다함.. 외부 1층 수영에는 물도 안채워져 있으며, 옥상에 수영장에만 물채워져 있었음. 윈덤가든 수영장 공사중이라 인피니티풀만 이용가능함.
개미집부터 정리해주시고 버기랑 로비카운터에 그래도 한분은 상주 해야하지 않나 라는 생각이 듭니다. 아니면 가격차이가 좀더 나게 해서 가성비로 가는것도 방법일듯.. 이번이 세번째 나트랑 방문이었는데..
저희는 혹 다음번에 다시 나트랑 방문한다면~ 그냥 시내 5성급 호텔로 결정할래요~ 버기 없이 빨리 다니고 더깨끗하고 맛집도 많고 마사지도 싸고 좋은데그 더많은듯 합니다.. 4일 깜란빌라 이용해본 소감!"

LluvtripThis is a huge resort, so it has pros and cons. The service was very good considering the size, check in was fast, room service was not longer than usual. The food options are limited per time, so lunch at the beach has a small menu and near the buildings there is a food court with some of options. The other restaurants are not open for lunch. For dinner you need to book the restaurants in advance, otherwise it might not be available. The Atlantis food was very good, Asiana was ok and the Italian buffet was not worth it, we didn't try the Italian A La Carte.
Breakfast buffet was chaotic!!!! Just too many people and the room was completely closed I felt claustrophobic. The next day we tried the A La carte breakfast in the other restaurant and it was the BEST hotel breakfast I have ever had! I would go back just for that! I guess All inclusive guests can only go to the buffet, so I wouldn't recommend All inclusive food.
There are many swimming pools which was nice, but the service was a bit limited. The bar at the beach pool only opened at 10:30am and the other bar at 11am. We couldn't order anything before that.
Lots of things are extra charge, activities, pool toys.....the farm visit was worth it. That are some free alternatives as well, such as the water park and the kids play.
The room was big and clean
The hotel is big so you need to walk a lot to arrive at the beach or get a buggy.

필요한건 버틀러에게 카톡으로 연락하면 바로바로 대응해줘서 편리합니다. 시설은 사진과 다름없이 좋구요. 개인풀 공용풀 다 넘 좋았어요. 수영장 풀사이드바 햄버거 맛있습니다.
조식은 체크인할때 추가해서 먹었는데 역시 너무 만족했습니다. 쌀국수 맛집이에요.
다만 최악인게 한가지 있었는데.. 싱크대에서 하수구 썩은 악취가 진동을 했습니다. 버틀러에게 연락해서 직원이 와서 조치를 했지만..아주 약간 나아지는 정도였고 결국 2박3일 내내 은은한 하수구 악취와 함께했네요. 이것만 개선되면 아기데리고 다시 가고 싶은 숙소입니다.

HHanh LepetitWe got a very relaxing holidays at this hotel. Room’s settings made you feel like at home, cozy and spacious with a pool. If you are looking for a quiet holiday retreat, it’s the perfect spot for you. Far away from the busy city. Location is perfect less than 10 minutes from airport without any noise as it’s a small airport. Check in is smooth and fast, within no time after you landed, you are already in your room or swimming at your pool.
Daily Spa massage is professional, therapists are efficients and the whole area is well managed. You just need to contact them to book in advance your schedule during your stays as soon as you booked your room.
Yoga’s place is in an amazing setting, yoga’s teachers need to improve their English skills.
Gym place is ok. Can improve a bit more the setting.
Breakfast a la carte at Breeze restaurant is nice and professional. But the breakfast at other restaurant call Fresh restaurant needs to be improved in terms of locals foods variety( very few local dishes to discover…) and services, sometimes can be hard to find a table or waiter to attend you, due to lacks of management.
As the hotel is far away from city, no other options for dining around, we decided to stay and used all our meals at the hotel, which is fine for us as we don’t want to wandering around neither. But sometimes we feel it’s a bit limited, as there is only one restaurant is open most of the time and the Breeze restaurant is open only on weekends… and on Wednesday we have to opt for bbq dinner buffet and nothing else as the only restaurant is open for that bbq day, if you’re not keen on bbq, then you are free to go somewhere else to eat out of the hotel or stay in your room to order a la carte, which give us a feeling of being trapped.
Kid’s club and activities have to improve, especially for kids above 6 years old. There is a farm but it’s about 20 minutes wandering and discovering are enough to spend there. Especially when it’s hot. Not much more to do. Same as spa, we can’t order a foot massage or anything for children below 16 years old. Even if it’s private order. Kind of limited for family with children, as this hotel is a resort.
The Staff in general are courteous, friendly, smiling and have very good attitude. The surrounding areas and equipment are well maintained and clean. Buggies are available all the time to drive you from your room to others spots within the resort, they are friendly and thoughtful with guests.
All in all, we do remember about the friendly hospitality of the staff at the hotel whom made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
We will be back again soon. Hope those small details will be implemented and improved by then.

MM12245****推薦全包.因為不止三餐還包含了所有的酒品，性價比很高，不用出度假村所有娛樂項目都是排滿很豐富，私人沙灘也很乾凈，沙子很軟，酒店沒什麼中國人大部分都是歐洲人加韓國人，建議訂海景房，本來我們兩個房間是定的園景房看圖片以為是在一樓的，方便兩家互動進出，誰知道還是安排在羣附樓的2樓，優點就是安靜了，因為酒店所有的娛樂活動都靠近主樓，如果你拿不到一樓建議不要訂園景也不要訂陽台房。酒店前台人員會中文因此會省去一定麻煩，酒店不需要按金非常方便，所有基本都是全包免費的，服務態度比較好，衞生也很乾凈，性價比拉滿。

NNadezhda ArtemevaI traveled alone on vacation and booked a villa with a garden – it was one of my best trips ever! The resort consists of rooms in a multi-story building, two-story blocks, and private villas. The property has 2 amazing pools: large, comfortable, and packed with cool features for kids. There’s also a shop in the main building where you can buy everything from instant noodles and ice cream to shampoo and umbrellas. Two restaurants offer very reasonable prices if you’re on a breakfast-only plan.
The resort is literally a 6-minute drive from the airport and, in my opinion, the greenest, shadiest, and most comfortable among nearby options. They provide a shuttle to Nha Trang twice a day, dropping you off at the shopping mall opposite the Lotus Temple on the waterfront, with return shuttles from the same spot twice daily. The ride to Nha Trang takes about 40 minutes. To get around Nha Trang, I used GRAB taxis – just install the app and set ”cash” as the payment method; it worked perfectly. By the way, the resort exchanges Vietnamese dong (VND) at a slightly better rate than the airport.
More about the resort:
I booked via Trip.com and handled all communication with the resort through the app. Upon arrival, a free pre-arranged transfer (requested via a form they sent) was waiting. The driver met me at the exit with a sign bearing my name. Check-in was quick since it wasn’t busy. The resort is large and handles multiple check-ins/check-outs smoothly.
My villa was incredibly spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you could need (even a flashlight, umbrella, ironing board, and all imaginable toiletries). Housekeeping came daily and provided ample bottled water, so no issues there. There were a few mosquitoes, but the in-room fumigator handled them well.
My package included breakfast, served for villa guests at the beachfront restaurant. They also offer afternoon tea (2–4 PM) with drinks, fruit, and pastries – perfect for a midday snack. I chose this resort specifically for its lush greenery, and it was a 100% success! The landscape design, variety of plants, and flowers are indescribably beautiful – you must see it! Waterfalls, ponds, and streams with fish create total relaxation. The grounds are expansive: walking the full loop is nearly 2 km. There’s also a golf course, tennis courts, and a small but well-equipped gym.
The resort’s private beach is excellent: plenty of loungers, easy entry into the sea, a lifeguard on duty from 6 AM to 6 PM, and it’s very clean. Note: abandoned construction sites flank the resort, and the sea washes debris onto their shores (naturally, no one cleans it), but it’s not excessive. The coastline itself is huge – 17 km long – perfect for endless walks with very few people.
The spa is stunning (private lakeside cabins, skilled masseuses), and the Japanese restaurant on the 20th floor of the main building offers incredible views.
In summary: This resort suits any type of vacation. For peace and quiet (choose a villa – serene with greenery right outside), or for families/friends with kids (great entertainment, pools, beach, and restaurant menus). I highly recommend it and will return with my family!

However, there are no shops or restaurants nearby. The villa has a kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, and microwave.

Around the resort is other resorts and to transportation to dinning places you could search on gg map and contact for pick up from resort and return.
