We spent 4D3N at JW Marriott Cam Ranh Resort & Spa and overall had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, largely thanks to the wonderful service from the staff. The resort itself is still relatively new and it shows — the grounds were well kept, clean, and thoughtfully maintained throughout our stay. The pools were in great condition, and the slow river was a highlight, especially drifting along on a float in such a peaceful setting. The location, however, is something to plan for. The resort is about a 40-minute drive from Nha Trang city, so it’s best to plan your days properly to maximise time spent within the resort rather than commuting back and forth. We were assigned a ground-level room, which was convenient for access, but it came with a few drawbacks. Every morning, we experienced noticeable footsteps from the room above, along with cleaning noises from the corridors and sidewalks outside. The bigger issue was the shower drainage — it was consistently poor, often overflowing and spilling water outside the shower stall. I had to manually remove the drain cover to allow water to flow. Given the visibly wet area outside the shower and the removed drain cover, I would have expected housekeeping to notice and address it, but unfortunately this issue persisted throughout our entire stay. Where the resort truly shines is its people. The ground staff were incredibly helpful and efficient — not once were my partner and I delayed or told to wait. Buggies arrived promptly whenever we needed transport around the resort. Despite some language barriers, everyone was full of smiles and genuinely eager to help. One gentleman (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) remembered my name from the breakfast manifest and greeted me warmly whenever we crossed paths elsewhere in the resort — always with a smile. Special mentions: • Hau was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Her impeccable service made us feel relaxed from the start, and even on check-out day, she remembered my name, greeted me warmly, and checked in to see how our stay had been. • Bryan was proactive and enthusiastic, offering thoughtful recommendations to enhance our experience. He also consistently checked in with us whenever we bumped into him. • Linh and Andrew at the front desk were excellent — check-out was smooth, and all our questions were answered clearly and efficiently. Dining-wise, the seafood grill restaurant was just alright. We enjoyed some dishes, but others missed the mark. The steak, in particular, was overcooked and grainy, even for a striploin, and our preferred doneness was not checked beforehand. While we provided feedback, it was merely acknowledged without any follow-up, which was disappointing given the brand and pricing. The spa experience was very enjoyable. The therapists were skilled, the singing bowl was a lovely touch, and combined with the serene surroundings, it made for a truly relaxing session. That said, for the price paid — even with the Bonvoy discount — it may be worth exploring other spa options around Cam Ranh. Overall, this was a nice and relaxing stay. We would definitely return for the outstanding service and the genuinely warm and attentive staff. Next time, however, we would likely skip the resort restaurant and opt for a spa in town instead.

저희가 지낸 4룸 빌라는 1층 가장 큰방에 개미가 집을지었는지 개미때가 침대머리근처에 있었으며, 체크인후 짐을 옮겨주는 벨보이와 같이 보고 확인하고 말을 했음에도 아무렇지 않게 개미약만 뿌려주고 가버림.. 거의 사용을 못했음.. 호텔로비는 윈덤가든과 같이 사용하나 별도로 맞은편에 카운터한개가 있으며, 조식은 윈덤과 같이 사용하고 버기는 윈덤과 별도로 운영되어 카톡으로 불러야하지만 대응이 너무 느려서.. 걸어다니기 일쑤 이며, 골프백들고 25분기다리다가 로비에서부터 해변앞 빌라까지 골프백 양쪽으로 매고 걸어감.. 가격도 윈덤과 큰차이 안나는데.. 세상불편했음.. 윈덤 버기는 룸번호 물어보고 그냥 가버리는 일이 허다함.. 외부 1층 수영에는 물도 안채워져 있으며, 옥상에 수영장에만 물채워져 있었음. 윈덤가든 수영장 공사중이라 인피니티풀만 이용가능함. 개미집부터 정리해주시고 버기랑 로비카운터에 그래도 한분은 상주 해야하지 않나 라는 생각이 듭니다. 아니면 가격차이가 좀더 나게 해서 가성비로 가는것도 방법일듯.. 이번이 세번째 나트랑 방문이었는데.. 저희는 혹 다음번에 다시 나트랑 방문한다면~ 그냥 시내 5성급 호텔로 결정할래요~ 버기 없이 빨리 다니고 더깨끗하고 맛집도 많고 마사지도 싸고 좋은데그 더많은듯 합니다.. 4일 깜란빌라 이용해본 소감!

가성비가 좋은 루미나빌라(윈덤가든 리조트) 입니다. 필요한건 버틀러에게 카톡으로 연락하면 바로바로 대응해줘서 편리합니다. 시설은 사진과 다름없이 좋구요. 개인풀 공용풀 다 넘 좋았어요. 수영장 풀사이드바 햄버거 맛있습니다. 조식은 체크인할때 추가해서 먹었는데 역시 너무 만족했습니다. 쌀국수 맛집이에요. 다만 최악인게 한가지 있었는데.. 싱크대에서 하수구 썩은 악취가 진동을 했습니다. 버틀러에게 연락해서 직원이 와서 조치를 했지만..아주 약간 나아지는 정도였고 결국 2박3일 내내 은은한 하수구 악취와 함께했네요. 이것만 개선되면 아기데리고 다시 가고 싶은 숙소입니다.

Very nice stay for families. All-inclusive had beed quite convinient because I preferred to stay in the hotel. Convenient transfer to shopping center in Nha Trang. Small water park is fun when you travel with kids. a lot of families staying at the hotel. Most hotel inhabitants are from Russia, South Korea and Kazakhstan. special thanks for having Chili Con Carne or at least something relatively similar :)

We got a very relaxing holidays at this hotel. Room’s settings made you feel like at home, cozy and spacious with a pool. If you are looking for a quiet holiday retreat, it’s the perfect spot for you. Far away from the busy city. Location is perfect less than 10 minutes from airport without any noise as it’s a small airport. Check in is smooth and fast, within no time after you landed, you are already in your room or swimming at your pool. Daily Spa massage is professional, therapists are efficients and the whole area is well managed. You just need to contact them to book in advance your schedule during your stays as soon as you booked your room. Yoga’s place is in an amazing setting, yoga’s teachers need to improve their English skills. Gym place is ok. Can improve a bit more the setting. Breakfast a la carte at Breeze restaurant is nice and professional. But the breakfast at other restaurant call Fresh restaurant needs to be improved in terms of locals foods variety( very few local dishes to discover…) and services, sometimes can be hard to find a table or waiter to attend you, due to lacks of management. As the hotel is far away from city, no other options for dining around, we decided to stay and used all our meals at the hotel, which is fine for us as we don’t want to wandering around neither. But sometimes we feel it’s a bit limited, as there is only one restaurant is open most of the time and the Breeze restaurant is open only on weekends… and on Wednesday we have to opt for bbq dinner buffet and nothing else as the only restaurant is open for that bbq day, if you’re not keen on bbq, then you are free to go somewhere else to eat out of the hotel or stay in your room to order a la carte, which give us a feeling of being trapped. Kid’s club and activities have to improve, especially for kids above 6 years old. There is a farm but it’s about 20 minutes wandering and discovering are enough to spend there. Especially when it’s hot. Not much more to do. Same as spa, we can’t order a foot massage or anything for children below 16 years old. Even if it’s private order. Kind of limited for family with children, as this hotel is a resort. The Staff in general are courteous, friendly, smiling and have very good attitude. The surrounding areas and equipment are well maintained and clean. Buggies are available all the time to drive you from your room to others spots within the resort, they are friendly and thoughtful with guests. All in all, we do remember about the friendly hospitality of the staff at the hotel whom made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We will be back again soon. Hope those small details will be implemented and improved by then. Cheers

The beautiful view, excellent service, and friendliness were all very satisfying, but it was disappointing that privacy was not guaranteed. A foreign guest treated our pool villa as if it were their own accommodation, taking photos constantly—even when people were out trying to relax—and making loud noise. If not for that memory, I would love to return to the beachfront.

推薦全包.因為不止三餐還包含了所有的酒品，性價比很高，不用出度假村所有娛樂項目都是排滿很豐富，私人沙灘也很乾凈，沙子很軟，酒店沒什麼中國人大部分都是歐洲人加韓國人，建議訂海景房，本來我們兩個房間是定的園景房看圖片以為是在一樓的，方便兩家互動進出，誰知道還是安排在羣附樓的2樓，優點就是安靜了，因為酒店所有的娛樂活動都靠近主樓，如果你拿不到一樓建議不要訂園景也不要訂陽台房。酒店前台人員會中文因此會省去一定麻煩，酒店不需要按金非常方便，所有基本都是全包免費的，服務態度比較好，衞生也很乾凈，性價比拉滿。

A wonderful large villa with a beautiful view. The villa comes with basic kitchenware. The beach is gorgeous, and the pool is nice. It's conveniently located near the airport. However, there are no shops or restaurants nearby. The villa has a kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, and microwave.
