"In the first place, I was guided to a different room than the one I had booked. As I thought about it, part of the curtains on the second floor had disappeared (on purpose?). When I asked for help, the answer was, ``I'll call you later,'' but the doorbell suddenly rang late at night and said, ``We have no choice but to pin it up as an emergency measure.'' I brought some and a chair. Also, the light in the closet remained on all night, and no matter what I tried, I couldn't turn it off, and the light leaked through the cracks, making it unbearably bright. However, considering what happened earlier, I didn't feel like asking, so I put up with it and went to bed. The trees facing the road used to be well maintained, but this time only some of them were gone, and I couldn't even go out onto the terrace. It's a shame because I was a repeat guest and loved the accommodation. We look forward to returning to our previous wonderful inn."

"I love the fact that it has natural onsen and the environment is very cosy and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again. Do note that there is an additional fees required to pay at hotel upon checking in (onsen usage). This hotel is walkable to Inuyama Castle and also the lively street (starts 10.30am onwards)."
