Loved staying here. Guido and Gianni were very warm and welcoming and gave us some great advice on what to see and do where to eat. Guido's recommendations were all spot on. Stylish and eclectic decor, perfect if you are looking to stay in a smaller friendlier hotel. Thank you Guido and Gianni for making our stay so memorable.

Really lovely, small hotel with lots of attention to detail. The room was spacious with a beautiful view and spotlessly clean. If you're a light sleeper like me, bring earplugs, because the street can be a bit noisy. But the convenient location in walking distance to the port, the bus stop and the center as well as the friendly and super helpful staff make up for this small inconvenience.

Among all those large, old-fashioned holiday hotels in Ischia, Black Market Hotel is a really fantastic find: it's boutique, feels welcoming and urban and pays a lot of attention to details. The location was perfect for my needs: just a short walk from the port and the main bus station and in easy walking distance to several good restaurants and the center of town. Makes it easy to get around without a car. The room was spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean - the fantastic view was a plus. Just make sure to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper like me, because the road can be noisy. Breakfast on the terrace or the common room was lovely - here again, the daily different cups showed a great attention to detail. The staff was really friendly and helpful! Thanks a lot!

Gezellige ontvangst in de benedenverdieping met allerlei vintage spullen die te koop zijn. Uitzicht ui de bovenste kamers over de haven in prachtig, de bedden zijn goed het sanitair ik ook vintage en werkt niet naar behoren. ( stortbak loopt heeeel langzaam vol duurde meer dan een half uur) . Voor doorspoelen de prullenbak gebruikt , armoede dus. De douchekop sterk verkalkt en water ging alle kanten op behalve waar je staat. De authentieke toegangsdeur was nodig aan onderhoud toe. Het ontbijt was weer goed. Kortom we hebben het één nacht meegemaakt en komen niet weer.

Sono stato costretto a soggiornare in una stanza situata praticamente sottoterra, umida, puzzolente di umidità e di fogna con una portafinestra con un muro davanti che divide il Luogo con il parcheggio di una automobile Che quando parte o parcheggia sputa il suo gas di scarico nella stanza. Arredamento approssimativo con due sedie al posto dei comodini. Il climatizzatore rumorosissimo. Insomma un vero disastro è tutto questo a 130 euro a notte senza colazione. Per me l’hotel andrebbe chiuso per inagibilita’. Assolutamente da evitare! ASSOLUTAMENTE!!!

L’albergo non si presenta male, ma la camera che ci è stata consegnata non è degna di questo nome…. Bagno vecchio, sporco, muffa e odore di stantio senza nessun tipo di confort. Apri l’unica porta finestra e ti trovi un muro davanti….. inaccettabile…Impossibile dormire…. Sembrava essere in strada… e poi la colazione imbarazzante…. Il primo giorno non funzionava la macchinetta del caffè e il latte ordinato caldo è arrivato freddo… al secondo giorno abbiamo dato un’altra chance al responsabile, gentile e cortese che ha cercato di rimediare… ma ci vorrebbe molto altro …. Consiglio prima di deludere molti altri ospiti di chiudere le stanze “bunker” e vendere solo quelle con un minimo di decoro, ma lavorandoci molto. Per fare Turismo bisogna investire strutturalmente e non solo Poesia…

Un idea singolare che conferisce alla struttura un carattere ed uno stile difficilmente imitabili.Guido, il titolare,oltre che affabile ed ospitale, preziosissimo nell'indirizzare verso le mete dell'isola più gradite.

Naar aanleiding van de hotel beschrijving en foto’s hebben we 3 kamers in het Black Market hotel geboekt. De kamers waren zoals op de foto’s en redelijk schoon. De badkamer was heel oud. Tegels versleten, boorgaten in de muur. Douche en toilet functioneerde geheel niet. We hebben zelf de douche kop eraf geschroefd en onder dit kleine straaltje ons afgespoeld. Het allerergste was dat de toilet niet doorspoelde! Heel misleidend dat er andere foto’s van sanitair op TripAdvisor en *********** staat.

Nous sommes venus en basse saison, le séjour s'est très bien passé et le personnel nous a beaucoup conseillé sur la découverte de l'île.
