"We enjoyed our stay here, and had a small but lovely room overlooking the pool with a nice balcony. The breakfast was prepared to order and presented beautifully. The hotel is close to restaurants, dining and to the beach. We booked a time to relax at the Spa and loved the whirlpool. Our only complaint was the air conditioning seemed not to be able to completely cool the room, but we are Americans and are very accustomed to powerful AC."

"WE WERE ATTRACTED BY THE CENTRAL POSITION OF THE HOTEL AND BY THE FACT THAT IT IS A FOUR STAR HOTEL, IN ORDER TO VISIT ISCHIA WE DECIDED TO BEAR THE COST OF 300 EUROS PER NIGHT FOR A DOUBLE ROOM WITH HALF BOARD. UNFORTUNATELY WE WERE NEGATIVELY SURPRISED BY THE POORNESS OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED. THERE ARE NO AGREEMENTS WITH BEACHES AND/OR THERMAL PARKS. THE POOL IS REALLY SMALL AND NEEDS IMMEDIATE DISINFESTATION, MOSQUITOES AND FLIES OVERPOPULATE AND PROLIFERATE FREELY IN THAT AREA. THE DINNER IS POOR, THE QUALITY NOT OF THE BEST, IT WOULD BE ENOUGH TO THROW A LITTLE SMOKE IN THE EYES OF THE CUSTOMERS, STRENGTHENING IT WITH AT LEAST A BUFFET OF VEGETABLES, SINCE THE POLICY OF SAVINGS MAINLY APPLIES IN THIS STRUCTURE. THE SERVICE AT THE TABLES IS VERY SLOW, IN THESE TERMS IT HAS BEEN DEMONSTRATED THAT DINNER UNFORTUNATELY IS NOT THE BEST. A REAL SIN, SOME MORE ATTENTION WOULD BE ENOUGH TO IMPROVE EVERYTHING WITHOUT RAISING MANAGEMENT COSTS, ALSO BECAUSE THE STRUCTURE LOOKS WELL EXTERNALLY. CLEANING IN GENERAL GOOD. WE HOPE TO RETURN TO ISCHIA SOON, BUT I DOUBT THAT WE WILL RETURN TO THIS HOTEL."

The hotel is not very big, the environment is good, it is a good place to rest and relax. Because of the short time, I didn't experience the SPA this time"

"This hotel gave me a very big surprise. First of all, the location is very good, not far from Aragon Castle and Ischia Pier, all within walking distance. The hotel gave me a free room upgrade, and the balcony of the room directly overlooks the Aragon Castle, with invincible sea views. The hotel also has a two-story public roof terrace with a wide view and feels that the Aragon Castle is within easy reach. The hotel's service is also very good, including a rich breakfast. This is a very cost-effective hotel, highly recommended!"

From the administrator and receptionists to the room attendants, gardeners, and thermal pool caretakers, every single member of staff made me feel at home with their warmth and professionalism. Our room had a stunning balcony view of the Aragonese Castle, a sight I never grew tired of. Relaxing in the thermal waters and enjoying the beach with the crystal-clear Tyrrhenian Sea just steps away made the stay unforgettable. This hotel is a true paradise for anyone seeking relaxation, beauty, and genuine Italian hospitality. We will definitely return with great pleasure and highly recommend it to all tourists visiting Ischia."

"Had a great stay. Friendly staff, tasty breakfast and great outdoor facilities with pools, lounges and garden. The rooms are a bit worn-out, but clean and practical. Good location - quiet but just 10 min walk to either to the tourist area by the Corso Vittoria Colonna, or to the area close to the castle."

Central Park Terme

"A nice, functional, and semi-central hotel. The room is small but has all the comforts, as does the bathroom; it's a shame the shower is too small. The spa has a pool with an efficient hydromassage. The restaurant is spacious and the food is good. Service is prompt. Unfortunately, a bottle of water costs €3.50 and a modest glass of wine costs a whopping €6. The cost wasn't disclosed beforehand, as the daily menu only lists the dishes to order. A little more transparency wouldn't hurt."

"Less than a 5-minute drive from the port of Ischia. Beautiful property with panoramic views. Two lovely pools and a somewhat challenging access to the sea—about 200 steps leading to a small platform overlooking the sea. The superior room had a splendid view, but it was small and, most importantly, lacked mosquito nets and a non-functioning bathroom vent, not up to expectations. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was excellent, though it was limited to 4:30 PM. The breakfast was good and plentiful. However, I must point out the unpleasant smell of smoke from the adjacent room, which permeated both the shared hallway and the adjoining balcony, invading our room. I also don't think having the pool mower cut at 9:00 AM was consistent with the proper level of customer service. There's much room for improvement to achieve four-star service."
