I had jacuzzi problems every time I stayed in the last three rooms, but I never used them. The last time, the jacuzzi stayed not, the same salary was paid again. They could download the standard charge this time, but we wanted it to be done the next day. I was kicked out and called out from outside and even received his confirmation. Otherwise, another room block was done. We returned to the hotel and we saw the jacuzzi still not sticking. And there is no other room. Price performance is terrible. He did not meet any expectations. The only good thing is the worker. But job tracking and job finishing is zero. Review your technical team.

The hotel name is actually Istanblu Hotels, we stayed two nights here as it's conveniently located on the M4 Metro line on the Asian side on Istanbul at Bonstanic Station, exit 2. Staff were friendly and helpful they printed off our boarding passes for free and recommend we take the bus 10 to the sea area where there are good restaurants and bars. It's a good quality hotel for the cost and better value than in Taksim.

I have been here at the hostel for a week. The service is very nice and they help where they can. I had a room change without problems and these are clean and relatively quietly located to a side street. The bakery faces one in the morning with the smell of fresh bread ;) However, no loud supply. Breakfast is nice, marmelade, honey, some vegetables and tea, water or coffee. It is worth mentioning that the staff members clean every day. Only in the bathroom is a hook to hang up and protect his stuff and cultural bags from wet :D

When we arrived the hotel, we open the room it was not cleaned and there was a butterfly on the curtain. The furniture inside the room is very old and also the pillows too . The toilet was not very much good until we asked the housekeeping to change. We spent the day we arrive at the hotel waiting for changing and cleaning the place. Next day we spoke to the front desk manager Nada snd she was very kind and she helped us to sort out most of the problems. But the hotel is old and needs a real renovation. To begin with, now this hotel is called DNZ TAXIM FERİDİYE HoTEL. I booked a stay for three nights through booking in a deluxe room. Upon arrival, we were given a different room that did not match the description and photo when booking. We returned to the administrator with an attempt to explain that the number was clearly different. He looked for our reservation for a long time, found it, and eventually gave us another room. It was larger and similar in size to the one in the photo, but it did not match in appearance. We were told that there were no other rooms available. In the end, I had to stay in this room. Then we began to examine it in more detail and were in a slight shock. The point was the condition of the room itself: the door trims were broken off, the walls were all chipped to the ground, the sink was loose, the shower hose was frayed, the faucet that was kept on parole. The faucet and fan just stuck out of the wall, everything above the doorway in the bathroom was smeared with cement without any kind of decoration (everything is in the photo). Towels are dirty, with lipstick residue and holes. Bed linen was also in question. The price included breakfast, which again turned out to be not the same as in the photo on bo***********A photo of breakfast is also attached to the review. The main thing there is half a loaf. Arabs work at the front desk, who know a couple of words in English, that is, it is extremely difficult to communicate with them. And finally, the cherry on the cake. We decided that we could not stand here for three nights and leave after two nights. As a result, the administrators canceled our reservation when we checked out, and sent information to booking that we supposedly did not check in. In general, they simply deceive people! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

The hotel view was mesmerising and the room was very clean.The terrace view was awesome specially at night but unfortunately there was no access to the topmost small terrace after 8pm.

My friend and I were staying at Mount Ararat Hotel for three nights. We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Even though we barely stayed in our room, the room had everything what we needed after a long day outdoors. The beds were very comfortable, the place was clean and so was the bathroom. There were a lot of restaurants nearby and during the evening the neighbourhood became very lively with locals and tourists. We were happy that after a tiring day we could grab some food and drinks with our hotel in the close proximity. On our last evening Saleh helped us arranging the transport to the airport which was top-notch! On the other hand, we had an arrangement with breakfast included and it was slightly disappointing. It was buffet with various choices of food and drinks but my friend and I are a little bit fussy. We preferred to grab something on our way to the city centre. It is not a deal breaker though. All in all, good value for money. We were satisfied about our choice and would definitely come back.

A belated review I've be meaning to give, better late than never! We stayed here for 2 nights for the Champions League final. We arrived late at 2.30am. The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. We asked if there was anywhere open to eat at that time. The staff member offered to go out and get food for us. He came back in 15 minutes with kebabs, beer and water! Just what we needed after a long trip. The rooms were clean and the showers had excellent water pressure. The breakfast was of excellent quality with lots of choice. The restaurant has a sea view. Just want to say thank you to all the staff as they went above and beyond to make us welcome and cater for our needs! I would definitely stay here again when visiting Istanbul.
