We had an unexpected stay in Istanbul when we missed a connecting flight. Turkish Air puts up many of its transiting passengers at this hotel. It seemed new and modern, with a comfy beds and clean bathroom. The rooftop pool was open to use, and gave amazing views over the city, but was very windy. We had buffet breakfast (8 kinds of olives, as well as breads, cheeses and cold meats, hot dishes and fruit) and a cooked lunch provided by the airline. We ventured out into the nearby square for coffee and to people watch before being shuttled back to the airport - about an hour’s drive. The only negative: single glazed windows meant an early morning wake up by the call to prayer from the nearby mosque. Not a bad place to be stranded.

If you want to be humiliated with money, go !!! They gave breakfast with broken vegetables and unclear salams. The walls were washed but in the hair... as if not enough... Then the cleaner who is on the door in the morning (and has not yet been left) has knocked the door three times and you have had to leave the door three times and you have had to say, ”Then the room is unclean and unclean,” If you want him to come into discussion with us after our reaction and cry and fire you out of the room after 5 minutes. The hotel should be rejuvenated soon. Excellent price-quality ratio. Friendly staff, good breakfast and excellent SPA center. Our special thanks to the hotel manager Marijam Ajdara, who personally greets her guests, welcomes them and is there for any question. The absence of a metro line nearby, as well as a single boat line to the old town despite the proximity of the beautiful marina, is a big disadvantage for the hotel's location itself.

Nice clean new hotel. Comfortable pillows and mattress, all the furniture was new, the room was clean. It's a 40-minute drive from the airport. The breakfast was quite decent, but the coffee was not very good.

Nice hotel with good location next to metrobus station (florya), many restaurants and coffee shops around and shopping walking street about 5 minutes by foot, room service not much good every day they keep something less shampoo, soap or water should be one of them short each day, have swimming pool, gym, Turkish bath (hammas) and sauna

I love the hotel, location and staff. It was exceptionally all very loved and kind to me. The rooms are freshly renovated and really very beautiful. The cleaning staff has done the cleanest work. Give me the pleasure again !! :)

Overall the stay was quiet ok, small rooms but one could manage but we were fooled by one of the employees of this hotel, never ever fall in the trap of these employees when they suggest you a tour package. Erdinç Izer at the reception of Ibis West was one such person who fooled us with a tour package and gave us exactly the opposite of it. We were suppose to get our personal car for the tour package, he gave us a pathetic tour with Azure Tour Agency, which we never asked for. Above all, Erdinc was rude and very rude when we came back, he started shouting at us when we complained about the tour, in his words ”what can i do, its late now, i can't do anything if your day is wasted” this is how he replied, Azure tour driver was talking on phone while driving on a hill top, we were not taken to the spots for which we gave the money, the guide was pathetic and worse, such a bad tour Erdinc provided us and wanted to shut the matter by saying, ”what can i do” extremely bad experience, guys never ever book a tour with Ibis west hotel, book your tour yourself after checking the reviews because Ibis west will provide you with a pathetic tour in which the hotel can earn by making lives of the tourist hell. We were a group of 10 people and all suffered with the pathetic service by Erdinc ... at last after yelling at us for about an hour he agreed to give us a 500 Lira discount as if he was doing some favour on us. Really bad and unprofessional behaviour, if by mistake Ibis gave us the wrong tour they should have apologised and should have returned our money back but ..instead of this Erdinc planned to shout at us and say ”i can't do anything in this” Above all, next day, Erdinc agreed to call the tour package person to talk, but to our surprise when we went to the reception the next day, Erdinc has already left and the tour package person didn't show up at all ... this is the kind of response we got from Ibis West hotel .. do not ever fall in their trap ... we are really not happy at all ... attaching pictures of Erdinc, watch out for this person in Ibis west .. whatever happens to you ..he might say ”what can i do in this, i can't do anything”

Firstly the hotel is far from tourist attraction. You need to spend a high price if need to go by taxi. The room is spacious and comfy. Breakfast is plenty of choice. Staff is very helpful and corperative.

Ver nice and it has fitness room and swimming pool. Very nice place.
