I have stayed in several hotels in the city. And I always look for low budget hotels because I only sleep there and then leave. And so far it has always been worse than you think. But with this hotel I was more than satisfied with the condition of the hotel itself. It is further away from the center, but you can easily get to everything by metro or taxi anyway. It is a 20-minute walk to the next metro station. As the manager of the hotel told me and showed me with photos on his cell phone, the hotel was only inaugurated a few months ago. So it is very new. As far as I remember, it opened in early 2023. The interior is really nice and modern. The prices are really beautiful. I only paid €150 for 6 nights. I was alone by the way. There is not really anything going on there, people come, sleep, eat and go, so it is very quiet. The surroundings are also quieter than in the center. There is a mosque nearby, but the walls are so well sealed that I was not woken up by the call to prayer in the morning. The view from my window was just beautiful! I was on the 4th floor. You could see the skyline really well. There was a 24-hour reception👍 And the staff were nice too, I even had a long chat with one of the staff and the manager. The place was tidied every day and it was nice and clean. Best low budget hotel so far👍👍

We stayed a family night on July 13. Because it was a residence concept, it is a nice hotel with a kitchen in their rooms. We didn't experience any problem at the entrance, it was allowed because there was a room that we could get in at 12:00. We liked it very well, we used the microwave. We wanted extra sauce and dressing, it was delivered immediately. The bathroom was very beautiful and very pleasant. We were not very hopeful about his breakfast because it was a city hotel, but we were very happy, there was a real fresh, tired orange juice and a great mini cruiser. Because it was a high-structured building, even far from the sea, the sea+ city view was great.

This is definitely a 5 star hotel! They always offer assistant even when not needed, they did not lack anything and I truly appreciate the receptionist. I enjoyed my stay and will come again. Esma and Olgun, and Emre, and the manager Huseyin were great, every time I went out and came back in they were ready to assisted. My room was always clean and had refreshments when I came back. Thank you very much!

I have stayed here many times, but this time I was not satisfied at all. In the room, hair belonging to an old woman was scattered everywhere. The cleaning was unsuccessful. There was a hot water problem, the water was getting extremely cold and hot while taking a shower and washing dishes. I am not normally a person who chooses pillows, I can sleep with all pillows, regardless of whether they are hard, soft, high or low. The room is stuffed to the brim with a pillow large enough to bend your head at an exaggerated 45 degree angle. I preferred to sleep without a pillow.

I had jacuzzi problems every time I stayed in the last three rooms, but I never used them. The last time, the jacuzzi stayed not, the same salary was paid again. They could download the standard charge this time, but we wanted it to be done the next day. I was kicked out and called out from outside and even received his confirmation. Otherwise, another room block was done. We returned to the hotel and we saw the jacuzzi still not sticking. And there is no other room. Price performance is terrible. He did not meet any expectations. The only good thing is the worker. But job tracking and job finishing is zero. Review your technical team.

Me and my Familiy reserve This Very Bad Hotel and we saw on Booking that the hotel in the price of accommodation offers breakfast in the price of accommodation! When we arrive im Hotel we like to get Shower, but in badroom we can make medium hot water! Water is too Cold or Too Hot! When you get shower you start wit hot Water and then is Too cold and then Too Hot! My god you just here some of my family member screeming from badroom! that morning when we arrived the guy at the front desk was constantly trying in various ways to take more money from us and trick us in any way! first he tried to charge us another night. we arrived around 6am 17.02am because our reservation is from 17.02pm to 21.02pm on the 4th night and the guy offered us to take a look at the Two Apartments because they were both free to decide which one to take and after our decision for the apartment we asked if we could enter to the room if she is free on what he said we can go in but in that case we have to pay 5th night! we didn't want him to agree and we said we would wait until it's time to check In but they should still somehow meet us since I'm with my daughter and little baby! in the end, he said that we could enter because we didn't want to pay anything extra! the first morning when we woke up we asked where breakfast is served and that same receptionist because he said they serve in the room that the price is 80TL per person! I then asked him how to pay for breakfast when that price of accommodation includes breakfast?!? he said that breakfast is still charged after which I decided to stay in the hotel only one night because after all the attempts to take more money in any way we all felt disgusted and we felt like we came to the lowest budget hotel. after this he said he would still send us breakfast but only for two even though we had booked for four people! we felt like some beggars to whom they gave it for alms even though we paid for it all! the access to the hotel is very bad and is located on a really big hill and it is far from the city center and all the big shopping malls and all the sights! This was really the worst experience of all the hotels where my family and I were. you will also see pictures showing all the correspondence with the people from this hotel who are extremely rude and hungry and who are trying to take your money in a hundred ways! I would tell everyone who comes to this hotel to be careful not to experience something like me and my family!

İstanbul Anadolu Yakasında SPA&WELLNESS olanağı olan otel araştırmam sonucunda SELECTUM CİTY ATAŞEHİR OTEL de Doğum Günüm vesilesiyle konaklayarak bir gece geçirmek istedim.. Otelin yeri kolay bulunur bir konumda, girişte çok çabuk yapılan işlem sırasında özelikle kimlik fotokopisi almadan, olması gereken sekilde sisteme giriş yaptığı için resepsiyon görevlisi Emine hanıma teşekkür ediyorum..((yıllardır kolaycılığa kaçarak kanunen yasak olduğu halde kimlik fotokopisi alan otellerde laf anlatmaktan yorulmuştum)) Selectum City Ataşehir Otel'de Ana restaurant dışında ayrı bir pastane yok (oysa otel bilgilerini okuduğumda varmış gibi anlaşılıyor) hem kahvaltı hem pasta /çay-kahve için hem de yemek için loby katındaki Restaurant da hizmet veriliyor...Doğum günüm olduğu için bana yardımcı olarak nefis bir pasta sunumu sağlayan Engincan bey'e teşekkür ediyorum..Spa kısmında yaptırdığım kese köpük masajımı yapan Bali den gelmiş olan Cintia'nın yaptığı işlemden de memnun kaldım..Spa da bulunan Kemal Bey'e güleryüzle bilgilendirmesi için teşekkürler...Otel konaklaması yapanlara kese köpük masaj fiyatı gay***makul fiyatlandırmadaydı ( 1.000TL /”03-03-2024 itibariyle) Alacarte olarak sunulan akşam yemeğinde istediğim 'Tavuk Şinitzel' görsel olarak çok hoş sunuldu fakat tam kızdırılmamış yağda pişirildiği için yağ çekmiş ve kıtır kıtırdı *fazla acıkmış olduğum için yedim fakat çok zor bitirdim* Nazik tavırlı güleryüzle hizmet eden bayan garsona teşekkür ederken yemeği yapan kişi için ”Şef mi bilmiyorum” teşekkür edemiyorum çünkü yemek gece bana ciddi sıkıntı verdi...Oysa Otel'e girişte yemediğim bir sey var mı diye bile soruldu ki bu ilk kez karşılaştığım müsteri memnuniyeti odaklı bir anlayışı gösteren ince bir düşünceydi...O vakit bu kadar basit bir Tavuk Sinitzel yağ çekmiş olmamalıydı diye düşünüyorum...(Çalışanlardan genç olanların hepsi yardımcı ve güleryüzlüydü fakat orta yaşlı olanlar hiç de aynı değillerdi) Otel şık, zarif, ferah bir dizayna sahip, asansörler üst katlara ancak kart okutarak çıkıyor.

Everything about the hotel was fine for the price, great room and decent breakfast. You catch a tiny bit of cigarette smoke smell at times but not too bad, people smoke everywhere in Turkey so it's something you just have to get used to. My City Hotel doesn't seem to be particularly close to any tourist spots. We have friends nearby so location was great for us. The surrounding environment is just suburban Istanbul. There's a good mall within walking distance.

The hotel is healthy and the environment is good. There is not much breakfast and there is no update every day. The service at the front desk is not very warm.
