"This hotel only clean the room every other day. Towels are very thin. Bathroom is a nice Japanese style. You need to pay to park your car, we stayed there for 5 days and got 2 days free, however its a little troublesome that you have to valid your parking ticket everytime you go in and out the car park at the hotel front desk. Quite a lot of walking around the hotel. Good size room, and facilities, has indoor and outdoor pools. Beach nearby very nice and clean, have water activities."

"Deluxe İki Yataklı Oda'nın manzarası tam da bu kadar kötüydü. Geç gelip oda bulamamamız sorun değildi ama saat 12:00'de geldik ve 15:00'e kadar giriş yapamadık. Ben zaten 14:50'de sıraya girmiştim. Hafta sonu değil de Çarşamba günü giriş yapıyordum ve böyle berbat bir manzara karşısında Çinlilerin beni kasten kandırmaya mı çalıştıklarını merak ettim. Hizmet iyiydi ama herkes bize nasıl samimi davrandıklarını, gülümseyen bir kaplan gibi davrandıklarını bilir. İlk gecemizde odada dev bir örümcek vardı ama çok yorgun olduğumuz için saat 15:00'te bıraktık. Örümcek ertesi gece geri geldi ve odaya zehirli bir böcek ilacı sıktılar. Bize oda olmadığını söylediler, sonra da odalarının olduğunu söylediler. Son fotoğrafta saat 12:00'de hala oda değiştirmeye çalıştığımızı görüyoruz. Otelin telafisi çıkış saatini bir saat uzatmaktı. Hepsi bu mu? Yakınlarda yemek yiyebileceğiniz hiçbir şey yok ve sanki bir köydeymişiz gibi hissettiriyor, ama bize çok kötü bir oda verdiler! Sanya kadar iyi değil. Jiaxin Hotel'i tavsiye ederim. Bu arada, yüzme havuzu farklı seviyelere ayrılmış. En üst kattaki çift kişilik odaya geceliği 2800'e bir yatak ekledik ve ortadaki yüzme havuzuna giremedik... Sanırım sadece süitler girebiliyor. Fiyat performans oranı son derece düşük."

"Probably very good value for money. It was a private room, and it was spacious because they had given me a twin room for one person, and there was air conditioning, a TV, and a desk in the room. I didn't know where the parking lot was (it seems like each shop is blocking off the common area, but there is no sign), so I called, and the contract and Google Maps number were announced as "not in use at the moment." I had no choice but to park and ask the inn, but the answer to my question was "I'm not the owner," and I couldn't get through to them. I checked the parking lot, but they kept making unpleasant comments like "This is bad, this is bad," and we didn't move forward, so I had to go downstairs and tell them where it was. It seems that the owner's family handled the situation when he was not there, but I would like them to be educated on how to handle situations when the owner is not there. I also want the front desk to be easier to understand."

"The counter was very kind and polite. She helped me to check in smoothly and explained that all I had to for check out is just dropping the key into the key box. The location I tink was pretty good. Surrounded by bars and restaurants within walkable distance. Most importantly the family mart is round the corner, stocking supplies is a breeze. The room is pretty big, it had toilet room and shower room. There is a balcony for me to dry up clothes and there is a washing machine too. Bed is Abit softer for myself. Fridge, microwave, electric cooker, water boiler all ready anytime. The aircon cold, lighting bright enough. They have a lift for easy access. The security was great, after 12mn to 3pm the front door has auto lock. Using our room key to access only. The people around the neighborhood are very friendly. The place is nice and quiet. Room service is upon request. I had a enjoyed the stay. Worth coming back again"

"Location: The apartment is situated directly above an Izakaya restaurant, so expect strong BBQ smells and noise from customers. Access requires climbing at least 20 steps with luggage before reaching the second-floor entrance. Car parking is located about a 2‑minute walk away. Facilities: The entire apartment shows significant aging. The toilet basins have visible stains and rust. One of the bathrooms on the upper floor is located outside the apartment (on the rooftop or balcony), which is highly inconvenient. The worst issue was the blocked bathroom drain: wastewater overflow had rotted and collapsed the flooring over a long period, making it unsafe to walk in or take a shower. Wastewater from the basin even leaked down to the balcony—extremely unhygienic. Additionally, leftover building materials were scattered across balconies, the rooftop, and outside bathrooms. The photos provided on Trip.com are misleading compared to the actual condition. Communication: There was no response from either the housekeeper or the owner. Overall: We paid double the usual rate for a long weekend, but the apartment was not worth even a regular room rate. The poor condition and lack of communication made it uncomfortable to spend any leisure time here. Not recommended."
