The owner is a very soft-spoken grandmother who speaks very softly (you have to pay close attention to hear it clearly) and is very kind. There is no toilet or bathroom in the room, which is very inconvenient. I brought my mother who is over 70 years old. The elderly have to leave the room to use the toilet at night, which is very inconvenient. However, although it is a public toilet, it is very clean. There is a washbasin in the room, but there is no hot water, which is also very inconvenient. From the perspective of looking at the sea, the location of the hotel is really the best, but in actual experience, it is really inconvenient that the room does not have a toilet and bathroom. In the future, when I book a hotel, I will confirm three things in advance: whether the room is equipped with a toilet and bathroom (it is best to have separate bathroom and toilet), whether the basin has hot water, and whether the WIFI is good. Because I stayed in several hotels during this trip, I felt it was very important to confirm these three items."

"Thank you for coming to pick me up at the station even though I was later than scheduled.I was very satisfied with the hot springs, food, and facilities. While I was waiting at the bus stop, I was grateful that the staff at the inn went out of their way to bring me a pamphlet about the Tottori Sand Dunes. Although it was only one night, I thoroughly enjoyed the trip. It was my first time traveling to the Chugoku region, so I was a little unsure, but my impression was good. I also went to Himeji Castle and was surprised by the size of the grounds! Is it bigger than Nagoya Castle? Next time I think I'll go to the Shigeru Mizuki Memorial Museum."
