"Fraudulent charges to the card left on file at checkin! Running a scam, First charge $99.00. I called the Anvil Hotel and requested a refund. Marco the desk clerk who also checked us in the previous night said I would have to email his boss and talk to her. I immediately called and reported to the fraud department. Then they informed me of a Second Charge for $1.00, likely to see if the charges would be declined before attempting another transaction! As a result, I lost the use of the card and a new card sent to my home address which was about a week away!"

"Our two-night stay at Yellowstone Hotel was one of the highlights of our honeymoon in Wyoming. The property is stunning, surrounded by breathtaking scenery just outside Jackson, with beautiful rooms, incredible attention to detail, and spectacular mountain and sunset views even from a standard room. What impressed us the most, however, was the service. The day before check-in I realized I had accidentally booked the wrong month. Since it was our honeymoon, I contacted the hotel hoping for a miracle. Without hesitation, they moved our reservation to the correct dates. I was honestly expecting a “no,” but instead I experienced one of the most thoughtful and customer-oriented gestures I’ve ever received from a hotel. Breakfast was outstanding, with generous and delicious dishes (Egg sandwich INCREDIBLE). We also had dinner in room and were pleasantly surprised. Despite some mixed reviews I had read, both the pizza and the main courses were excellent. The staff is very young, so there are small areas where service can still improve, but their kindness, enthusiasm, and genuine desire to make guests happy more than make up for it. They have all the ingredients to become one of the best boutique hotels in America. This was our first time in Wyoming, and thanks in large part to Yellowstone Hotel, it certainly won’t be our last. We can’t wait to come back, from Italy is not so close but the experience will be memorable in our family. And thank you again Eren to save my marriage! :-)"

The breakfast was ample and was kept well stocked with hot and cold selections. Furthermore, the front desk staff were all so friendly and gave great local recommendations and greeted us each time we entered the lobby. We would definitely stay here again!"

"There was a renovation smell in the hallway, but not in the rooms. Soundproofing was practically nonexistent because there was a gap under the door; it was alright as long as I wasn't disturbed during my stay. The bathtub in my bathroom had some peeling paint or something, but it didn't affect its use and was quite clean. No other problems. Parking was also quite convenient. The common areas were nicely decorated; they offered coffee during the day and chilled lemon-orange water in the evening."

"We were in Grand View 5020S. It is a lock out from what I could tell. Horrible. Got there, no glasses, no utensils, no knife, some coffee cups and 3 plates. An undercounter fridge that was worthless. 2 decent bathrooms, a living room with no table, just one couch and a bad pair of chairs. No where to enjoy a drink or any light breakfast. The patio was filthy, someone's old hiking shoes and socks on the patio. It was unusable. Here is the worst.,if another party is in the other section of the condo you can here EVERTHING"

"When booking the hotel, we were misled by the mention of private bathrooms, thinking it meant a private room. However, after checking in, we couldn't find our room. The staff led us there, and it turned out to be a hostel-style place with bunk beds—24 bunk beds in one large room. The beds were large and spacious enough for two people. Luggage had to be stored in special lockers with a password. There were multiple clean toilets and showers, as well as a common area with sofas and tables. This was our first time staying in a hostel like this. The first night, the people chatting loudly in the living room were a bit disturbing. In a small town like Jackson, this is what you'd expect for 800-900 yuan. Parking was also inconvenient; there was a public parking lot across the street, but daytime parking was restricted, and parking was scarce at night."
