Great hotel, was close to jeju airport
Toilet was a bit dark due to the lack of lighting, especially at the shower area but other than that all was good. Room was clean and comfortable, had a small kitchen area

Floor is heated which iis good during winter, room was as per picture shown. There is laundry room, need to bring own detergent. However, only 3 dryers so had to wait a while for it. Other than that, free sandwiches were provided in morning for consumption. Valet parking at hotel.

Amazing hotel that very near airport less than 10 minutes. All the staff super friendly. We even got homemade sandwich for breakfast and free heat pack because it was very cold.Me and family highly recommended this hotel. Must try the fried chicken next to the hotel. Amazingly good ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great hotel with a lot of amenities. Very clean and views are nice. Location is very strategic and easy to move around.

Like the hotel as it is close to airport. The free sandwiches for breakfast is really very heartwarming

Plus points:
The hotel is pretty near to the airport, check-in was easy and the ladies at concierge were very friendly. They have microwave and smart drink dispenser in the lobby which makes it really convenient to heat up food or grab a morning coffee.
Not so great points:
We booked the room with ocean view but it’s more of a pocket ocean view, the view was more of buildings. There is only one lift for the whole hotel so it takes a while to get from level to level. When I requested help from the counter, the male staff‘S tone was v condescending which wasn’t the nicest :( We also put up the sign to make-up our room but when we got back…. Our room wasn’t tidied up and the rubbish was not cleared which was a little disappointing.

Very clean and new hotel. smoking area on 13th floor very convenient😅lots of good food around hotel.
Staff can speak English fluently. there's also a laundry machine and dryer service at level 2 for use for free. nice view for the suite family room!

Clean and comfortable hotel. Sandwich breakfast is provided daily. Hotel is near to airport (approx 5mins) by taxi. Staff friendly and courteous. Highly recommended.
