Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. Upon entering, the concierge was attentive and provided the necessary service and guidance. The lobby was splendid and looks to be a grand hotel in its early days. It looks real good now and didn’t regret booking it. The room is a little aged but has the necessary amenities. But basically everything is charged so pay attention to amenities in the room for what is free and what you have to additionally pay. We had the balcony room which faces the sea. Love it to relax and got some good videos of the airplanes leaving Jeju airport. Though you can hear the planes from the room, it wasn’t noisy and quite soothing. Then again, I was totally tired and slept like a baby. Would totally recommend the hotel but don’t expect much. Location is easy to walk to the market, about a good 15mins walk.

We stayed in a standard twin room for 3 nights. The sink was spacious and the water area was clean, and the room had enough room to spread out two suitcases. I was also happy that there was a lot of storage space. There are also quite a few power outlets. However, I was worried that I didn't know how to operate the TV and could only see one channel lol. There were staff members who could speak Japanese, and everyone served customers courteously. I think the location is very convenient as there are many food restaurants in the area and there is an e-mart within a 10 minute walk. Please note that this e-mart or the nearby Lotte Hotel are the only machines available to charge your WOWPass in Jeju City!

It is a place I often go to recently on business trips. When I came in December, Chris Mastree was also made in the lobby. ㅎㅎㅎ The airport is close and the city center is so good. The front desk staff are so friendly and especially the female staff are very friendly ㅎㅎ A little I checked late, so please contact me in advance and check if the schedule has changed. I will use it next time.

The best place for a family trip! The location is a bit disappointing, but it is very spacious inside and has good facilities, so it is good for families. In particular, the swimming pool is heated, so it's good for swimming even in the winter, and the indoor pool is operated at different depths, so my child loved it. There is also a small kids cafe in the auxiliary facilities and it is very spacious so it is not a burden to walk around. Thank you for providing a room that reflects your requests for bed guard, location, etc. I think it would be good to go with Eco Land in spring/summer. I came in winter and the weather was rainy, so I didn't go to Eco Land and only used the hotel. The breakfast menu also has a great variety! I intend to visit again next time👍👍

Hotel is rather rigid with check-in time. Strictly 3pm, not even 10mins earlier. The sound barrier is bad - could hear thunder footsteps and shifting of furniture from above every night, and people talking as they walk past the rooms. Stayed 5 nights, no fresh bedsheets was changed throughout. Overall stay was okay. Nothing spectacular to compliment about, but I’ll choose to stay in another hotel next time.

Great location and clean hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, and even gave us a 10,000 won voucher. Only problem is the room windows are quite low, and is a potentia falling hazard. During the winter, as the aircon is not working, the windows are left ajar. If you feel too cold and want to close the windows and travelling with kids, it is quite dangerous with the low windows

It's worth to stay in this hotel, just around USD100 per night for 3 adults. The hotel is near the sea, I chose the seaview room and it's really worth. Eating a McDonald breakfast in the room's balcony with an excellent seaview is so kice to remember. The room is small but acceptable. No toothbruses and toothpaste provided, only reusable slippers can be used. Shampoo and body wash are provided. One socket is international and one is Korean style. Room is clean. It is just a 10 minute walk to Black Pork Street in which there are many BBQ pork restaurants. As I see, only 2 of them have many customers. And Dongmun Market is also nearby, you can buy many Jeju's food there and eat street food as your lunch. There are some seafood restaurants just next to the hotel but I didn't go as it seems to be imposter and I don't familiar with the price of seafood. I tried the swimming pool next day. It's small but free of charge, with only towel rental at 1000 Won. And therebis a warm water jacuzzi to relax. Not bad

It was nice that it was close to the airport^^ They said there were a lot of entertainment establishments, but I didn't feel that at all. In fact, it was nice to have convenience stores nearby, and even though I arrived late at night, the entrance light was brightly shining, which made me feel welcome. The person in charge at the front desk during check-in and the person at the front desk during check-out were all very friendly, and I was very grateful that they upgraded the room and assigned each bed for me to share with my two children. They said the cleanliness was a mess, but there was nothing disappointing about using it with elementary school children. Maybe it's because I arrived late at night, but it was difficult to find a parking spot, so I gave it 4 stars.

Great location with lots of restaurants and convenient stores. Hotel level 2 have big 7-eleven that operates 24hour. Our double room is spacious and have bath tub! Bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so it is very accessible via public buses. It is only 4 public bus stops from Jeju Airport. There is direct bus to dongmun market, where you can shop till you drop and eat to the fullest. Loved it!

Hotel With Jeju was is in a great location. If you don't mind walking it's about 10mins from all the main sites. The room was a great size, not cramped. The bathroom had an interesting design and was very sleek. Love that the toilet was in its own room. Has a restaurant on site and car parking service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! I will be staying with them again when I return to Jeju.

Plus points: The hotel is pretty near to the airport, check-in was easy and the ladies at concierge were very friendly. They have microwave and smart drink dispenser in the lobby which makes it really convenient to heat up food or grab a morning coffee. Not so great points: We booked the room with ocean view but it’s more of a pocket ocean view, the view was more of buildings. There is only one lift for the whole hotel so it takes a while to get from level to level. When I requested help from the counter, the male staff‘S tone was v condescending which wasn’t the nicest :( We also put up the sign to make-up our room but when we got back…. Our room wasn’t tidied up and the rubbish was not cleared which was a little disappointing.

Staff generally does try to be friendly but communication in English is limited. Rooms were somewhat cleaned everyday but do not expect deep cleaning. Refilled water etc for me everyday as well. Loved their kettle and the coffee drip bags they provide. Condition of room: There was dust in many places and stains on the walls and curtains. The towels and bath robes provided was already fraying. Consider replacing please. There is only one lift in the hotel but I never had to wait too long for one. Bed was comfy, same with pillows which were down. Just that there was a strange thing on my last day. The put 2 of the 4 pillows on the floor when I came back. Not sure what they expected me to do with it.

Elementary school student 2 family trip is the best Well maintained and clean The owner is kind There are many black pork raw fish restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk from the resort. Good for a walk along the coastal bike path There is ample parking for about 10 cars and charging space for 2 electric vehicles. If you arrive late and the parking lot is full, you can park on the shoulder of the street directly below. A heated pool during the day and night, great for enjoying time when you don't have a schedule. The sea view is also nice👍 Secluded and quiet rest area 30 minutes away from major tourist attractions I stayed two nights in a row and will come again next year~~~~

There is lift (important, because there is very guesthouse /motel nearby, but there may not be lift, especially on the 2nd floor, like Hong Kong tenement, it is very hard to go up the stairs) Near the airport, within 10 minutes, Sitting 6000 won - In the East Gate 4/5, the street opposite the street straight people can go to the hotel (within 20 steps), black pork street is in the back street without breakfast service (because there is no ️ restaurant). There is issac at the street entrance but it seems to open at 930 or 10 in the morning.

Great location, comfortable stay and has a lot of parking space. Lots of shopping and eateries nearby and it’s also close to airport. The building and furniture are a little old showing signs of wear and tear but room was clean and well kept. Staff were not too friendly when asked for an earlier check in or for recommendations on places to eat nearby. When asked for a quiet room, they gave me a room right next to a massive construction site (see photo) which is an eyesore. So I asked for a change of rooms and staff accommodated. Generally in line with expectations of a Shilla Stay Hotel and will come back due to its location.

The hotel has a strategic location. You can go shopping on Sanjian Road and eat all kinds of things when you go out. The room is relatively large and the facilities are simple. The screen window in the bathroom is broken. The handheld showerhead holder that was exposed to rain is so loose that it is impossible to put the showerhead on the holder to take a shower because the handle will fall off when the water is boiled. Hope the hotel can check the facilities promptly. The air outlet of the air conditioner is relatively dirty, with a lot of lint accumulated, causing a sour and damp smell that has not been cleaned for a long time when the air conditioner is turned on. This is not good for your health. The waiters are all older aunts. They are very polite and enthusiastic, and will come to you as soon as possible if you need them. This is great! Overall, it’s okay to live here!

Location: Good location, in the living circle of New Jeju City. There is a fascinating fake w hotel next to it. The whole street seems to have a lot of shops but they are not very popular. I don't know if it is because of the low season or Jeju is really sluggish. Hotel environment and facilities: Generally speaking, it is good, relatively clean, with slippers (not disposable), toiletries, toothbrush and toothpaste (new ones every day). There is floor heating in the room, and the temperature can be adjusted by yourself. There were not many people when we lived, so it was quiet. There are some Korean guests staying in the hotel Service: The front desk service attitude is good, answer all questions. When I don’t understand Chinese, I will call my aunt who understands Chinese to come down to help translate.

Only limited basement parkings available for SUV, mostly are parking for disabled person, park at your own risk if u insist to use that. There are more underground parkings available for compact cars only. It’s very difficult to find empty parking nearby the building. Only two lifts in the lobby, make sure u take the odd number accessible lift to 3rd floor for check in. This wasn’t really being advised in advance, I spent some time to find out where is the check in office. There are multiple managements managing the Airbnb in this building. The studio room is good and clean, location is nice, accessible to malls, restaurants, 20mins to airport, can take bus from the bus station located in front of Shilla hotel just 3mins walk from the hotel. Ocean can be seen from the balcony. Overall not bad despite the parking issue and also difficult to locate when you are first time here.

The Grand Hyatt is a relatively large hotel in Jeju City. The overall experience of my stay this time was pretty good. The rooms are large, the floors are high, and the view is very good. I really want to take a dip in the hotel's outdoor hot spring pool, but we are too lazy to just take a look. There was a crowd in the hotel and there were not many people. The location is okay. There are several large supermarkets next to it. It is more than ten minutes away from Lotte Duty Free and Shilla. It is very convenient. Unfortunately, we only slept in the hotel when we left early and returned late [face covering]. There were no guests waiting to rest in the hotel lobby. As for seats, if you want to sit for a while after checking out before going to the airport, you can only go to the paid area and hotel lounge. If it is improved, the experience will be better.

Only limited basement parkings available for SUV, mostly are parking for disabled person, park at your own risk if u insist to use that. There are more underground parkings available for compact cars only. It’s very difficult to find empty parking nearby the building. Only two lifts in the lobby, make sure u take the odd number accessible lift to 3rd floor for check in. This wasn’t really being advised in advance, I spent some time to find out where is the check in office. There are multiple managements managing the Airbnb in this building. The studio room is good and clean, location is nice, accessible to malls, restaurants, 20mins to airport, can take bus from the bus station located in front of Shilla hotel just 3mins walk from the hotel. Ocean can be seen from the balcony. Overall not bad despite the parking issue and also difficult to locate when you are first time here.

Comfortable stay, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Staff speaks some English but sometimes translator app needed. Check in time is quite late around 3pm. There is no official luggage storage but many people who arrive early will leave luggage while they explore surroundings.

The hotel is right on the Hamdeok Sea. If you check in early, you can ask the front desk to help us get a room on a high floor with a good view. We arrived a little late and stayed on the third floor. The view is also good. The hotel is close to the gift shop and the popular Loopy Ice Cream. The stores are very close.

If you arrive early, you can store your luggage in the luggage storage room. We went directly to the beach to play. The beach was full of jellyfish and unknown creatures that washed up. At that time, the employees asked if they wanted to participate in an event and have dinner together in the evening. I read the naver review that bbq had dinner with the employees. There is a cat~ Overall, I am very satisfied. It was a pleasure traveling alone in the youth hostel.
