Hotel service and rooms were great. We were there when war started and they took care of us. Upgraded us to a suite. The location worked for us since we were near a relative and also near the highway so we got to airport quicker. The rooms were nice and clean and breakfast buffet was also good for the price.

The view from the upper floors is magical. The rooms are large and have a small balcony, refrigerator, safe, iron, coffee supplies. The bed is comfortable, the linens feel good and smell nice. Breakfast is ample and includes everything one expects from an Israeli luxury hotel. The pool is clean and climate controlled. What makes this hotel special is the employees. Everyone is super helpful. That goes for every depar**ent. Reception, housekeeping, kitchen, you name it. You can tell that they choose their employees carefully and emphasize customer service. Everyone gives the impression of really wanting to please the guests, even if it means going out of their way. I highly recommend this hotel.

Business hotel close to the centre, off Jaffa street, with good access and private parking. Rooms are renovated in the last decade, some public areas not yet. Small gym and large pool, outdoors and covered. Breakfast can be magnificent except on specific holidays, when you find yourself on the 21st floor business center eating a very reduced selection. At least there is a good Espresso machine. On Shabbat and other holidays, food and beverage are disrupted and only an expensive buffet is available. Make alternative plans!

The reception was great! The hotel itself is old and needs maintenance, pillowcases are not clean, so is an extra blanket in the closet. The food was very mediocre. Old and unpleasant areas in the hotel. They hold parties in the hotel's pool, so there is no silence, it's not pleasant and the pool is very dirty. Too bad there is potential... we didn't enjoy the stay.

The physical hotel and rooms are a little worn out, but acceptable. Biggest issues are location and speaking english. The hotel is very far from old city and other tourist sites. The front desk spoke english, but rest of staff spoke little or no english. There target market is the local, very observant Jews. After 3 nights moved to a hotel closer to the Old City.

Great facility. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is very professional and friendly. Breakfast is amazing. The only con, which is not their fault is there is a lot of construction going on in the area which is noisy and dusty.
