"I am writing this review in the hope that the hotel actually bothers to read and respond to it, as they are not responsive to other mediums. I was booked and paid for my stay at the hotel in April. However due to the situation in israel our flights were cancelled. I messaged the hotel to advise them of this and to request credit if possible for the missed stay. TO date no response- very poor service. Take your money and not care."

"The price of the hotel does not correspond to the level. Repair, furniture, everything from the last century, everything is worn and torn. The bathroom is as if you got into the 90s. Everything is old, worn out. In front of the bed there is a huge mirror, without functionality.... View of the construction site and parking lot. Coffee and tea by the bag. (As if stolen.) In the description it was that there is a compliment, there was nothing. Parking is free in the description. In the end it is paid. The hotel is not worth the money we paid. We are not satisfied."

"We did not stay at the Notre Dame Guest House; however, we attended mass there and ate at the rooftop restaurant twice during our five-day stay in Jerusalem. We met a friendly priest at the Church of the Holy Sepulcher who told us about the Notre Dame Guest House. It was a Sunday evening, and we were looking for a mass. He recommended Notre Dame. We attended a beautiful service and then explored the facility. We returned the following night for dinner, saw our priest friend again, took photos of his group on the rooftop, and joined them for mass at the Church of the Holy Sepulcher the following days. We looked at brochures showing us the rooms at the Notre Dame Guest House, which looked lovely. The grounds are beautiful, the staff friendly, and it has two restaurants, a coffee shop, and a chapel where they say mass. It's perfect. Additionally, it's across the street from the New Gate into Old Jerusalem. It's a great location. "

"I stayed at the hotel this long weekend, unfortunately the hotel does not have a satisfactory arrangement for parking. The parking is privately managed - at least that's what they say, and each entry and exit from the parking lot costs dozens of shekels. For example, I stayed at the hotel for about 4 hours - I was charged 70 shekels, and again, God forbid, the entire trip. Unfortunately, the cost of parking during my stay was more than 300 shekels, which I don't pay in New York... I hope the hotel will get better and change this flawed procedure. Other than that, everything was good.."

"I was very disappointed. We paid 3400 NIS for two nights, and the service was terrible. Upon arrival, I specifically asked if there was a Bet Knesset in the hotel, as this was important to us. They assured me there wasn’t one, so I had no choice but to search for one outside. It was pouring rain, and I ended up walking for hours to find a place to pray. To my shock, I later discovered that the hotel actually does have a Bet Knesset, but the staff either didn’t know or didn’t care to inform me. This lack of basic communication and consideration is unacceptable for a hotel that charges such a premium price. It left me feeling stressed, soaked, and deeply dissatisfied. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for thoughtful service or attention to detail"

"The hotel is very old and unkept. When taking a shower, the floor gets wet because the shower doesn't stop the passage of water, it's not a cozy environment. The fridge door is dirty. Parking is private. Not worth it."

"The hotel has no parking and it is not mentioned. The spa is closed and so is the cove bar. Although, none of it is disclosed upon booking and all are described as part of the hotel facilities. Hotel is nice but overpriced and we were very disappointed with the false advertising. Breakfast was average. Jacuzzi in the room did not work. We took the “suite” which was an average room."

The room was large and comfortable, the dining hall spacious, good food, friendly servers. Desk clerks were friendly and helpful. We would gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family."
