Excellent location, 5 minutes waking to old jerusalem, clean and the comunication with host was always excellent. I recommend this site.

The ultra modern hotel has an excellent location in Jerusalem and really lovely sfaff who will help you with anything you need to make your stay easier for you. The hotel was super clean with everything you could want. Staff available via WhatsApp all the time. I recommend this place

Location location location!!! Amazing property brand new great service highly recommended for the price! Amazing breakfast as well and speedy wifi! Staff very helpful and prompt at any timr needed! Would come again for sure

THE MANAGER NOT CARE ABOUT COSTUMERS . The hotel doesn’t provide the breakfast even you pay when you reserve the room.Manager is telling you that he doesn’t see the payment and for this is not giving you the voucher for breakfast that is provided by some coffee near hotel. The hotel have a good position in Jerusalem. Have nice and clean rooms.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, para recorrer la ciudad y llegar desde la estación de trenes totalmente caminando. No cuenta con recepción, la comunicación es a través del WhatsApp y funciona bien. Nosotros tomamos la habitación más grande, pagando bastante más y la verdad no puedo imaginar como era la más pequeña porque la nuestra era realmente chica, el baño ni hablar, sumamente incómodo, con un olor constante bastante desagradable. Limpieza relativa, sábanas y toallas de muy baja calidad. En la reserva por booking figura pago con todas las tarjetas de crédito, cosa que en la realidad no es así, atención, solo reciben pagos en efectivo o transferencia bancaria. No hay desayuno, pero siempre disponible café y té en la zona del lobby, también hay una buena cafetería al lado del edificio. Si no os importa el concepto de departamento y si son pocos días está bien, mi consejo es que necesitan hacer muchas mejoras.
